"Yihua enjoys a wonderfully convenient yet relaxed location. Right across from the hotel is the Tang City Wall Ruins Park, known as a ”natural oxygen bar,” which is perfect for evening strolls. There is a food court on the basement level (B floor), and plenty of convenience stores and snack bars in the surrounding area. If you want to head out, Metro Line 8 is just a 5-minute walk away, providing easy access to the Hi-Tech Zone, and Wanda Plaza is also nearby. If you prefer to stay put, the park and the local eateries downstairs are more than enough. Traveling doesn't always mean rushing from one attraction to another; staying in a place where you can truly unwind is a trip in itself. The hotel service is excellent—a special shout-out to the young butler, who was attentive, warm, and paid great attention to detail. I will definitely stay here again. The breakfast offers a great variety, and the meats and cakes are delicious."
"The location of the hotel is particularly excellent and it is very convenient to travel and go shopping. The front desk service is warm and intimate, the check-in and check-out efficiency is very high, and the whole process does not take long to wait. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had no smell, the toiletries were complete, the sound insulation effect was also very good, and the night was particularly quiet. The overall price is super high, the stay experience is particularly comfortable, I really recommend it to everyone, I will choose this next time!"
"This hotel is located in the heart of the high-tech zone and the price is really affordable. The environment is good, the hygiene is decent, and the staff are all very friendly. The main advantage is its convenience. The only downside is that parking isn't provided, so you have to pay for it yourself."
"A huge shout-out to Judy and Kelly at the front desk, and Skyla from sales, for their outstanding service at Hilton! From our initial booking inquiry, Skyla's professional guidance immediately put us at ease. Upon arrival, Judy and Kelly's warm and efficient welcome made us feel right at home. They were always smiling, and patiently answered all our questions. Throughout our stay, we experienced their seamless teamwork: the front desk staff was consistently warm and attentive, and the sales team promptly addressed any needs we had. Their collective team spirit and high service standards were simply impeccable. Highly recommend!"

Li Dream's one-rail station is close, and then the washing machine, dryer is very complete, the service is in place, the response speed is also very fast, there are many snacks downstairs, the house is spacious and comfortable"
"The hotel is of high quality. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, service, and environment, especially the bedding in the room which was incredibly comfortable, and the mattress was really soft. The hotel's facilities and equipment are also very comprehensive. The front desk even offers laundry and drying services, which made my trip much more convenient. The front desk staff were also very responsive to requests and available 24/7, ready to help with any issues at any time. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍"
"This hotel is conveniently located near my child's school, has a great atmosphere, and offers a wide variety of breakfast options. We've stayed here before for exam prep during junior high, and for the Gaokao (college entrance exam), we booked a room directly. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They even upgraded our room specifically for the Gaokao candidate and provided welcome fruits, earplugs, eye masks, and other small gifts. When my child was tired from studying at night, they even offered a late-night bowl of noodles. We were extremely satisfied with our three-day stay!"
"The location is fantastic, with a subway station just around the corner. It's super convenient for taking taxis and exploring shopping areas. The front desk staff, especially Ally Eleven and Paula, were efficient and friendly during check-in and even proactively recommended local attractions and restaurants. The room was well-cleaned, with a nice separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and it smelled fresh. They even provided complimentary fruit and drinks. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the soundproofing was excellent. All the amenities were complete, and the hot water was stable. Every detail showed thoughtfulness. This place offers incredible value for money; I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit."
"This family hotel located on Keji Road provided a thoroughly satisfying stay this time. The hotel enjoys a prime location with numerous restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making getting around very convenient. The room was kept clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very quiet and peaceful night's sleep. Today, because the booked room type was different, the front desk kindly helped adjust the rooms to the same floor and even offered complimentary afternoon tea. Highly recommended, a truly pleasant stay."
"The experience of staying in this hotel is great! The room is clean and bright, and the bedding is clean and comfortable without any odor. The breakfast is rich in variety, the hot soy milk and refreshing side dishes are delicious, and the ingredients are fresh, hygienic and reliable. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the cost-effectiveness is super high. It is the first choice for business trips!"

MMuhanlaoshiThe hotel environment isn't luxurious, but it is very clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering free laundry service, complimentary sweet soup (dessert), and a free shuttle to the Terracotta Army. However, these aren't even the hotel's most outstanding features. What satisfied me the most was how wonderful every single staff member is. Whether I remember their names or not (Baozi, Mango, and maybe Peach, Orange, Apple, Tangyuan... 🤭), every single staff member was extremely sincere, patient, and warm-hearted. It was that sense of warmth that touched me and my family. On the night before we left, my parents were tired from sightseeing and wanted to dine in the room. I ordered a portion of rice and asked for three pairs of chopsticks. The restaurant attendant brought up a bowl of rice along with two empty bowls—she deduced from my request for three pairs of chopsticks that three people were dining, and proactively provided two extra empty bowls. I hadn't even thought of that myself, but the attendant did. I was deeply touched. The staff at Yunhe Hotel not only anticipate the guests' needs, but they even think of things the guests haven't thought of yet. After returning home, I kept talking to my family about how much I love Xi'an's culture, and the attitude of all the staff at Yunhe Hotel is one of the reasons I love Xi'an. Next time I need a hotel, I think I will look for Yunhe's chain hotels in other cities first.
WWoxinfeixiang1866The room was clean, tidy, and offered a great view. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The service was warm and welcoming, and the front desk guy even gave us a free room upgrade. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. The surrounding area is very convenient for transportation. Awesome!
GGuest UserI had a deeply impressive stay this time! After checking out, I was in a rush and left my portable charger in the room. Long after I had left the hotel, the housekeeping staff found it and immediately notified the front desk. The front desk called me right away, kept it safe for me, and later successfully mailed it back to me. This small gesture was especially heartwarming; it didn't feel like standard, polite service, but rather genuine thoughtfulness for the guests. The room was clean and quiet, the bedding was comfortable, and the front desk was very responsive. Highly recommended, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an!
GGuest UserBeautiful boutique hotel hidden on the last 3 floors on a high building at the center of the walled city. Very convenient and very quiet. Nice rooftop with swimming pool, bar, view point on the bell tower. Room was elegantly design and spacious. The service is amazing, very efficient yet patiente and talored to your needs. The staffed recommended us great restaurants and show. Joy served us a very nice cocktail at the bar. Food was delicious and lots of complementary snacks and drinks. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that come to Xi'an. Wonderful!

