"I had a very pleasant stay at the Ibis Hotel in Cancún. The property is clean, comfortable, and offers great value for money. The rooms are simple but modern and well-maintained — exactly what you need for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with any questions. The location is excellent, right next to a Walmart Express and within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and transport connections. It’s also convenient for joining local tours and excursions. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The hotel feels safe and organized, and everything worked smoothly from check-in to check-out. Overall, a reliable and comfortable place to stay in Cancún — I would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for good value, cleanliness, and convenience."

"My sister and I had the best time here at Le Blanc! I first found this hotel on Xiaohongshu/The Little Red Book and there were some mixed reviews, some said the hotel it self was a little outdated but overall still a beautiful hotel. I'm so glad I took a chance with this hotel because our stay was magical and we are definitely coming back in the future! Cons: Hotel is a little old, and rooms are not super clean but for this price, it's above expectations! Pros: 1. The staff is amazing! Everyone we meet has been super nice and warm to us. Especially our butlers Luis and Rodrigo, they were super attentive and went above and beyond with their service. All the staff were super nice and this is one of the reason I love this hotel. 2. The pools, bars, private beach are amazing for photos and relaxing; when we went, there were not many people so I loved the relaxed vibe. 3. The free events they hold changes everyday and are all worth going to!!! Our favorite was the fire show! Definitely attend as many events as possible, cause they are so worth it. 4. Our package also included free hydrotherapy and we literally went to this everyday when we had free time. It is a must try, so relaxing! We also had 500 hotel credit thanks to booking thru trip.com and we used all of that towards massages and they were amazing as well. 5. We chose the all inclusive option (drinks included) and tried all the restaurants. Overall the food is pretty good, and our favorite was Yama. The order of our preference: Yama, Bella, Le Blanc, Torraza, room service and Lumiere. Conclusion: Recommend!!!! We are definitely coming back!"

"I used it because it was a tour pickup designated hotel. English is a little difficult to understand, but you can respond friendlyly with translation apps and gestures. I was able to leave my luggage before check-in and check-out. There are no shampoo conditioners, pajamas, toothbrushes, etc., so you should bring them in. Hot water comes out, but the water pressure is quite weak. On the contrary, the wind pressure of the dryer was strong. The door opened and closed required a little power and a little trick. I felt better when he cleaned it and arranged the towels cutely. There are several convenience stores such as delicious taco restaurants and 7-Eleven that locals also use nearby, which is convenient. I think the cost performance is good overall!"

"The drinks were the best in Cancun. The beach was nice. The view was amazing. Would recommend this for sure. Very family based though so make sure you realise it’s not adults only. Getting a chair on the beach is hard work haha so get ready to wake up early for a good spot. Plenty of room though but once you have a spot you’re best of keeping it. Food was the best in Cancun that dinning was so good"

"先説優點： 1.價格合理，海景房跟其他家基礎房型差不多（但景色不完美，我的房間前面有一個光禿禿的大平台） 2.裝修翻新過了，沒有老酒店味。非親子酒店，適合情侶度假。mini bar 每天補充。 3.墨西哥，地中海，日料，法餐，牛排，自助幾個餐廳都不需要早起預約，直接walkin即可，雖然沒有驚艷的菜，不算太踩雷。 再説缺點： 1.浴室的水忽冷忽熱，有時候會突然特別燙！ 2.前台非常不專業，跟我説衹有法餐廳有dress code，其實晚餐所有餐廳都有，衣服沒帶夠，第一天晚上沒有任何餐廳能用餐，argue了很久才説給我送room service，酒店就一副規則如此，給你解釋但不解決的態度很噁心大差評！ 3.餐廳不需要預約代表要排隊，上菜很慢，去晚了就排不上了（尤其牛排餐廳）。 4.床上有那種透明的小蟲子爬，起了幾個紅色小包很癢。"

Dining was convenient, with a buffet almost all day, so you didn't have to worry about returning late from outings. However, don't expect too much from the food quality, and the restaurant and bar staff were generally unfriendly. You need to download the hotel's app before check-in, as some restaurants require advance reservations, and these must be made through the app and customer service; on-site reservations are not possible. I stayed for six days and still couldn't get a steak reservation."

"Perfectly located on the Cancun Hotel Zone strip, this resort strikes a great balance — close enough to the action if you want it, yet far enough away to truly unwind. The property itself is charming, not overly large, which makes everything easily accessible. The pools are just the right size for activities and socializing, but the real highlight is the stunning beach — that’s where I spent most of my time. Dining options are plentiful with several restaurants to choose from (reservations are required), and the bars offer a wide variety of drinks. The café is also a must-visit. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. This isn’t a massive, party-centric resort — it’s better suited for travelers looking to relax and enjoy the beach in a more laid-back atmosphere. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be refreshing the rooms and hallways, as they’re starting to show their age."

"The hotel is in a good location. Most Chinese day trips depart here. The hotel breakfast is good, the dinner is ordered by yourself, the price is fair, and it is more consistent with the general restaurant outside, not as expensive as the Sheraton Love Him Hotel. The surrounding area is relatively desolate. Convenience stores and supermarkets have to walk for at least 20 minutes. The overall service of the hotel is above the standard."

"The hotel is in a good location, 30 minutes walk to the bar street on the 7th, 15 minutes walk to the shopping mall on the other side, first-class environment, private beach with unbeatable sea view, and balconies facing the sea, warm service staff, but there are not many restaurants, and you can only eat in those few restaurants.
