My recent business trip to China hit a snag when I found myself running low on RMB, turning simple tasks like eating and shopping into real challenges. I first tried to exchange my euros for Chinese RMB at my company-booked hotel, but they couldn't help. As a last resort, I walked into a nearby Atour Hotel to ask if I could exchange euros for RMB there. The moment I entered, the front desk agent greeted me with a warm smile and a cup of hot tea. That instant warmth and genuine Chinese hospitality put me completely at ease. After I explained my situation, she sketched a clear map to nearby banks and then, seeing my confusion, kindly offered, ”Let me take you there!” She accompanied me to several banks, but none handled foreign exchange on weekends. Undaunted, she persisted until we found one that could exchange my currency. As if her help wasn't enough, it suddenly started pouring while we were inside. She rushed back to the hotel in the rain and returned with an umbrella, saying, ”I didn't want you to get wet. Please keep it.” I was truly amazed by her kindness to a non-guest. So, when I returned to Beilun, I didn’t hesitate to skip my company's hotel and chose Atour instead. It was absolutely the right decision. The room was well-equipped and spotless, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the service was thoughtful in every aspect. My thanks again to that front desk employee. Her kindness didn’t just solve a practical problem—it left me with a lasting impression of the warmth and sincerity of Chinese hospitality.

This stay was fantastic! The hotel is perfectly located, conveniently located near shopping districts and attractions. The rooms are spacious and bright, with a simple and elegant decor. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness is spotless. The attention to detail shows quality. The staff, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, were warm and attentive, patiently answering questions and providing attentive service. The breakfast was varied, with a balanced mix of Chinese and Western dishes, and the flavors were excellent. It's an excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I came for the hotel lobby half and the high floor view half. The hotel lobby was not disappointing, but the view may be not ideal due to the room orientation. The hotel location is quite good in Beilun, and Yintai City is just across the road, which is quite convenient for shopping and eating. The room is modern and clean, and the bathroom is equipped with a smart toilet and a special toilet mat, which is good. It's a pity that the sink is external and connected to the room. The backlit makeup mirror is very good, but the two switches are always on. When the sink is connected to the bedroom, there are two super bright night lights at night, which greatly affects sleep. Another point of complaint is that the hotel has only one elevator, and the hotel rooms are on the 31st to 33rd floors, which is conceivable... In general, if the destination includes the area near Beilun, I think this hotel is still worth staying in. After all, the price is not expensive, the bedding is still comfortable, the appearance is good, and the night view of the lobby is very photogenic.

Having stayed in countless hotels for business, the experience here easily makes my top three! It's billed as a designer hotel, and while the lobby truly embodies this with its minimalist, upscale aesthetic (even more so than the rooms), the co-working area is also very spacious. The rooms themselves are perfectly adequate and boast a comfortable layout, and the Wi-Fi is impressively fast, allowing for efficient work. Breakfast is a highlight for business travelers: you can grab a quick sandwich on the go, or sit down for a leisurely hot, freshly prepared meal. The flexibility is fantastic. Plenty of free parking spots are available, so even if I worked late into the night, finding a space was never an issue. What's more, there's a direct and secure passage from the parking lot to the hotel. All in all, I'd give it a solid 9/10, saving the last point for my next visit!

Spacious room, clean and comfortable, also great location. My only complaint would be the cigar smell, other than that, it is perfect.

I went to Beilun because I was watching the women's volleyball team. A 10-minute walk from this hotel to the venue is enough! A straight line! It’s also a 10-minute walk from the business district and subway station! The environment is clean and hygienic, and all facilities are available! The air conditioner is awesome! The girl at the front desk has a good attitude, is efficient and enthusiastic. The picture below is the view outside the room. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay! I will choose this store again for the next women's volleyball match!

The room is very big, the hardware facilities are very complete, the front desk service is very good, there is welcome fruit when you check in, and you can get a parking ticket when you park your car in the garage below. The check-in experience is very good!

Nice hotel. It's a little far from a station so you can walk 20 minutes or take the Didi. Inside is gorgeous and the price was amazing. It's a little old but the staff are kind and the breakfast was delicious. Super clean. Just the first day there was stuff in the sink, and a band aid in the bathroom and after i dropped something on the ground, you can see the dust on the carpet. Overall, it was a great experience. Sheets are cleaned, shower is great, very comfortable. Air con can be adjusted. Staff were so nice. Nice little area and safe. There are rural parts like this and more bigger areas in China. Overall nice.

The room was spacious, and the modern Chinese style design was very elegant, although some of the furniture showed obvious signs of wear and tear. The pool and changing rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. After checking out, I realized I hadn't received the welcome fruit I redeemed with points.
