The service was excellent; the hotel was very accommodating and the reception was warm and welcoming, meeting all my expectations. The hotel's pool and beach were quite good, and not too crowded. It's a good value-for-money option among the high-end hotels in Cancun.

Cell phone box on the first floor. I wanted to see the picture, but I couldn't find the curtain at all. You have to sleep in a room with all the sunlight coming in so brightly. I tied room 703, and I covered the view with a wall on the left balcony. It would be better to get a room assignment with a view of Coco Bongo. My room was the end room, but the left side of the balcony blocked the view and the view was not visible.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It is now our go to Cancun hotel every time we visit. From the moment we arrived we were given the warmest welcome. The location was perfect for us, just two minutes from the water. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and we loved having fresh water, towels and daily cleaning, plus fresh beach towels every day. It is so worth the money. Alejandro who welcomed us in the lobby was an absolute sweetheart, as were all of the staff. Truly a wonderful stay.

This is my third time visiting Cancun! The location is great, and the front desk staff are friendly. The food selection isn't huge, but they have all the essentials. Last night's dinner buffet and today's breakfast were good; the fried rice and beef tacos were particularly delicious! My room had a view of both the club zone and the ocean. There was loud music playing until early morning, but since I like music, it wasn't a big problem for me. However, if you're an early sleeper, I'd recommend avoiding rooms in that specific area.

Selina Hotel may have an older appearance, but its charm lies in its exceptional service, prime location, and welcoming atmosphere. Conveniently located just three minutes from a grocery store, it provides easy access to essentials. One delightful surprise? The abundance of iguanas roaming the grounds, adding to its unique character! Plus, with plenty of restaurants nearby, guests have great dining options just a short stroll away. The hotel is only 3-4 minutes from the lively Coco Bongo and just 5-10 minutes from the beach—making it an ideal spot for those looking to enjoy the best of the area. If you're looking for a great experience with warm hospitality, prime location, and a touch of local charm, this hotel is a solid choice.

I used Mayan Monkey in Tulum and liked it so I used it in Cancun too. Above all, it's the best because it's close to the ocean. However, the facilities are better in Tulum. I used a bed on the first floor, but it was so narrow that my head touched the bed on the second floor. I clearly told the female employee that the person on the second floor snored and I couldn't sleep all night, but she said that I couldn't understand because I only speak basic languages, and she complained to the employee next to me. I communicated in English and Spanish. I was angry, but I held back because I didn't want to fight. The river view is good.

My wife and I had an unforgettable and wonderful experience at NYX Hotel. The hotel's warm and hospitable experience made me extremely excited. Every delicious meal leaves me at a loss as to what to choose. The restaurant works very late every day, allowing guests to have a meal at any time. It is particularly worth mentioning that the front desk staff, Aejandro and Olivcr, helped me with everything. You know, I don't speak English, let alone Spanish. When there was a problem with the one-day tour I booked with the travel agency, Aejandro made many calls for me and helped me solve the problem. I want to thank these two handsome Mexican lads! Next time I come, I will still choose NYX!

The hotel is close to restaurants, entertainment, and shops. Staff are very friendly. Guess room is spacious and clean, although the bathroom fixtures are a little outdated. The ocean is clear and calm. They will offer guests free breakfast and spas after check-in, in turn to attend a time-share presentation. After we politely but firmly declined the offer; they did not push again through our stay.

The food is served very slowly! Serve: The waiters are very enthusiastic and none of them are impatient. The cleaning staff doesn't speak English, but everyone else can more or less speak English.
