The hotel itself is nice for the price. The location was exactly what were looking for: not in the center but close to the metro. Regardless the cleanliness: In the booking we requested a smoke free room (the trip.com option treatment for smoke). The room smelled so bad I ordered odor removal spray, used the whole bottle in 2 days, stil not fully gone. The air cleaner in the room does nothing for the smel. It might not help that they sell sigarets downstairs....

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation, and the bedding was comfortable. Excellent hotel! The mutton noodles in clear soup for breakfast are delicious. The hotel's location is also very advantageous, and travel is very convenient. The room is warmly decorated and the bedding is soft. The staff members Xiao Wang and Xiao Yang have a very good attitude and always serve with a smile. It was a very comfortable stay here, and I will choose this hotel next time I come!

My stay here far exceeded my expectations! The lobby was clean and grand, and the front desk staff were very friendly and responsive. The room was spacious and bright, with excellent natural light and ventilation. Every corner was spotless, the bathroom had no strange odors, and a full range of toiletries was provided. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a very restful sleep. The hotel environment was quiet overall, with great attention to detail. It offers excellent value for money and is perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. Highly recommended!

Extremely satisfied with the service!. My room, though not large, was clean and tidy, which was very comfortable for a business traveler like me. The check-in process was handled expertly and professionally, without any unnecessary formalities. On my second night, smoke from the adjacent room seeped into mine through the ventilation system. I called the front desk, and they promptly sent air freshener and an air purifier, but neither helped much as the smoking continued. Unable to sleep, I called the front desk again at 1 AM. The night staff told me they'd arrange another room. I mentioned my belongings were still in the old room, and he replied, 'No worries, just go and get some sleep.' The new room was quiet and smoke-free. So, I ended up staying in two rooms in one night at this hotel, and the best part is that the price was incredibly reasonable – excellent value for money. A big thumbs-up to the staff for their outstanding service! That’s why I’m writing such a detailed review. Exceptional people deserve recognition, and quality service should be known to all; otherwise, it’s unfair to those who strive while others don't. Moreover, for less than 300 RMB a night, the hotel also offers a decent breakfast. Besides vegetables and meats, there were delicious 'Rou Jia Mo' (Chinese meat burgers) and exquisite pastries. While the variety might not match a five-star hotel, you can tell that every dish is prepared with care. I stayed for two days, and the breakfast items were different each morning, all tasting excellent. I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is very conveniently located near the metro station and a few minutes ride from the city center. It's more or less 30 minutes from the airport by car. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities in the bathroom. Breakfast was basic and there was no elevator from the 5th to the 6th floor. However there were not many stairs and the staff were willing to help me with the luggage. The front desk staff were friendly too. For the price paid this hotel is a great deal and it is really worth it.

He contacted me two days before our arrival to confirm our schedule and room details, and knowing we were traveling with a child, he even asked if we needed a bed rail. My room experience at the Nostalgia Hotel Xi'an deserves a perfect score! The hotel environment is absolutely wonderful! From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the thoughtful details: the butler sister not only added me on WeChat right away, patiently recommended nearby food and attractions, but also specially prepared a welcome gift and a fruit platter. This kind of attentiveness instantly made me feel at home. The hotel's facilities and services are beyond praise. The laundry room and gym are meticulously maintained, especially the laundry room, where the staff provided incredibly thoughtful service, clearly informing me of the exact time to pick up my clothes, which was a huge relief. There were always staff members proactively guiding guests in the restaurant and by the elevators, making the entire experience very smooth. It's clear that every employee is well-trained; from reception to the ancillary services, professionalism and attentiveness were evident everywhere, truly living up to the 'Nostalgia' golden reputation. Next time I'm in Xi'an, I will definitely choose this place again!

Environment: This place is perfect for families! It has a charmingly old-fashioned and mysterious vibe. The garden-style villa architecture is really unique, and the courtyard, surrounded by greenery, feels so cozy. The rooms are huge, ideal for a large family to stay together.✌️ Service: The owner, a lovely lady, is incredibly warm and thoughtful, always providing helpful tips and reminders daily. The responsible uncle is also very meticulous and attentive, helping us clean our rooms and replenish daily necessities! Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The bedding is spotless, odor-free, and very comfortable! Overall, I highly, highly recommend this place. Parking nearby is convenient, though the parking fee is a bit steep.😮‍💨 But hey, it's a property management charge, so the owner can't really control it. (It's 2 yuan per hour; I paid 121 yuan for less than three days.) Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'll definitely choose this guesthouse again! Oh, I almost forgot the most, most, MOST important thing: this guesthouse has both cats AND dogs! 🤩 The dog's name is Shiwu (Fifteen), and he's incredibly well-behaved, taking his 'welcoming and seeing off' duties very seriously. ❤️ The cat is also super sweet and well-behaved! 😘

GGuest UserChoosing this hotel for our Xi'an trip was definitely the right decision! Yunhe Yebo Bell and Drum Tower South Store is in an absolutely prime downtown location. We were just a few minutes' walk from enjoying the stunning night view of the Bell and Drum Tower, and there are tons of authentic Xi'an snacks right around the corner, making breakfast super convenient. The metro station is also very close, so getting to the North Station, airport, or Terracotta Warriors was a breeze. The room itself was clean and odorless, with plenty of space. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – we had a wonderfully quiet night's sleep despite being in the heart of the city. The bathroom was spotless with a great wet/dry separation, and we had stable hot water and fast Wi-Fi. Strawberry and Taiyang (Sun) at the front desk were incredibly warm and patient. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and they proactively shared local travel routes and tips to avoid tourist traps, which was a really thoughtful touch. All the facilities were well-maintained, and the price was fantastic, offering excellent value for money. Our family had a comfortable and worry-free stay. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Xi'an!

