"The stay was pleasant with spacious rooms and excellent breakfast choices for vegetarians. The sleep quality, the facilities, the view from the hotel was great. I would visit this hotel again."

"I have mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and they deserve to be praised, but there is a clear problem in how the hotel is managed. First of all, an hotel that large, with just one elevator. That is just nuts. Each time we needed to use it, it was at least 5-10 minutes wait, if not more. Also the hotel is clearly understaffed. For breakfast, one of the days there were more than 100 people in the room, with just 1 person to check-in people. The line was just unbearable. It seems the rooms were renovated not that long ago, but it was clearly a faulty renovation. The isolation is poor to non existent given the rain sounds makes it difficult to sleep. And don't get me started with the air isolation, which it directly none. If the wind blows, a breeze flows into the room, causing the curtains to make noise all day long. To be fair also, the location is convenient, just across the street from the bus station, so taking transportation to/from the train station, or along the amazing east coast was easy and quick. All in all, not an awful stay, but I am sure there are better options in the same price range with better overall quality."

"The hotel is at a very convenient location, quiet but close to business area and the oceanic attractions. Parking should not be a problem as we stayed there on a weekday. The service employees are very friendly. It offers not just breakfast but also 消夜 at 19:30. The food variety is good enough to be a regular dinner."

"I had booked a room in the “hostel” section, but it’s actually more of a hotel pretending to also be a hostel. The cleanliness in the room left much to be desired (from what i could see the window sill is clearly never cleaned, hair on the clean sheets, etc.). On top of that, the lockers are fake in the sense that they don’t lock, so they’re basically just cupboards that anyone can open. As for the bathroom, some of the shower doors are broken and were literally left abandoned inside the shower. What was my surprise to see that there were cockroaches ?? The next day, I came back to the room to take a shower and there was no electricity in the bathroom anymore. I asked for compensation because the price I paid was completely disproportionate to the state of the facilities. The receptionist was friendly and offered to move me to a private room (in the hotel section), but the problems continued: when I opened the bathroom door, I once again found cockroaches. Moreover, the humidity doesn’t seem to evacuate properly, and there’s a nauseating smell inside. The lock on the door leading from the room to the hallway doesn’t work. The finishing of the construction work is terrible, nothing is right. In short, my advice is : do not come to this hotel."

"Its proximity to Taitung Bus Station makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the night market on Thursday evenings. Being particularly close to Seashore Park, it's perfect for catching both sunrise and sunset. The mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too hard – ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; their excellent service truly deserves high praise."

"Pool was under maintenance during the period of stay. Location though at night market was still a distance away from railway station. Taxi fare abt TWD220. There was hotel shuttle service but no clear instructions on how to book in advance. Info not available on trip.com. Concierge staff did not readily offer the service also. Was told only available to members. Not for 3rd party booking. Am disappointed. Room was spacious. 2 queen size beds. But toilet and bathroom were small. Head will hit the door if I sit at toilet bowl and lean just a bit forward. The bathroom door hits the rain shower head, so if not notice, and open the door with force may break the glass door. Yellow lights in the room were very dim. Make ambience cozy and classy but very straining to the eyes. 2 out of 3 laundry machines out of order. Laundry powder did not dispense from vending machine. Hv to change coins at lobby when laundry is at 6th floor. Overall, not quite up to expectations unfortunately."

"The location is excellent, just a 3-5 minute walk from the bus stop. Many famous local eateries are nearby, like fried chicken, bubble tea shops, and the rice noodle night market, all within easy reach. This is my fourth stay, and this time I was assigned a room next to the elevator, but thankfully, it didn't bother me. As a light sleeper, I found the bed's firmness just right and comfortable, though the pillow was a bit too soft, and I had to adjust it quite a bit to get comfortable. For my two-night stay, I received a late-night snack voucher on the first day but not on the second (last time I stayed two nights, I got one both days, maybe it was due to a different room rate?). Overall, the space for one person is sufficient. My only real complaint is the bathroom. When brushing my teeth, I had to bend down to avoid hitting the mirror, otherwise, water would splash on the floor. And when showering, I had to be careful not to bump into things when turning around (this wasn't an issue in the twin room I stayed in last time). Despite these minor points, it will still be my top choice when I visit Taitung again."

"The hotel is right in Taitung City, and it has a beautiful rooftop pool. You can easily spend an entire afternoon relaxing up there. Tiehua Village is right next door, which is great, though it's currently under renovation. The room itself was very nice, but the bathroom was a bit too small. The view was excellent. Would definitely visit again if I had the chance."

"Very satisfied with this stay! The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, the lobby atmosphere is very good, the room is clean and has a faint fragrance, and the bed is very good. The service staff is kind and will patiently assist if there is a problem, which makes people feel very relaxed. The breakfast choice is rich and the overall equipment is maintained very well. Convenient location, good living function nearby, next time I have the opportunity to stay again, I will recommend it to friends!"

"The best part of this hotel is the owner who goes out of the way to help her customers. I had difficulties getting a bus from the hotel back to the train station and she offered to pick me up. The hotel is modern, clean and well kept. The windows are not isolating the street noise very well and the location is a bit remote, but managable. I had some difficulties with the instructions, like how to use the coffee maker or how to open the door, as they were all in Chinese."