WWill1118Five stars for this hidden gem, ECHARM! The terrace room we booked was such a pleasant surprise. Sitting on the terrace in the evening, feeling the breeze and taking in the views of the ancient city instantly melted away the fatigue of a whole day of sightseeing. Dealing with dirty travel clothes is always a hassle, but the hotel even offers laundry service and delivers them right back to your room—a total lifesaver for lazy travelers! The location is absolutely fantastic, with various attractions nearby. When you're tired from walking, it's so easy to head back to the hotel to rest. The service was attentive and gentle. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an!

GGuest UserThe Staffs were very very helpful in helping to recommend tours, local travelling to tourists' places , what to see for tourists i.e. us. They recommended where to taste local authentic foods even to beware of fraudsters, eat healthy and spend worthy etc.
The hotel, Ibilis was wonderful and up to standard for locals and international tourists. We appreciated the staffs' courteous ways of dealing with tourists (both local and international i.e us included. The hotel is at the right location to many touristic places and local /international food places too.
We like to stay again in this hotel, Ibilis Hotel when we come as a family again and also recommend to our extended families, friends and travel companions! Bravo!
GGuest UserTraveling during the National Day holiday, the subway is definitely the most convenient option. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to the Bell Tower. It's super easy to find – just exit D of Metro Line 2 and turn right. It takes about 40 minutes by subway to Xi'an North High-speed Railway Station. The Kaiyuan Mall nearby offers great photo opportunities of the Bell and Drum Towers. And the Chang'an Grand Restaurant (with its lantern festival decor) right outside the mall is amazing; they have all the local specialties. I actually preferred Chang'an Grand Restaurant over Drunken Chang'an.
Overall, the hotel service was good. Our family suite was spacious, and the hotel has a charming retro style. The electric kettle was an instant-heating type with a retro look, but it wasn't very functional, so I was glad I brought my own. The hairdryer was indeed a Dyson. The hotel even provides disposable bathtub covers for a relaxing soak. The bathroom was also thoughtfully designed with hooks for hanging clothes. The only minor downside was that the toilet didn't have a bidet function.
For those who prioritize quality and enjoy local cuisine, I highly recommend eating breakfast outside the hotel. The hotel breakfast is just filling, nothing special! The breakfast at several Halal restaurants in Gaojia Courtyard Alley was excellent. I tried the *hulatang* (spicy soup) and beef *guantangbao* (soup dumplings), and both were delicious.
From the hotel, you can easily do a city walk around the Bell and Drum Towers, hitting several classic spots like Fenxiang, Defuxiang, Xiangzi Temple, Gaojia Courtyard, and Shuyuanmen. I averaged 20,000 steps daily!
The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service to the Terracotta Army, which you can book on the first floor for 40 RMB round trip per person.
Xi'an has a strong service culture!

GGuest UserFantastic stay! The room is spacious with a well-designed three-way separate wet and dry bathroom, and the facilities are very well-maintained. It was extremely comfortable. Although I initially thought the color scheme wasn't really my style, it actually felt very harmonious once inside.
The location is also top-notch. The city wall is right outside the doorstep—perfect for renting a bike and riding along the top. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it's just a little over a ten-minute walk to the Forest of Stone Tablets Museum.
GGuest UserFantastic hotel with spacious rooms. The pillows and bed were very comfortable, which is the best thing you can ask for as a traveler. I was originally going to book a hotel near the Datang Everbright City, but after checking the prices and reviews, I decided on this one. It's very close to the elevated highway on the second day and not far from the Everbright City either. Their breakfast, in particular, is genuinely amazing. Renaissance has always been a top-tier hotel brand, and even though they were acquired by Marriott, they’ve maintained their high standards of service and quality. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an. The room photos look exactly like the promotional pictures, so I won't bother uploading more.
GGuest UserThe homestay we stayed in this time really exceeded our expectations! Opposite is the Daming Palace National Park, with a superior location and prosperous business. It is close to the subway entrance, and is a few stops away from the Bell Tower and the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps, which is more convenient than driving. Nearby is the lively night market street of Wanda Plaza, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The community is of high quality, the lobby is luxurious and atmospheric, the rooms are spacious and bright, with a light luxury style and exquisite design. The large flat with five bedrooms, two living rooms and three bathrooms is very practical, and it was just enough to accommodate our group of more than ten people! It is also equipped with a fully automatic mahjong machine, which added a lot of fun to our leisure time. It was as warm and comfortable as at home, and it was a very pleasant travel experience.
