"Great breakfast. Had a bit of a discussion the day I arrived. Was put in a lower rated room due to not having any non-smoking rooms available. Feedback was ”sorry full”, no solution or offer. For the rest the hotel was good. Staff was very friendly except check-in lady who forced a lower room."

"Four a 5 star and four seasons abit underwhelming. Rooms are pretty small, bathroom looks out dated, and reception area is very small. Breakfast buffet area also looks like a 3 star hotel, however the ground floor Breakfast is nice. Overall would not stay here again as very over priced for the quality of the hotel. Would rather stay in fairmont near the airport. However roof top bar is the only plus."

"The location is perfect, near the metro. A few minutes and anywhere in Mumbai. Next to you can have lunch, whatever you buy. Staff is kind. All our wishes were quickly decided. The rooms are clean, no insects. The walls are under the plaster, so the guests are where the suitcase is locked or anything else. But the hotel is not guilty of this. Do not overpaint the same rooms after each customer. The room for us was close, but it is our problems. We knew what we were going on. The hotel is good for your money. Thank you!!!!"

"Situated at Nana Chowk, Grant Road, the establishment offers convenient access, being only 200 meters from Grant Road local station. The food was delectable, though the variety was somewhat limited and repetitive over the days. The rooms were well-maintained and clean. However, the gym features outdated equipment that is not well maintained. Overall, it was a positive experience."

"The staff of the hotel are absolutely wonderful and eager to help with anything you may need! The location is not great if you don’t need the nearby train station and you’re there to do the tourist attractions but it is quieter than the south Mumbai area in the evenings. The hotel has its own restaurant and the food is excellent, highly recommend their Indian breakfast dishes."

It's super ultra clean. hygienic, great food and HUGE rooms. u won't see rooms this big anywhere else in main mumbai city. it's got everything one needs n feels luxurious as well. "Convenient location, next to Dadar central station on Dadar east side. Good food options downstairs and within hotel. Lot of market place near by especially on Dadar west side; you Just have to cross the bridge and go across. Hotel rooms are clean and in good condition with all things you may expect. The staff is courteous and helpful. Good hotel for travelling families or business travelers alike."
