Disadvantages: 1. All self-service, check-in is very laborious (you need to find an email from the hotel with the reservation number and password) 2. Check-in is available at 3pm. If you go too early, there is no place to put your luggage, so you can only go to the nearby Moto-Hakone Port to store it. The locker is 300 yen 3. We booked a dog-friendly room. The loft on the second floor is said to be able to accommodate 3 people, but in fact only two sets of mattresses are provided. We asked to add one and were told that it was not possible 4. The stairs leading to the loft on the second floor are so steep that it is impossible for people to walk. It feels very scary every time you go up and down the stairs. Elderly people and children should not consider living on the second floor 5. There is no daily room cleaning service (it is said that it can only be cleaned once every 4 days). We said that the towels and bath towels were dirty and needed to be replaced, so we were asked to wash them ourselves in the washing machine 6. The loft on the second floor is very low, and adults have to bend over to move. There is no door, the windows are transparent, and there are no curtains. It is neither soundproof nor light-blocking. Is it really for people to live in? Advantages: 1. The room has a private hot spring and the garden has a foot bath. 2. The facilities in the house are complete and clean. 3. The location is good (right next to the Moto-Hakone Port, and there is a 7-Eleven convenience store nearby). 4. The scenery is good (however, the dog rooms are all on the first floor, and there is almost no scenery on the first floor). On the whole, I don't recommend this hotel, especially for Chinese people. Because there is no manual service, plus the language barrier, it may take a lot of effort to check in, and the experience is very bad. The dog room is even more outrageous. The attic on the second floor is not for people to live in (maybe the original intention was for * to live in? Then don't write that it can accommodate up to 6 people, it's completely nonsense). The service is not friendly and enthusiastic enough. You can hardly buy any service with your money, it's just the cost of pure accommodation.

There are too many problems in the house. There is no one to support the hotel. No one answers the phone calls. The vending machines do not accept foreign calls. There was no water or food during the typhoon. The paid breakfast is raw, you have to cook it yourself

Suitable for dog lovers and traveling with friends

Although at the time of check-in, there are decorations every morning,  but the environment and arrangements and facilities are very good, but note that the nearby food is not too much,  to purchase early to stay would be better.

It is a very new hotel, but check-in is not very convenient because there is no front desk. It is a bit troublesome for those who do not understand Japanese, because there is no help from any staff when arriving at the hotel, which still feels a little different! 

A very comfortable hot spring resort hotel. The balcony foot bath can be used at any time. You can soak your feet and drink while enjoying the beautiful view of Mount Fuji, Hakone Lake Ashi. The balcony hot spring♨️ is also available 24 hours a day. I will go there again.

We stayed in room 303. The room is really big for Japan. It has one bedroom and one living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, pots and pans, a telescope on the balcony, a barbecue grill, and a refrigerator. There are many ingredients and drinks for free. They gave us a cake. I was so satisfied that I couldn't say anything. The view is really unique to Lake Ashi! You really can't find a better place to stay than here during the week around the lake! It's really a life hotel. Except for the lack of service staff, everything else is very good. The hot springs in the bathroom are all certified. I think they have a stronger sulfur smell than the hot springs on the Mount Fuji side! In short, I highly recommend it and hope to have a chance to come again in the future!

Very satisfied! However, a reminder to find customer service a day in advance, I did not know to get the entry password when I got there.
