"The dirtiest ocean we've ever been to, with low tides, high tides, seaweed, and plastic bags. Even though they clean the beach, it doesn't help. The hotel itself is wonderful! The grounds are clean and beautiful, the food is varied, and the pool by the ocean is spotless. There's also a heated pool across the street from the hotel. Check-in can be earlier than 2 PM. Water sports are more expensive than with the Balinese guy by the ocean; we paid 600,000 IDR for flyboarding and 800,000 IDR for turtle excursions."

"Very satisfied with this family-friendly hotel. There are plenty of slides and even a lazy river. The rooms are spacious and clean. We stayed for three days and didn't leave the hotel once, except for meals. Activities were scheduled from morning till night. The kids had a blast! My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited, especially for meat. We mostly relied on eggs for protein. For other meals, dining out was very convenient; there's a whole street of affordable and tasty options right outside the hotel if you don't want to eat in. We'll definitely be back!"

"We stayed as a family with our child. We booked a room with a pool view. It was terribly noisy to sleep with the balcony open; people were splashing in the pool until late at night, making it impossible to sleep. Keep this in mind if you need quiet. We thought the bed would be king-size, but it was just a standard double. Our son slept with us, and it felt a bit cramped. The room itself is also small. We only came back to sleep, so it was fine for us. There's a safe, fridge, kettle, and daily tea/coffee/sugar/water. We dried our clothes on hangers on the balcony, even though we probably weren't supposed to! So, location: there are several shops nearby, an exchange office, and a cafe with a good menu and prices. We didn't like the hotel's beach, so we rented a moped for 90,000 IDR per day from a place near the hotel and went to Nusa Dua and Melasti beaches. They provide beach towels. On the first floor, there's a washing machine and dryer for 75,000 IDR per token. We were disappointed with breakfast; by the third day, we didn't even want to go, even though we're not picky, but it was literally the same every day. There was no fruit, or if there was, only the bananas were edible. The pool water was awfully cold. The presence of a children's play room was a pleasant surprise; for that, it gets 5 points. Room service was excellent. In general, for 9 nights at 93,000, the price-quality ratio is good considering the location. But we probably wouldn't return."

"The hotel is in a great location, with a beautiful view and very friendly, helpful staff. The room was spacious, comfortable, and suitable for two people. The bathroom was also large, which made it convenient for two people to use at the same time. Overall, it was a nice stay. The main area that needs improvement is cleanliness, especially the shower door, which was not as clean as expected. Another issue is that there is no curtain or cover for the small gap near the ceiling, so bright sunlight enters the room early in the morning. Because of this, it may not be suitable for guests who want to sleep late or rest in the morning. Apart from these points, everything else was good."

"The hotel is well-located. Since it’s an international hotel, I don’t have much comments on the overall welfare. I stayed at the ocean suite and I can clearly see the sea view. The room is simple and clean. I give 3 stars to the service as I have experienced very nice service at other stays. I expected to experience better service as this is a 5-star hotel, so this is something that can be improved. Other than that, all good!"

"The room is clean and beautiful, with a panoramic window overlooking the pool. The pool itself has glass inserts on the floor, which is really interesting. The water in the pool is clean and warm, and everything in the room works perfectly. They offer a good breakfast with a lovely view of the birds. The staff is very friendly! There are water coolers on every floor, and the lobby is beautifully decorated with greenery. Plus, there are lots of cafes nearby."

"The hotel, room, staff and facilities were excellent. The only negative is the construction noise, it started early in the morning and continued into the night. When the building work is complete, the hotel will be perfect"

"The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. All the staff, especially at the front desk, were always smiling and helpful. A little squirrel even visited our window in the morning! After checking out, I realized I left something in the room and when I inquired, they had kept it safe for me, and I was able to retrieve it without any problems. I'd love to stay at this hotel again. Thank you very much!"

"This resort in Nusa Dua boasts a fantastic vacation vibe with its facilities, lush greenery, and beautiful landscaping. The beach and ocean quality are decent, though you'll need to look carefully while snorkeling to spot fish and other marine life as they are not abundant. The buffet breakfast and dinner at The Cafe are excellent, as is the food at Soleil restaurant. There are several pools, with the one closest to the lobby and furthest from the beach being less crowded. They also have a kids' playground pool and an indoor play area. When our little one came down with a fever due to the flu, the hotel provided a thermometer and arranged transportation to the hospital. The service attitude and quality were absolutely top-notch."

"This resort-style hotel truly has it all when it comes to dining, entertainment, and amenities. From recreational facilities and an indoor pool to a private beach and buffet restaurants, everything you could want is right here. The 'all-inclusive' in the hotel's name means that for an additional fee, you get unlimited access to the hotel's various buffet restaurants throughout the day. If you opt for the all-inclusive package, you essentially won't need to leave the hotel at all during your stay. The hotel attracts a lot of foreign guests, mostly vacationers who seem to stay for extended periods. During our two-day stay, we were the only two Chinese guests in the entire hotel – the breakfast staff recognized us instantly! 😂 The rooms are large and comfortable, each with its own balcony. The hotel service is genuinely excellent, and the breakfast buffet offers a fantastic variety. While the hotel does show its age a bit, with some facilities looking a little dated, it doesn't detract from the overall experience."
