Amazing
AAngelicaStaying at Hotel Okura was such a refreshing experience. The Japanese-inspired theme throughout the property created a calming and serene atmosphere, making it stand out from other city hotels.
The location is very convenient close to everything you might need yet once inside, it feels like a peaceful retreat. The facilities are excellent, from the well equipped gym to the relaxing sauna, which made our stay both comfortable and rejuvenating.
The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality perfectly complemented the hotel’s elegant Japanese design.
Hotel Okura is the ideal choice for travelers looking for both convenience and a unique, refreshing stay. I would happily return on my next trip.

SShayne BataclanWe had an incredible stay at the Conrad Manila. The location is perfect, right next to the Mall of Asia, making it easy to access dining and entertainment. Our room was a highlight—modern, clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The best part, however, was the service. Every member of the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant team, was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive to our needs. The breakfast buffet was a top-notch culinary experience with a huge variety of delicious options. We can't wait to come back and experience the Conrad hospitality again.

JJoshua FernanWe had a fantastic overnight stay and were very satisfied overall. The dinner we ordered was delicious and worth the price. Our only important feedback was the check-in process. The requirement for a cash deposit was a hassle, especially as we were traveling with an 8-month-old and checking in late. We were so eager to get to our room and settle. Since online transfers weren't accepted, we found the payment options surprisingly limited for a hotel of this reputation. Despite this, all our needs were met, and we enjoyed our visit.

This is already our third time staying at the Sheraton, and once again, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The consistency in service, cleanliness, and comfort is truly commendable. The staff always makes us feel welcome, the rooms are well-maintained and relaxing, and the amenities continue to exceed expectations.
It’s always a pleasant and satisfying stay, which is why we keep coming back. Highly recommended for anyone who values comfort, quality, and excellent hospitality.

No answer on cell phone number, only by text, and also through a local person trying to call.
The booking and handling process were very questionable. Not recommended for first-time visitors; it can be very stressful.
In the end, this was at the Belmont Hotel, where I've booked before, and this hotel is excellent and well-located.
Amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were missing.
More timely transparency would be very helpful.

Our stay at the We Vibe Condo was absolutely perfect. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, cozy, and comfortable the space was—it truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn't be beaten for convenience; being so close to the airport made our travel plans completely stress-free. What truly made the stay exceptional, however, was the host, who was incredibly responsive and helpful, quickly answering all my questions and ensuring we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this condo to any traveler and look forward to staying here again.

GgguttiThere is a shopping mall called Mall Asia nearby, and there are Japanese restaurants, Chinese restaurants, and Shabu Shabu restaurants on the first floor, so the infrastructure is good. There are many convenience facilities on the first floor, such as a convenience store, massage shop, and beauty salon. There are many options, and the rooms are large and the ceiling is high, so it doesn't feel stuffy. It's good value for money.
