This hotel is a bit over budget, but the location is absolutely superb. It's in the heart of the city, very close to the metro and bus stations, making it super easy to get around by taxi too. The surrounding area is very well-developed with lots of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores, so everything you need is right at your fingertips. As for the environment, it's a modern and minimalist design, bright and airy with warm lighting and light ink tones, creating a relaxed and un壓抑 (not oppressive) atmosphere. The common areas are clutter-free. The service is excellent, and I particularly want to give a shout-out to Nana and Wendy – they were incredibly helpful. I'll definitely be back!

Had a wonderful stay at Mercure Guangzhou Beijing Road. The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Beijing Road with plenty of shopping and food options nearby. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast had a good variety and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. Perfect choice for anyone visiting Guangzhou for shopping or a city getaway. Would definitely stay here again

The location is fantastic! It's within walking distance of Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, making shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly convenient. The apartment itself is clean and fresh, with great natural light and ventilation. The room is well-equipped, and all the facilities work perfectly. It's quiet and comfortable, providing a really pleasant stay and excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in town.

The room was arranged on a higher floor as requested, offering a nice view. The room itself was spacious enough, and the bed was large and comfortable. However, some of the facilities are a bit old; the showerhead in the bathtub didn't spray water, and after fiddling with it for ages, it was quite a cold and awkward experience. The breakfast selection was decent, but there weren't enough seats, and tables were cleared rather slowly, leading to longer wait times. Overall, the service was just about acceptable. There weren't any major mistakes, but there was no proactive service awareness either, so I didn't feel truly at home. Perhaps there were too many guests, making it difficult to maintain a basic standard of service.

The only great perk is hotel is located right above a shopping mall. Convenient for solo business travelers to shop abit after work and have popping hot food for dinner and also a supermarket to get some necessity, souvenir, snacks, alchol. Staff is very kind to assist with my luggage during checkout to bring to ground floor as there is an escalator and I canot manage 3 luggage alone. There are alot of inconvenience for your consideration as below: 1) once you alight at the drop off point, you need to take an escalator (with your luggage ) up to level 2 then you can head to the lift that is exclusive for hotel guest. 2) smokers can smoke at loft lobby area. You will hate it if you’re a non-smoker and happen to bump into one while waiting for lift. 3) the room floor was sticky after room makeup 4) the room has a strange odor when first enter so I switch on the room refresh function but it made it worst. Had to ask room service team to come in with air fresher to clear up but had to bear with the strong air fresher smell for a night as well. 5) this is the worse if you’re a taobao shopper. Generally the front desk staff are great but there’s one lady in grey transparent spec who works the night shift who does not possess the quality of a hotelier. The first time I had wanted to collect my parcel, I was simply told the parcels are “there” which I was clueless where they are referring to. Then only the lady walk towards a shelf and open a sliding door which reveal 2 plastic container filled with parcels. And she told me to find there and simply stand by my side I had the impression that I was suppose to find my own parcel among the 2 mountain of parcels hence I asked if i am expected to find myself? Only then she said she can help but as she was searching through the parcels, she was throwing them all over the place. Energy given was reluctant and frustrated. Honestly can tell she isn’t looking with effort cos she said it’s not there after flipping through the parcels. Her colleague (probably a manager as she is wearing a different blazer) came over to kindly assist and found it right away (within 30 sec). Understand that their workload could be overwhelming and maybe understaff hence staff feels frustrated but bottom line is they did not have a system to categorize the parcels and simple chuck all of them tgt which cause the difficulty in managing it. I had stayed in at least 5 different hotels in a year in GZ and this parcel collection experience is unique and by far the worst. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel if you don’t have much luggage to manage or much taobao online shopping. delivery

I chose the veteran Guangzhou Baiyun Hotel because of its bustling commercial surroundings and convenient transportation. It's just a short bus ride to Guangzhou Wanguo Outlets, and other attractions are also easily accessible! I highly recommend trying the food at Da Ge Restaurant when you're in Guangzhou. Coincidentally, I visited on March 8th, and the hotel even warmly presented me with a rose! Thanks to the front desk, they arranged for us to stay on a non-smoking floor, which we greatly appreciated! The room was clean and tidy, very nice!

Hotel is located at ideal location in pedestrian street. Within walking distance to both shopping and eatery. Praise fo the staff! Always smiling and greet us when we collect our Taobao stuff or hand over our clothing for free laudry service Will definitely be back when I visit Guangzhou again !

The room was very clean very gorgeous. It looked very nice. I would recommend it. It has a 7-Eleven next to it. The metro is also not that far the room amenities are quite good. The bed is comfortable and the staff is very helpful and they have a translating app that is very easy to communicate with them. They help us in every way they could.H

I had a very pleasant stay at the Asia International Hotel. I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The breakfast was extensive and offered a wide variety of options, all while enjoying a beautiful panoramic view, which made the mornings even more special. The swimming pool was also a great addition—clean, relaxing, and perfect to unwind after a busy day. What stood out most was the staff. They were very friendly and helpful, and communication in English was excellent, which made everything easy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
