"Service: The front desk staff were wonderful during check-in, always smiling and happy to recommend great local eateries. At breakfast, all the ladies in the restaurant were incredibly enthusiastic, greeting guests and explaining the different food options. They were also very helpful in answering any questions. Even the cleaning staff were friendly; I bumped into one on my way back to the room and she cheerfully gave me some extra toilet paper. Room: Great value for money. For the price, the facilities were more than adequate. Since it's in a residential area, the view from the window naturally offered a glimpse into local life and daily hustle and bustle. Breakfast: The restaurant was clean and bright with a good variety of choices. While not as extensive as a typical buffet, it was certainly enough for breakfast, offering both Western and Chinese options. The food quality was standard. Location: It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, located in a residential area with plenty of restaurants and daily necessities stores nearby, making it very convenient."

"Great stay at the hotel, short walk less than 10mins to 永庆坊 area. Less than 15mins walk to train station which is direct line to other major shopping districts. Managed to get free room upgrade subjected to availability. Staff was very friendly and helped manage the parcels delivered. Room is very clean & new. There is some construction work going on but noise is minimal so it didn’t affect sleep/rest. Highly recommend."

"On my Trip.com visit to Guangzhou, I opted for this unique guesthouse. The room had a new-Chinese style, with mint green walls and a vintage-inspired rug. The decorative artwork above the bed was high-quality, and the overall aesthetic was really on point. It was so much more distinctive than a typical chain hotel, and great for photos too. The bedding was clean and tidy, and the mattress firmness was just right, making for a very comfortable sleep. The bathroom was spotless, with a separate wet and dry area, and all the facilities were complete. There's also an elevator for convenience. The owner was very attentive, and quick to respond to any issues. For this price, getting such a comfortable and unique room was an absolute steal. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area!"

"The room was quite spacious and new, with a great location. It was cleaned promptly every day. However, there's one thing that was really frustrating: for a room costing over 400 yuan, the hairdryer was the oldest, most traditional kind, with an exposed fan at the back and no nozzle! If you accidentally held it the wrong way, it would just tangle and rip out a big chunk of my hair. Seriously annoying."

The projector screen was huge, and watching shows in bed at night was a great experience. The vanity and bathroom were also very well-maintained and tidy; they really paid attention to the details. The location is super convenient too, and sometimes they even upgrade you to a bigger bed for free! Whether it's for dining, late-night snacks, visiting the hospital, or checking out the Yongqing Fang tourist spot nearby for photos, I always choose this place to stay. I can't stand carpets because they smell, nor do I stay in rooms without windows as they tend to be damp without sunlight. I also avoid overly gaudy decor as it makes me feel chaotic. This room was excellent: it had a balcony where I could dry clothes, and a washing machine, plus a wardrobe for hanging clothes. It was very spacious, and the service was fantastic! When traveling for business, it's crucial to choose your accommodation carefully. Only when you sleep comfortably and rest well can you perform better at work. Oh, and the breakfast was exceptional – clean, varied, healthy, and a real money-saver, plus very convenient."
