Amazing
GGuest UserUnexpectedly gorgeous room upgrade! I was initially placed in an incredibly noisy room with zero soundproofing. I could hear everything – the AC, doors slamming outside, and people talking in the hallway. After a grueling day of travel (I missed my Bohol flight because I messed up my stock trading!), all I wanted was a quiet place near the airport to sleep. I even specifically requested a quiet room in my booking notes. Yet, I was kept up until past 2 AM by all the noise. I was so upset I almost cried. Thankfully, the front desk immediately upgraded me to this amazing room! It's absolutely perfect. The room is huge, and I can actually close the door and enjoy real peace and quiet. I ended up sleeping until the afternoon, I didn't want to get up! 💓 Thank you for this wonderful experience.
AAnonymous UserStayed at Lansons for a fun run event. Checking in was a breeze, staff were attentive. Rooms are clean with bath essentials. Noise dampening was average, better than budget hotels, as to be expected. The breakfast buffet was average at best. Didnt try the other cafe in the hotel.
GGuest UserI enjoyed staying on this 5 star hotel. Location was made easy because of the skyway. The buffet, Kusina could improve, there are lots of bigger buffet restaurants like Dad’s World Buffet. Could have been a 5 star for the restaurant. The staff and servers were really mindful and courteous, love their service! Cleanliness of the room, room service was in a hurry vaccuming the floor.
GGuest UserMy second time staying - I enjoy the breakfast for its variety and quality, and the staff were very attentive. They were also kind enough to upgrade our room for no additional cost, to a Junior Suite which was spacious and had a jacuzzi attached. Definitely would recommend for the quality but also its proximity to NAIA airport.
PPennyFThis hotel is phenomenal!
From the moment you arrive you are treated like royalty.
Staff greet you at every step and guide you to reception.
The Lobby smells divine and check in was a breeze.
Then we were guided to our room, which was beautiful. Huge bathroom, with lovely products.
Comfortable bed, enormous windows that for us overlooked the bay.
The executive lounge is well worth the extra money. It includes breakfast area (which is nice, but not as huge as the buffet breakfast), afternoon tea and cocktails and canape in the afternoon.
The pool and gym area were sensational as well.
Direct access to the Mall of Asia, which was great for us shoppers.
The buffet breakfast was the biggest and best selection I have ever seen.
This hotel would have to be my favourite I have ever visited. Could not recommend more highly, worth every dollar and I will definitely always be staying here shen visiting Manila.
GGuest UserThe room is very spacious, and the gym facilities are well-equipped, offering great value for money. The elevators require card access, which adds to the security. There's a shopping mall and a large supermarket downstairs, making shopping very convenient. There's also a smoking area downstairs, which is very friendly for smokers.
JJoshua FernanWe had a fantastic overnight stay and were very satisfied overall. The dinner we ordered was delicious and worth the price. Our only important feedback was the check-in process. The requirement for a cash deposit was a hassle, especially as we were traveling with an 8-month-old and checking in late. We were so eager to get to our room and settle. Since online transfers weren't accepted, we found the payment options surprisingly limited for a hotel of this reputation. Despite this, all our needs were met, and we enjoyed our visit.
AAnastasiia2004Wonderful apartment with everything you need! It's a 12-minute taxi ride from the airport. There are 24-hour cafes and shops downstairs (very convenient at 3 a.m.).
Special thanks for the minibar with snacks)))
We really enjoyed it, thank you!
GGuest UserFinding the Palm tree hotel from the airport was relatively easy, you just have to go up to the 4th floor, cross the pedestrian bridge and then turn left. The staff was very nice, however they did mess up my reservation and gave my booked room to someone else. They pretty quickly booked me a hotel across the street, which was fine. The sounds of the the highway are very loud but that’s to be expected. Overall pretty good stay for a one night layover at manila airport.
GgguttiThere is a shopping mall called Mall Asia nearby, and there are Japanese restaurants, Chinese restaurants, and Shabu Shabu restaurants on the first floor, so the infrastructure is good. There are many convenience facilities on the first floor, such as a convenience store, massage shop, and beauty salon. There are many options, and the rooms are large and the ceiling is high, so it doesn't feel stuffy. It's good value for money.
