"My wife and I had an unforgettable and wonderful experience at NYX Hotel. The hotel's warm and hospitable experience made me extremely excited. Every delicious meal leaves me at a loss as to what to choose. The restaurant works very late every day, allowing guests to have a meal at any time. It is particularly worth mentioning that the front desk staff, Aejandro and Olivcr, helped me with everything. You know, I don't speak English, let alone Spanish. When there was a problem with the one-day tour I booked with the travel agency, Aejandro made many calls for me and helped me solve the problem. I want to thank these two handsome Mexican lads! Next time I come, I will still choose NYX!"

"My sister and I had the best time here at Le Blanc! I first found this hotel on Xiaohongshu/The Little Red Book and there were some mixed reviews, some said the hotel it self was a little outdated but overall still a beautiful hotel. I'm so glad I took a chance with this hotel because our stay was magical and we are definitely coming back in the future! Cons: Hotel is a little old, and rooms are not super clean but for this price, it's above expectations! Pros: 1. The staff is amazing! Everyone we meet has been super nice and warm to us. Especially our butlers Luis and Rodrigo, they were super attentive and went above and beyond with their service. All the staff were super nice and this is one of the reason I love this hotel. 2. The pools, bars, private beach are amazing for photos and relaxing; when we went, there were not many people so I loved the relaxed vibe. 3. The free events they hold changes everyday and are all worth going to!!! Our favorite was the fire show! Definitely attend as many events as possible, cause they are so worth it. 4. Our package also included free hydrotherapy and we literally went to this everyday when we had free time. It is a must try, so relaxing! We also had 500 hotel credit thanks to booking thru trip.com and we used all of that towards massages and they were amazing as well. 5. We chose the all inclusive option (drinks included) and tried all the restaurants. Overall the food is pretty good, and our favorite was Yama. The order of our preference: Yama, Bella, Le Blanc, Torraza, room service and Lumiere. Conclusion: Recommend!!!! We are definitely coming back!"

"The Flamingo All-Inclusive Hotel met most of my expectations, but there were a few service areas that could use improvement. For example, the luggage delivery service to the room. The first time, the staff brought our luggage up, but we were already in the restaurant. So, they left. When we called them again to send it up, we waited a long time, and it never arrived. Eventually, we told them we would just come down to get it. Suddenly, we saw another staff member on their way up with our luggage. So, I think communication between staff is very important. Additionally, regarding food options, the pizza station was frequently closed. Also, the burger stand stated it closed at 6:00 PM. However, when I went down at 5:45 PM, they were already packing up, so I didn't get a burger. Otherwise, all the other services were great. Drank many Mojitos!"

"先説優點： 1.價格合理，海景房跟其他家基礎房型差不多（但景色不完美，我的房間前面有一個光禿禿的大平台） 2.裝修翻新過了，沒有老酒店味。非親子酒店，適合情侶度假。mini bar 每天補充。 3.墨西哥，地中海，日料，法餐，牛排，自助幾個餐廳都不需要早起預約，直接walkin即可，雖然沒有驚艷的菜，不算太踩雷。 再説缺點： 1.浴室的水忽冷忽熱，有時候會突然特別燙！ 2.前台非常不專業，跟我説衹有法餐廳有dress code，其實晚餐所有餐廳都有，衣服沒帶夠，第一天晚上沒有任何餐廳能用餐，argue了很久才説給我送room service，酒店就一副規則如此，給你解釋但不解決的態度很噁心大差評！ 3.餐廳不需要預約代表要排隊，上菜很慢，去晚了就排不上了（尤其牛排餐廳）。 4.床上有那種透明的小蟲子爬，起了幾個紅色小包很癢。"

"This is a very well-run all-inclusive hotel. The food and drinks are fantastic, and there are plenty of activities. The sea and beach are top-notch, and the environment feels safe. We had a wonderful holiday here. The only minor downside is that some restaurant staff were not very enthusiastic and seemed to treat guests differently."

"The hotel is in a good location, 30 minutes walk to the bar street on the 7th, 15 minutes walk to the shopping mall on the other side, first-class environment, private beach with unbeatable sea view, and balconies facing the sea, warm service staff, but there are not many restaurants, and you can only eat in those few restaurants. The hotel maintenance is OK, but it is indeed old, the room is large but the facilities are average, there are performances in the lobby every night, and a friendly reminder to be sure to apply thick sunscreen before going into the sea, otherwise you will be miserable, the sunlight and sea water in the Caribbean will make people skinned, there is a travel agency in the hotel lobby where you can consult other itineraries, overall the hotel is still good, first-class value for money"

"Perfectly located on the Cancun Hotel Zone strip, this resort strikes a great balance — close enough to the action if you want it, yet far enough away to truly unwind. The property itself is charming, not overly large, which makes everything easily accessible. The pools are just the right size for activities and socializing, but the real highlight is the stunning beach — that’s where I spent most of my time. Dining options are plentiful with several restaurants to choose from (reservations are required), and the bars offer a wide variety of drinks. The café is also a must-visit. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. This isn’t a massive, party-centric resort — it’s better suited for travelers looking to relax and enjoy the beach in a more laid-back atmosphere. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be refreshing the rooms and hallways, as they’re starting to show their age."

"This resort has met all my expectations and beyond. Room was nice and clean, and the all inclusive food in all the restaurants were good. Hasienda Sissal was a restaurant that stood out, the live music on Tue and Thu nights were worth experiencing. We went sea fishing one day and brought back some fresh fish with us to the hotel and to our surprise the kitchen cooked the fish for us as of the all inclusive package. So would I recommend this resort to anyone who hasn’t visited Cancun? It is a definitely a YES!"

"The environment was decent, the rooms were spacious, and extra beds were available. Dining was convenient, with a buffet almost all day, so you didn't have to worry about returning late from outings. However, don't expect too much from the food quality, and the restaurant and bar staff were generally unfriendly. You need to download the hotel's app before check-in, as some restaurants require advance reservations, and these must be made through the app and customer service; on-site reservations are not possible. I stayed for six days and still couldn't get a steak reservation."
