"The hotel is situated on the rather bustling, historic Main Bazaar street; however, the windows and entrance face a quiet side alley, so street noise is not an issue. The reception staff are friendly. Room cleaning rates a 3 or 4 out of 5: there were several spots in the room that appeared somewhat grimy, and the sink drain was poor. We wore slippers inside the room (our own—the hotel does not provide them), and the soles became heavily soiled, indicating that the floors are not cleaned thoroughly. The bedside table is slightly damaged—I am not sure how the staff could fail to notice this, as it requires minor repairs. Pros: hot water with good pressure, and bottled drinking water is replenished daily. There is also a station on the floor providing tea, coffee, and sugar. A major downside is the food. We had booked both breakfast and dinner, but unfortunately, out of our five-day stay, we only ate there once—the food is not tailored to foreign tourists, consisting entirely of Indian cuisine. Regrettably, we were also unimpressed with the quality of the food: the chicken soup contained floating bits of skin and had an unpleasant flavor, while the chicken in sauce was cold—even though the sauce itself was hot—suggesting the chicken had simply been added to the sauce at the last minute. The kitchen staff wear proper culinary uniforms, which is a plus; however, the tables in the dining area were somewhat dirty, and there were visible traces of dried residue on the dishes. I would like to make a separate note regarding the room design: the color scheme is a successful choice, though the room is in need of some minor maintenance work. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the linens are clean and fresh. The towels, however, are in need of replacement."

"I really liked this hotel. The linens were very clean, white, and high quality. The room had everything I needed, including a hairdryer, a kettle with complimentary tea/coffee, a fridge, and even an ironing board (though no iron). There's even a free mini-bar with various drinks on the first floor. Hot water was always available. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Essentially a business hotel. Efficient for short visits to the city. Be mindful of late night check ins to the property , you may find many cross roads blocked temporary by the authority. Food is good & hygenic and place is clean. well behaved staff ! "

"When we arrived we were told there was more updated room that was double the price. They were very insistent to get room. Declined. My friends room was nicer than mine and his AC worked. Mine didn’t work very well. Constant smell coming from bathroom. Bed wasn’t too bad. Location decent as it’s convenient to get to other places. Staff did go out or their way to help my friend find some things he needed to purchase. I would consider staying again once they get all their rooms updated. Overall not a bad experience just could have been better"

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel for four nights! From the start, the service was exceptional—after booking a compact room, which I found ideal for a night, I requested an upgrade, and the manager kindly arranged it, making my stay even more comfortable. The deluxe room was perfect for a longer stay. I appreciate the peace and quiet, as there were no disturbances from the hotel staff throughout my stay. The cleanliness exceeded my expectations, especially for the reasonable price. While I noticed some brief electricity cuts (as mentioned in other reviews), they lasted only a few minutes and didn’t cause any inconvenience. The in-house dining was also great—while slightly pricey, the quality of food made it worthwhile. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its prime location, within easy reach of Delhi’s top tourist attractions, local dining spots, and the metro station, all within walking distance. Overall, I absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again when I visit Delhi!"

"This hotel was great, Overpriced for what it is, and service is responsive and great. facilities and such are hard to understand how they work, but people are usually very helpful, food was good, breakfast was good, however when trying to modify bookings, one day later, or checking out earlier, they will NOT budge at all even if told in advance and reject any online booking request to modify it. That's my only gripe, however its good, location is good but not the best. Great stay overall, little things were off about it."
