It would take a whole page of details to describe how nice this place is in 2020. I stayed there three times, each time in different rooms, each time perfect. It is just NICE. Location is perfect, quiet yet one stop from Kobe, the neighborhood is romantic like Greenwich Village or Montmartre or a nice place in San Francisco. The little house is very cute, very homey, with a large common space. The staff are incredible. Just rush to stay there before the team get old and change business. For the time being, they are super super master of genuine hospitality. They made me understand what is the pinnacle of a ”guesthouse Japanese style”. There is an elevated railway line running just on the other side of the street. It is not a problem because during the night, there are no trains. I fully recommend this place. Hotel is located next to the highway. The car park is an internal smartpark system. So no need to park in public park area. Breakfast was delivered to your room. Choice of Japanese or Western breakfast. The spa bath was great, large bed and good airco system. Big TV and with great surround sound speakers on the ceiling. Design was modern and refreshing. Staff was friendly. They could have told me that breakfast would be delivered, I did not know this.

The location is close to the Shinjuku Line of Hanshin Line and it takes 10 minutes to walk. The hotel is not small, the room is not small, but it belongs to the lover hotel, usually the front desk can not see the waiter. Deliver food to the room in the morning. The bathroom is large, there is a microwave oven, the refrigerator is fixed as a grid for drinks, and it is not convenient to put other things. There are 2 canteens nearby, which is convenient for eating. In the previous stop, there was a supermarket in the last stop. After the last stop, there was a king in the Yuying station. I often got off the bus and went back after dinner. The hotel is surrounded by the famous Japanese sake production area. You can walk to the exhibition halls and buy wines at various major wineries to make a special tour of sake.

Libmax is located all over Japan, but there is not much good memories until now. Had the lowest image in the hotel chain, but here is very good. Of course it is new, but the design sense such as wallpaper is good, the bed is comfortable, and the temperature adjustment and water pressure of the shower are very good. It was good to have no dirt, although it felt like a rib max in each room with a microwave oven. The coffee of the UCC drop bag was delicious. Personally the most happy thing is that the wind volume of the hair dryer is strong. The room is a bit compact, but there is no tightness at all, and it is an ordinary size as a business hotel. The bathtub is large enough and cleaning is well done. (Of course, there are still new ones). One thing that's unfortunate is that. On the morning of the first day of the stay, the lower of the shower bed holder was loosened and the screw was loosened and the hot water was put out, and the bed was violent and inconvenient, so I asked the front desk to repair it. When I came back at night It was not fixed. I examined it myself, but it seems that the bis used is too short or there is no proper foundation in the lining, and it is not possible to change it to the anchor bolt thing now, and it is not possible to do it now, and it is not possible to do it now I think it is a construction mistake of the tobus, but one bis in two is not tightened. In the residential area, there is a distance from Sangong District. It takes another station to tower 5-6. There are few shops nearby. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the restaurant ramen shop near the Yuying Station.

Visiting Kobe with my family of 4, got a connecting room. Such good location, big spacing , amenities are spot on and got packed extra after we left the hotel with do not disturb sign at the front door. Great hospitality!!!

Conveniently located at the heart of Kobe. The hotel has Onsen which is 👍👍👍 breakfast has a lot variety with Kobe specialities!

Standard nice 3 star hotel located just off the noisy area in a quiet street. Location and cleanliness are decent as expected, but many amenities such as green tea, shower cap and pillows (only 1 per bed) are missing. The room and toilet are a little small and dark as the lighting is all yellow with limited options. The staff are friendly and helpful.

2nd stay at the hotel. Once with a group of 16 and this time with my family of 3. To be fair, the stay was comfortable and I was initially very pleased at choosing Hotel Okura Kobe again. The reason for my low rating is that the hotel laundry service ruined 3 of my sweaters which were sent for dry cleaning. The sweaters have been dry cleaned before without incident but were shrunk considerably after cleaning at the hotel. I believe the dry cleaning was mismanaged and wrote in to give feedback, specifically that this type of mistake with laundry should not be happening at a hotel which markets itself on the higher end of the spectrum. Did receive a cookie cutter reply from the housekeeping manager acknowledging my complaint. I think the incident was perhaps caused by new staff that were poorly trained. Pity, the incident ruined my experience and resulted in the poor rating for an otherwise pleasant stay.

Really nice hotel, nice view, next to portliner train, 15min to Sannomiya, very convenient but away from all noise, only drawbacks is not many choices for food, only one relatively upscale restaurant which is quite nice though
