Really nice room with nothing to complain. 100m2 suite is no joke.
The only problems were that the room had the scent of cigarettes (I think it is okay to smoke in the rooms).
Also, noone in the hotel, including reception did not speak English, so i had to yank out my translator to communicate. They were kind enough to be patient tho! I've also asked to book a taxi at a specific time thru them, and they've managed it no problem.

I heard that the hotel is the original Rainbow Hotel, and it is open for trial operation. I came to experience it. Let me first talk about the guest rooms. I personally like the decoration style very much. There is a free gym and laundry room on the top floor, which is a very thoughtful point. Checking out was in a hurry and I didn't have breakfast, which was a bit regrettable, but next time I come to Xianyang, I will definitely stay at Rainbow Hotel again!

The room was very clean and quiet. The front desk staff was very attentive and solved all my questions perfectly. The breakfast is very rich, including Cantonese rice rolls, I love it! We went with our child on a short trip during the Dragon Boat Festival. Overall, I highly recommend it! The hotel's location is excellent, in the central area, with easy access to various bus routes in Xianyang. If you want to go to further afield, buses are readily available. Secondly, the rooms were very clean and quite soundproof. We didn't have breakfast because there are just too many breakfast options around the hotel!

Xianyang is Mr.'s hometown. He went home to visit the elderly, but the house was too small and didn't want to do sanitation. I found this one close to home, but I didn't expect it to be very pleasantly surprised. This hotel is really cost-effective, the decoration is advanced, the facilities are smart, clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk service is very warm and thoughtful.
Stayed for three days, told the front desk that there was no need to change the bedding, but the child had a bag scratched, got a little blood on the sheets, returned to the child at night to find that the sheets were still changed, I felt that the hotel was very serious and responsible.
Great praise, I will choose here next time I come back!

The first time I went to Xianyang, it was very close to the train station, so I chose this relatively cost-effective hotel. However, the room was incredibly stuffy. They were unwilling to switch the air conditioning to cooling mode even after I brought it up. While it's central air, the room was small and hot enough that cooling should have been an option. I honestly didn't sleep a wink all night because it was so stuffy.

The hotel's service was unexpectedly good; from the airport pick-up and front desk staff to the laundry room attendant and housekeeping, everyone's service was almost unbelievably good, but never felt excessive or uncomfortable. Because of this hotel, I even want to visit Xi'an again, and in the future, I will definitely stay with Huazhu Group again in China (their management must be excellent). Of course, booking through Trip.com also offered many benefits, including free breakfast and dinner (the *youpo chemian* at dinner was the best noodle dish I've ever had!), and the room also came with a complimentary fruit plate.

After reading fellow travelers' reviews, which turned out to be incredibly accurate, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel – it exceeded our expectations! The high ratings are truly well-deserved. The hotel lobby is beautiful, and they even thoughtfully provided a late-night snack. The room was very stylish, exactly my preferred aesthetic. In the morning, the front desk staff meticulously called each room to give a wake-up call, and the hotel arranged a shuttle bus to the airport at fixed times. Breakfast was plentiful and started at 6:30 AM – hats off to the kitchen staff! The value for money is outstanding. Every honest review serves as an excellent guide for future guests and also helps shape the hotel's operational focus.

GGuest UserI read a lot of positive reviews about the Somerset Fendong, and this was why I came here, it did not disappoint. The hotel and room facilities are excellent, everything I need for a comfortable work trip and to work from my room. The breakfast buffet has delicious food in Chinese and Western options, and the gym is a really useful addition. However, what has really made the trip exceptional is the staff. They have done everything they can to make my stay comfortable. Athena Wang and the others at reception, the housekeeping and the restaurant staff go out of their way to be friendly and caring, as the best possible hosts, since the afternoon I arrived. This atmosphere makes more of a difference than anything towards having a good trip, and it is honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have had anywhere in the world. I would recommend the Somerset Fendong to anyone, thank you to Athena and all the staff!

GGuest UserIt was quite quiet. The snack bar next to the hotel tasted good and was very affordable. We had dinner here. We were scheduled to be sent to the airport at 5am. The front desk called the landline to wake me up at 4:30am. I just locked the door and came out. The front desk called the mobile phone again. Thank you very much. Then the breakfast was a buffet. I felt that I was not in a hurry because the front desk started at 5am. The restaurant staff was very polite. She reminded me that the dishes would be served at 4:50. Although not all the dishes were served, I could eat some first. I was anxious to stand and eat. She asked me to sit down and helped me watch the driver come in. The driver who sent me to the airport was also very polite. The whole process made people feel very warm.

GGuest UserMy experience staying at this hotel is great. The hotel owner came to the airport and picked us up. After we reached the hotel, I realized I misplaced my bag at the airport, and the owner offered to drive me back to the airport. So me, my sister and the hotel owner went back to the airport. When we reached there, he helped me by asking the locals about seeing a bag and I found out from him someone returned the bag to the lost and found. I went into the airport to retrieve it while he waited in the car for me for around an hour. I ended up being able to retrieve my bag and I can’t be more thankful to him. The owner can speak English too. The next day, he arranged for someone to drive us to the airport at 4.30 am in the morning. We had less than 5 hours of sleep but we slept well because the bedding was really comfy. I highly recommend staying here

GGinbuHowwanMy first time staying in a capsule hotel, and it was better than I expected, though not cheap. The main draw is its convenience, right inside the airport. I booked the T5 capsule, which is directly opposite the long-distance bus gate on the first floor.
Facilities: The air conditioning felt a bit stuffy and couldn't be adjusted. The soundproofing was better than I thought, but I could still hear snoring and people getting in and out of their capsules.
Hygiene: Very good, but you have to use the airport restrooms.
Ambiance: Very cozy.
Service: They offer a wake-up service.

GGuest UserAs I was in transit overnight, I tried out this capsule accommodation in Terminal 3. I landed in Terminal 2, but these terminals are connected, so it was easily reachable on foot. The capsule place is easily spotted on the arrival level in T3.
The experience was very good, it's more private than I thought. My capsule was impeccable, the matress quite nice and firm, blanket and pillow quite comfy.
There's a little bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower exclusively for the guests, the toilet is however the public one down the hallway. As it was night, it wasn't busy at all, though.
It had a good sleep, so I guess it was very quiet that night as I did not wake up from noise.
I was able to get some food after 11p.m. at an open restaurant in the same arrival level, so that's a bonus in terms of convenience.
I would book this place again when in transit.
