"Great breakfast.
Had a bit of a discussion the day I arrived. Was put in a lower rated room due to not having any non-smoking rooms available. Feedback was ”sorry full”, no solution or offer.
For the rest the hotel was good. Staff was very friendly except check-in lady who forced a lower room."
"Thank goodness for this hotel
Was clean and comfortable specially the areas we wanted to visit everything near by
Lovely staff and breakfast was amazing
They made freshly masala dosa and your choice of omelette
Lovely selection of food, we enjoyed our breakfast."
"Advantages: The service is very good, the breakfast is very clean and rich, and the service of the restaurant staff is very good.
Disadvantages: The hotel is old, the room has no paper towels, the floor is not mopped clean, and the air conditioning is loud."
"Four a 5 star and four seasons abit underwhelming. Rooms are pretty small, bathroom looks out dated, and reception area is very small. Breakfast buffet area also looks like a 3 star hotel, however the ground floor Breakfast is nice. Overall would not stay here again as very over priced for the quality of the hotel. Would rather stay in fairmont near the airport. However roof top bar is the only plus."
"The location is perfect, near the metro. A few minutes and anywhere in Mumbai. Next to you can have lunch, whatever you buy. Staff is kind. All our wishes were quickly decided. The rooms are clean, no insects. The walls are under the plaster, so the guests are where the suitcase is locked or anything else. But the hotel is not guilty of this. Do not overpaint the same rooms after each customer. The room for us was close, but it is our problems. We knew what we were going on. The hotel is good for your money. Thank you!!!!"
"Situated at Nana Chowk, Grant Road, the establishment offers convenient access, being only 200 meters from Grant Road local station. The food was delectable, though the variety was somewhat limited and repetitive over the days. The rooms were well-maintained and clean. However, the gym features outdated equipment that is not well maintained. Overall, it was a positive experience."
"The staff of the hotel are absolutely wonderful and eager to help with anything you may need!
The location is not great if you don’t need the nearby train station and you’re there to do the tourist attractions but it is quieter than the south Mumbai area in the evenings.
The hotel has its own restaurant and the food is excellent, highly recommend their Indian breakfast dishes."
"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at whilst on vacation in India. The staff is really friendly and attentive. The breakfast selection was also really amazing. Situated next to the Palladium mall which was really convenient."
"So trust me on this, no other hotel in the vicinity will offer what royal park does in this price range. It's super ultra clean. hygienic, great food and HUGE rooms. u won't see rooms this big anywhere else in main mumbai city. it's got everything one needs n feels luxurious as well. I highly recommend it

"Convenient location, next to Dadar central station on Dadar east side. Good food options downstairs and within hotel. Lot of market place near by especially on Dadar west side; you Just have to cross the bridge and go across.
Hotel rooms are clean and in good condition with all things you may expect.
The staff is courteous and helpful.
Good hotel for travelling families or business travelers alike."

Amazing
KKizzaBGreat experience at Taj Mahal Tower, from the check in, to the room service, to the breakfast variety and restaurant food everything was superb.
Located just outside India gate.
The little touches like the traditional welcome and the complimentary heritage tour make it all the more special.
The room service staff were friendly and nothing was too much effort for them.
I would definitely recommend it if you want a relaxing high end stay in Mumbai.
AAnonymous UserHuge spacious room, cabinets/mini bar area were slightly moist.. had the wet wooden smell. Breakfast was okish.
Good for a one night stay if you're heading to the airport the next day. Less than 5mins walking distance to T1. Buggy is avail / staff can help you with your luggage to the terminal. Multiple eateries at the airport too if you're not into proper sit down dining at the hotel.
BBhavya VaghasiaIt was a great experience. The restaurants are nice albeit you need to be sure if you like the authetic flavours from South Indian cuisine. As the paneer dish tasted a bit bitter due to different spices used in South Indian cuisine. Overall, great hotel and it is a peaceful to be in the large high ceiling lobby.
GGuest UserWe recently stayed at The Westin to celebrate my wife Ritika’s birthday, and I must say – the entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were impressive.
A special thanks to Jasmina, who took care of every arrangement perfectly. Her efforts truly made the occasion memorable for us. The decor, the room setup, and the overall vibe reflected warmth and elegance.
The entire staff was courteous, well-behaved, and extremely professional. Everyone made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay.
Highly recommend The Westin for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion. Thank you once again for making Ritika’s birthday so special!
GGuest UserThe yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there.
I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .
VVIKAS SINGH GAUTAMStayed at Hilton Mumbai International Airport recently and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a beautiful heritage-style ambiance and is conveniently located near the airport, which made travel very easy. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with all essential amenities. The staff was polite and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast spread had a good variety and quality. The pool and overall facilities were well maintained. Overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend it for both business and leisure travelers.
GGuest UserMost stunning and Incredible hotel and stay. All the staff right from the entrance, to check in desk, porters, security to house keeping were all excellent and very friendly. Breakfast options were always very good and plentiful but I would advise going early to avoid queues and sitting outside where I didn't find the service to be very good on the one day we had to sit outside. The management really went out of their way for us to help us with a few issues we had. Rooms on certain floors are very dated and can do with some improvements but they are aware of this already.
GGuest UserGreat staff, especially at the breakfast place and door entry.
Room needs updating. Sound insulation is lacking. I was daily woken up by the talks of the room service people starting at 7am.
GGuest UserPlus point of this hotel is location and it’s opposite of Marine Drive and next to Mumbai Crickets stadium and staff are very supportive and room and bathroom are very clean only disadvantage is no restaurant and I ordered from outside hotel and Zomato and NO Parking available, I had to park in pay parked area near Church Gate station around 1km far from hotel , but if no car then very good hotel
