Locations is fine just right in front of a bus stations, but for planned for walking distance to roam around the city for shopping and food might consider another hotel closer to tourist spots. Amenities are good but cleanliness is just good. Thank you.

There is an underground parking lot, just a few meters in front of the hotel gate. There are few parking spaces on the ground floor, but there are not too few underground parking spaces, but you still need to find them. The breakfast variety is not large but it is enough. There are not many seats? The room is clean, not big, but it is enough. I helped to upgrade the mattress. It is very close to the arcade, convenient for walking and shopping at night, and the river view is also very beautiful

The room was very clean and spacious. The common area was also relatively clean & it was a good experience to stay in the hotel in general! Location is also pretty good, beside a street that sold some street food & a big mall. The reception is on the 4th floor of the building with its name. Reception was nice & friendly, dryer and washer was free & easy to use. The dryer actually dried the clothes up well. I wasn't able to find this hotel on didi, but was able to pin another hotel (美豪 / Meihao hotel) which was at the exact same spot that led us to the lobby. Thank you!

The location is not bad. Going to Yundong Library ➡️ Qilou Old Street ➡️ Haida South Gate Night Market is relatively easy, but if you cross, you have to detour. Facilities: Very new, but the room is a bit small, there is no room for two suitcases. Environment: There is a construction site behind the hotel, but the sound insulation is so good that you can't hear it at all. Service: There are 8 bottles of water in the room, and I was upgraded to a superior double room as soon as I arrived, and the check-out was delayed for an hour. The service is very good. Hygiene: The only point is that I always smell smoke when sleeping in the middle of the night. I am not sure if it is left by someone smoking before the bed, or it is on the quilt. I hope to strengthen cleaning.

Intimate, enthusiastic, warm heart, use these pronouns to describe the Weite Hotel, not at all, when I checked in, I took the child, the child was still eating milk powder, found that I didn’t take the milk powder spoon, I casually told the store, I wanted to help buy one, I paid, When I came back, the front desk said that the milk powder spoon had been taken. I didn’t need money. Our store manager’s baby just happened to be eating milk powder and sent one. Because I took my family and the elderly to travel, there was a lot of luggage. There was a boy who had been helping us carry our luggage from check-in to check-out. It seems to be their housekeeper. When we left, the manager personally sent us to the door of the store. It was too enthusiastic. There were disinfection cabinets and refrigerators in the room. It was too good for my mother. For us to live comfortably, we also upgraded the parent-child room for us. Recommended

Great location (though 30 mins from the airport). The staff were helpful and upgraded our room. The hostel is in the middle of town and around the back is the bus stop for the #3 on/off tourist bus which takes you to the beach and harbour areas. A 2 hour round trip, so a nice cheap way … 5CNY (have the correct cash) to see the area. Lots of food options in the area, but make sure you eat up at lunch time as most places were not open at dinner time.

The location is very good, the service is good, it is right on the Qilou Old Street and it is easy to find. There are a few people at night, but it is quiet at 10:30. You can ride a bike to the Haida South Gate Night Market, but there is nothing delicious in the night market, except for the Qingbuliang, which is ok. There is a paid parking lot nearby with reasonable prices.

he Hilton Haikou is a very well located hotel and probably one of the best in Haikou. On arrival there was a heavy rainfall which caused me to get quite wet walking from the taxi to the hotel entrance. I booked the room online via trip for me and my travel companion with the payment in hotel option. Online-Prepayment was not possible. On check in, given that I was very wet because of the rainshower I was quite unsatisfied with the service. First there was apparently some issue, wether I or my companion booked the room because the order of names on the booking showed my name in second place. Also my companion wasnt with me at that time because of a one day delay. In my opinion it shouldnt be a matter who booked the room since both of our names were given, regardless of the order. This issue took some extra time which is very inconvenient if you are dripping wet and just want to rest. Secondly when it comes to payment instead of the 1959 RMB, 2000 RMB were deducted from my WeChat account without any communication about the deviation. I also only realized it later when I already arrived the room and was very confused what the 41 RMB were for. Like I said it has not been communicated to me at all. Maybe a tip or was it meant as a deposit? (Even though it would appear to be a very odd deposit amount and tipping in China is not a thing) I guess from a 5 Star Hilton I could expect accuracy and clear communication when it comes to payment. Which brings me to another downside. Even though my Mandarin is sufficient enough, I was very surprised that at a Hilton of this price category none of the staff at check in nor other employees were able to speak English. So for foreigners who dont speak Chinese this would be a bit difficult. The next day I went down to reception again to ask about the 41 RMB and was offered a refund, yet the reason why it has been deducted in the first place still remains unknown to me. Another small issue appeared at breakfast when I asked one of the waitresses where the tea/ teabags is/are located. I formulated my request precisely in Chinese and the lady was just behaving awkward and walked away. I thought maybe still something would happen, but 10 minutes later still nothing. Luckily I was able to find the overseeing waitress, asked her the same question and found out that the Teabags are not openly presented at the buffet (Which is an unexpected inconvenience for a 5-Star hotel yet again, + the tea choices are very limited) My last complaint is the minibar. I have been at budget hotels before, which offered a free minibar which is refilled every day. Why are there so many things in this Hotel with a hefty price tag. This appears not welcoming given the cost of this Hotel. Especially the price-tag of minibar drinks is outrageous. For example 0.33L Tsingtao Beer 28 RMB…. Speechless. In every shop around you get 0.5L for less than half the price. Now that all my complaints about the service have been mentioned, lets move on to the many upsides of the Hilton: -Great location and rooms -Very good breakfast buffet with many choices -Even better dinner buffet (298RMB/Person) -Great panorama view -luxurious -Some of the staff still did a great job, which is why I still give a 3/5 rating, regardless of previous issues.
