We went to this hotel for a short holiday and it’s been the most amazing experience! When we got there the staff attended us in perfect fluent English! We got an upgrade to a better room due to the construction site nearby but honestly the noise wasn’t even noticeable. The breakfast is the best I’ve had in a long time huge variety of stuff western food, fresh juices, cereals, english breakfast, all kinds of dumplings… The leisure area is beautiful we played tennis and the coach was genuinely kind and we are still in touch with him, became our friend! Hahaha really nice sauna, steam room, awesome swimming pool, quiet gym… really really nice. And it’s got a Starbucks inside of the hotel… + great attraction the surrounding area. I absolutely recommend this place for foreigners and locals.

The location is very good, just near the Huanglong subway, it is very convenient to travel, and it is also very close to the West Lake. It is very convenient to stroll to the West Lake to see the night view or take a taxi to the music fountain at night. In addition, there are buses nearby to many attractions, and there are many cars passing by Lingyin Temple. The room is equipped with two umbrellas, very intimate!

The location is very good. There is a public bus stop right in front of the hotel, and there are several bus stops for other routes within a 5-minute walk. If you are going to visit the West Lake Scenic Area, it is very convenient to use the bus, so the location of the hotel is very good. In particular, it is about an 8-minute walk to the West Lake, so you can enjoy the West Lake from early in the morning until late at night. Actually, when I told them about my stay, I arrived at the hotel a little earlier than the check-in time, but the room was ready, so I was able to leave my luggage there. I was also able to complete the check-in procedure. The owner of the hotel helped me with the app when he found out that my Chinese was halting. When foreigners stay in some countries, they are required to register with the police, but when I told him that I had never ridden an electric motorcycle, the owner of the hotel let me ride on the back of his motorcycle and went to the police station with him. The owner and another woman work at the inn, and they were really supportive of laundry, water server, and room cleaning during my stay. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. The maximum temperature was 39 degrees every day during my stay, so it was a relief to return to a room that was well cooled by the air conditioner. The shower booth was really small, but the water pressure and temperature of the shower were just right, so I was able to stay comfortably. My room was on the main road, but thanks to the comfortable room environment, I was able to sleep well, although the traffic noise was a bit bothersome. There was also a row of large plane trees along the main road, and the sunlight filtering through the trees in the morning was beautiful. For people like me who are looking for a place to sleep and take a shower, this inn is perfect. This time I stayed in the summer, so I would like to visit in the winter next time. Of course, I will definitely stay at this inn next time. The owner's true enthusiasm for entertaining me was so strong. I'm so excited. I want to go to your trip to blue again.

The location is very good, the transportation is convenient, the elevator swipes the door card, the door has a security master, and the bedding is comfortable. The front desk service is super good, and there are problems that will help solve them. It is especially warm. Just rush this point and you will stay back. Hotel location is OK, traffic is more convenient. The hotel has been renovated for some years but it is very clean, and then this year it is ready to be renovated and upgraded. The hotel also has a refrigerator that is very practical and can put some things for children to eat. The young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped us move the trolley up the steps. It is more affordable to come to Hangzhou for business and play here. Will push if you give friends to stay, family, you can rush directly! ! !

Exceptionally good service provided by Xiao Peng (小彭) and Xiao Xu (小徐). [The People] Xiao Peng always engage us and made us feel at home. You can see that she is genuinely passionate about her job. She informed us of the complimentary afternoon tea (from 2pm) and complimentary noodles for supper (from 10pm). Xiao Xu helped us with our check in and was very efficient. He also gave us some souvenirs on our last day and asked about our experience in Hangzhou. [The Hotel] Extremely comfortable and clean room. Love the open concept (1 door for the shower & toilet area). Pyjamas was thoughtfully provided as well. The most surprising part is that they even provide make up remover, face cleanser, garment detergent. 👍🏻 Free flow bottled water placed in the lobby and the lift area on each floor. Most hotels charge you for extra water but they don't. The location is very near West Lake. Not too sure about the transportation accessibility as I took Didi (taxi) all the time. 10/10 will book LESTIE HOTEL again when I revisit hangzhou. Highly recommend if you are considering to book this hotel.

The service staff are friendly, especially the guy at the door😊 Life is convenient, and the kitchen and washing machine equipment in the room are a plus. McDonald's and KFC convenience stores around the hotel are all within a short walk. The distance to the West Lake or the scenic spots around the Grand Canal is moderate by taxi.

The guy with glasses at the front desk has a good service attitude. I just came to Hangzhou and looked at hotels for a long time. Finally, I chose this youth hostel. It is economical and not expensive. It is very comfortable to sleep in and the facilities are complete. I sleep very well every night. The bed has curtains and I feel very safe. It is also very convenient to travel here. It is close to the subway entrance, West Lake, and the East Railway Station. I recommend it to brothers and sisters who have just come to Hangzhou to find a job. It is really good and cost-effective. It feels more comfortable than renting a house. You don’t need to clean it yourself. Bathing is also very convenient. There is a laundry room hahahahaha. I have lived here for almost a month. I have also been with the kitten for a month. You can see its changes every day. It looks very cute. There is also a place to watch TV in the lobby. There is a free office space

The hotel is not particularly easy to find. The newly renovated hotel is quite clean, but it has a smell. It is located in the city center. It is convenient to go everywhere. You can walk to the night market and West Lake. The breakfast is average. Overall, I will choose it next time. hotel~

I stay at one bed dorm without window room, size 2x5m as showed in trip.com apps. At first this dormitory hotel gave a good impression: its hv many toilets and bathroom, all in quite clean condition, because always have standby cleaning service on shift. But at my last day stay, i don’t know what happen, the aircon in my room not cool at all, even i’d report through hotel’s wechat account, Their amneties is perfect: many hairdryer in bathroom, don’t forget to bring your own bath slippers when staying here. There provide coin washing machine, and there are infuse water, hot/cold water, microwave and refrigerator in the lounge. The only thing that bother me is the carpet inside the lift to hotel is very dirty, but maybe it’s because they share lift with Xintian art&craft garden building.
