The location is convenient, right across from Tongde with all the dining, entertainment, and shopping options available. It's easy to get around, and overall, a fantastic experience. The hotel is amazing — I honestly couldn’t recommend it more highly. The location is a 10/10: it’s only about a 10-minute walk to the park, in a perfect area with lots of lovely cafés, and around a 15-minute walk to the Old Town across a beautiful bridge. The rooms are fantastic — extremely clean, tidy, well equipped, newly renovated, and really beautiful. The service was also exceptional. Magena at reception was incredibly kind and helpful, and they even sent me recommendations for places to visit, things to do, and where to eat in Kunming. Everyone was super friendly and genuinely went out of their way to help. I originally wasn’t planning to stay for so long, but I ended up extending both my trip and my stay at the hotel because I liked it so much. 10/10 — highly, highly recommend!

A special thanks to the lovely front desk lady with the round face. On the first night, my family of three stayed in a king-size room, and she gave us a room with a three-meter-wide bed. The next day, I mentioned the room felt a bit small, and she graciously upgraded us to a twin room, really accommodating my needs. Her service was top-notch! The hotel is clean, hygienic, and all the facilities are complete, new, and in great condition. The bed was comfortable, and the price was fantastic – very budget-friendly! Next time I'm in Kunming, I'll definitely consider this hotel first. There's parking available, and it's easy to catch a taxi. Plus, the Ruiding City Shopping Center is just next door, which is incredibly convenient! Highly recommend!
