GGuest UserThis time I brought my whole family to travel, and I am very happy that I chose the Little Dolphin B&B. The owner was very hospitable and helped us solve many problems. I stayed there for 5 consecutive days. The configuration of the B&B was very high-end and I didn't expect that the B&B also had an elevator. The suite has a projection, a terrace for bathing, and a sea view. The public area on the 4th floor is very comfortable and offers a first-line sea view. The villa is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, the quilt is very warm, it feels like sleeping in the clouds. Happy every day

The decor and design were fantastic. The renovation of the historic building is quite unique, and the courtyard is breathtaking.
The housekeeping service was excellent, and any requests were promptly addressed.
The breakfast was also delicious, featuring some unique dishes.

GGuest UserThe professional guest room design is close to that of a luxury hotel, which is very practical; the room is very spacious, with a bar, washing area, sleeping area, hot spring pool, and waterscape area in a large space, which is reasonably arranged so that the family can enjoy themselves in different areas without affecting each other.
The room is very wide and has a first-class view. The best thing is that it is right by the water, with a first-line sea view. The inn is in Haidong in the middle of Erhai Lake, and the room is full of smoke and waves. There are many scenic spots around for easy check-in. It is next to Haidong Town, and the Bai ethnic stalls are authentic and refreshing.
The most amazing thing is the sunset, the Cangshan is like iron, the setting sun is like blood, the birds are flying alone, and the waves are surging in the golden sand.
The food and service are very good. The parking lot is 20 to 30 meters from the lobby, and the slope is very steep. The lady worked tirelessly to carry the luggage. It is rare for a famous hotel to be so.
It was a very good day, and I will go there again if I have the chance.

The hotel environment is relatively quiet. The hotel design at the foot of Cangshan Mountain is quite beautiful in combination with Cangshan Mountain. The guest rooms are relatively large. It is suitable for vacation and rest. The hotel supplies and decoration are quite stylish, and you can see that a lot of thought has been put into it. All the service staff have obvious signs of training and look very professional. I have been in Dali for 8 years, and most of the homestays in Dali are not at this level, which is beyond my expectation. The hotel scene is also very beautiful for taking pictures. I can recommend everyone to stay here. This hotel at the foot of Cangshan Mountain is pretty good!

MMaomadaichenzailvyouThis absolutely deserves a 5️⃣-star plus rating! I only stayed one night because I was in Dali for two days, but I'll definitely choose it again next time. The location is great, very close to the airport and high-speed rail station, about 20 minutes away.
Facilities: Excellent! They have everything – a projector, bathtub, a balcony with a prime sea view, a hairdryer, etc. I was pleasantly surprised to find an iron too. The hairdryer is a Dyson, which was really good. Another even bigger surprise was that you don't need to bring clothes for travel photography; downstairs, they have Yi and Bai ethnic costumes, and long-sleeved dresses in various colors, even with trains, all perfect for photoshoots and all provided for free.
Cleanliness: Very clean. The butler, restaurant staff, and cleaning aunties not only provide excellent service and have great attitudes but also work meticulously and keep everything spotless.
Environment: The owner has nurtured many beautiful flowers and succulents for 6-7 years. There's a lovely small garden, swings, a swimming pool, a piano, a rooftop afternoon tea area, and even a sailboat⛵️. On the day we checked in, we planned to go sightseeing, but we ended up taking photos at the hotel until 7:30 PM!
The owner is very accommodating and even provided airport transfer services.

I'd stayed at this owner's hotel before and had a fantastic experience. Seeing that the owner also had another one in Dali Old Town, I decided to stay here again!
Staying there was pure bliss. The room was filled with the aromatherapy scent, and there was a private hot spring bath—so relaxing! The room offered complimentary face masks and bath salts, perfect for a relaxing soak in the hot spring. It truly felt like a vacation in Dali Old Town. The entire courtyard had a fairytale-like resort feel, with meticulous attention to detail. You could hear soft music from the courtyard while in the room. The warm, Instagram-worthy lighting in the room, combined with the golden sunlight, felt incredibly comfortable and relaxing.
The front desk offered complimentary snacks, fruit, yogurt, tea, milk, coffee, and juice—all self-service. They even provided three types of cups: regular water cups, coffee cups, and tea cups—more than enough to meet every customer's needs 👍
There was a rocking chair in the courtyard, with a designated place to put your teacup next to it—very cozy.
The second-floor terrace features a Chinese-style tea table and Western-style recliners and futons. Although I got bitten several mosquitoes as soon as I arrived, I really loved the place and wanted to stay forever.
Good things aren't just about appearance and specifications. Truly good things convey a feeling, making you feel incredibly comfortable, nourished, and at ease. The moment you sit down, touch the surfaces, or even just look at the place, you feel at peace and don't want to leave.
A hotel that truly cares about customer needs, pays attention to detail, and genuinely provides excellent service makes you naturally feel happy while staying there. 👍