GGuest UserI absolutely have to give this hotel a five-star review! Beyond the facilities and ambiance, what truly touched me was the warmth of the people. The service team was incredibly responsive to every request. I was worried about mosquitoes, and the staff patiently brought mosquito repellents multiple times. The biggest surprise was being showered with treats from morning till night: snacks and drinks in the lobby during the day, and Tremella soup before bed. Breakfast was not only abundant but also delicious. A special shout-out to the hotel's photography service; it was a fantastic experience with a high success rate for great photos, and the photographer was excellent at directing. The hotel's souvenir gifts are also incredibly chic—I loved them! The service strikes a perfect balance, being warm yet unobtrusive. This is, without a doubt, the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in recently.

Lliuliu2005I'd heard great things about this hotel for a while, and even though it was a bit far from where I needed to be, I still chose to stay at the Legend. It lived up to expectations and was definitely worth the price. 'Historic, elegant, and high-quality' – that pretty much sums up my overall impression. Upon check-in, they upgraded my room, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The facilities are incredibly well-maintained, indicating excellent materials, meticulous management, and careful upkeep. The off-white seating in the public areas was spotless, instantly reassuring me about the hotel's hygiene. The courtyard was smaller than I imagined, but the greenery and layout were very pleasant, especially the centuries-old trees that seemed to stand guard, inspiring a sense of reverence. The guest room was comfortably and tastefully appointed, with multiple small, opening windows – a refreshing change from the large, fashionable windows often found today – offering a more residential feel and excellent privacy for different functional areas. The breakfast was exceptional, with both a buffet and à la carte options. The ingredients were fresh and high-quality, and it was absolutely delicious! When I returned to the hotel around noon after my errands, they kindly extended my check-out until 2 PM. The service was delightful; they diligently helped me with my luggage both upon arrival and departure, making me feel right at home. I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract! **Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

My first review covered the first seven nights, which were excellent, so this is about what changed at the end. My last night fell apart. I'm somewhat tolerant of noise, so this isn't a light-sleeper complaint: someone checked into the room above and from late evening until after 2:30am it was nonstop heavy stomping, furniture dragging, banging, jumping, running, and actual screaming, sometimes sprinting in place like they were trying to come through the ceiling. I didn't call right away because I figured they'd settle down at bedtime, but the intensity only increased after midnight. It didn't let up until after 2:30am, and I had an early start. The real problem was that I couldn't get help. The listing doesn't promise English-speaking staff, but trip.com is the foreigner-friendly platform, so I'd assumed there'd be some overnight path to assistance. There wasn't. The front desk could only tell me ”don't speak English,” and when I escalated to trip.com around 2:30am, even they couldn't reach anyone. Being stuck with no way to call for help in the middle of the night was the one thing that genuinely soured the stay. Otherwise the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, even coming up to my room to help track down a misdelivered order, which there were a couple of these. One heads-up: the hotel's registered address in Alipay doesn't match its name, so deliveries WILL go astray. I'd happily return, but only with a top-floor room to avoid the overhead-noise problem.

It's an old hotel, really just banking on its location. When booking on the app, they don't specify the room type. Upon arrival, I was told there were no windows, or rather, the window opened into a corridor, making air circulation poor. If I wanted an outside-facing window, I'd have to pay extra. Parking was insufficient, so I had to park in the neighboring complex and pay separately – 3 yuan an hour, which they called a 'special rate.' Overall, it was a particularly bad experience. I paid budget hotel prices for a stay that felt more like a 4-star hotel in terms of cost, but certainly not quality.

My housekeepers Cindy and Kevin responded promptly and efficiently. The entire team delivered warm, thoughtful service and took great care of us throughout our stay, delivering an outstanding experience. The property boasts luxurious and elegant decor with impeccable design taste; every detail of the furnishings and facilities is exquisitely crafted. The bed linens offer exceptional comfort for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom is equipped with premium Le Labo toiletries, a Dyson hair dryer, and a classic Marshall speaker — a full lineup of high-end branded amenities that speak for themselves in quality. The daily breakfast and late-night snacks are made with quality ingredients and taste fantastic, warming both body and heart. I rarely eat meals provided by accommodation venues normally, yet I ended up enjoying full portions every single day here. The staff went all out to fulfill every request efficiently, with sincere and reliable service. We also received a lovely souvenir gift upon check-out, bringing one delightful surprise after another. This stay far exceeded all my expectations, hitting the ceiling in both value for money and overall experience. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Xi’an!

The hotel also provides breakfast, tea break and dinner though the varieties are limited but sufficient. The hotel services, in general, are good and well provided! A highly recommended hotel for a short and budget stay in Xi’An!

SShoumiaoWe were five grown men and had a very comfortable stay. This is a B&B in the residential complex. It's beautifully decorated, quiet, and well-equipped. The floor heating was very warm, even with the windows open, it wasn't cold, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. The complex is well-managed, and it's right next to Wanda and two snack streets! There's a wide variety of food options, but eating in the room was so comfortable that we deliberately packed up for two nights and played mahjong and poker afterwards...we didn't want to go out. Transportation is very convenient, and the subway station is just a short walk away. Two of the bedrooms are small suites, one with a private bathroom, and the other two share a bathroom. Three bathrooms are definitely enough. In short, living in this large flat is really comfortable!

HH2O_cfMy stay is on the 15th floor with a mini window and a very comfortable bed. They have separate wash from for bath and toilet , while the wash place is outside the toilet. Check out time given was up to 2pm. Convenient and near to metro station within 5 minute walk. Just the floor is an old style make it feel dirty but is clean .
