GGuest UserMy experience at the Business Inn was brilliant. Smooth check in and no issues at all, staff at the front desk were all wonderful: patient, kind, knowledgeable. Constantly welcoming me back to the hotel! Something small that I appreciate.
The room was wonderful, all the appliances worked brilliantly, and I was honestly astounded by the amount of space for the price! Very good value. Furthermore, the room cleanliness was perfect, I had no concerns and always felt good coming home.
Loved the location, lots of action and good feelings in the neighborhood. I truly could not be happier with my experience. Thank you very much!

GGuest UserSpacious room with fridge and microwave inside room, with ice machine for quick chill on soft drinks. Facilities are new and in great condition. Good location is another great point for easy access to outlet mall in 15 minutes on road, and just 30 minutes on driving for Ottawa.

BBarryWRoom cleanliness and air conditioning were good. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was simple but good in quality. However the breakfast queue was long and food replenishment was not done in pace with the flow, ended up in a long queue not moving as people stayed in the front of the queue stayed in the queue waiting for replenishment. The dinning space was insufficient that could not accommodate the big crowd.
We ran into issue setting up the sofa bed. Calling the front desk asking for assistance we were stunned by a reply saying they would not send staff to help but urging us to try for another attempts and kept reassuring us the sofa bed operation was simple and easy. Finally we got that sorted out with help from other hotel customers..
A major disappointment that totally ruined my experience with the hotel was the way my enquiry was handled towards an unknown charge after I checked out.
In the check out bill, it was just a charge billed to my credit card without indicating what service or item I was billed for. While my family did not order or buy anything at all from the hotel and we were in a rush, I did not check the bill upon check out until 5 days later I saw it in my credit card account. I sent an email to the hotel reservation (that was the only email channel I found from the hotel home page) to enquire about the charge and no reply was received ever towards my enquiry and that's what I was hit. Although the unknown charge was refunded after another week, I did not feel good with the way they work. I frankly accept mistakes made by the front desk or the account team for incorrect bill, but I do not accept ignorance and zero communication from the backend on my enquiry. This is something the hotel should improve.

SSimurkhotel was nice and clean! it’s walking distance to the byward market- only issue is parking if you have a pickup truck the garage parking only accommodates trucks and SUVS on the first floor and if that’s not available you will have to park at the mall parking right across the hotel.

GGuest UserStaff was friendly and parking is included in your stay. The room was clean and spacious. Our particular room had an extra sink next to the bed which was a little bizarre but we didn't mind.
The continental breakfast had plenty of options including a waffle maker, bread, multiple types of juice, coffee, meat, and eggs. There were yogurts and cheese available in a small fridge too.
I would consider staying here again considering how close it is to the mall and the highway that allows for easy travel around the city.

The bathrooms are beautiful, very clean, and well-appointed, as are the rooms themselves.
Very pleased and will stay here again when my travels take me through this area once more.

RReaishenghuodemoumoumouThe hotel is on the roadside, there are convenience stores and many restaurants nearby, very convenient, there is a bus stop, the front desk lady is very cute, said Ottawa is very safe, if there is any danger, she can help me call the police, let me rest assured to play in Ottawa, breakfast is to the front desk to get a paper bag, There is a small dessert and a bottle of yogurt ➕ a juice. The soundproofing effect of the room is average. Parking at the door and someone passing by can be heard. It is on the first floor, and there are two floors in total. A short transition for one night is still no problem, Ottawa is not fun, and the attractions can be punched in for a day.
