IInternational traveler_MichelleSeda hotel north is Nicer hotel . The food at Misto Restaurant is very fresh and delicious. It’s within walking distance to Ayala Mall and Landmark Department Store, which is very convenient.
The non-smoking rooms are much cleaner compared to casino hotels, with better air quality, allowing for a more comfortable and restful sleep.
Will definitely come back again.

AAndro ChavezDuring my recent stay at Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA for a concert at the SkyDome, I also booked an additional room for my sister and a friend, who stayed for one night for the same purpose. The hotel’s location was ideal for all of us, especially since we were attending the same event.
Their check-in experience was smooth and efficient, with friendly and professional front desk staff who handled the process well despite the weekend crowd.
The room they stayed in was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Amenities such as toiletries, coffee and tea, a hair dryer, and reliable air-conditioning were all provided and met expectations. The water dispensers located near the lifts on every floor were also appreciated for their convenience.
Breakfast the next morning was decent, with a selection that leaned toward Filipino dishes, which they enjoyed. It was a satisfying start to the day before checking out.
Overall, their one-night stay was pleasant and comfortable, and it complemented my own experience at the hotel very well. Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA is a solid choice for guests attending concerts or events in the area.

JJesmieI extended my stay for another night because of unexpected meeting. So I stayed for 3 nights in all. Housekeeping will not clean your room unless u tell the front desk. Problem is, there is no phone in the room. So I used my mobile phone to call front desk's landline. After 8 calls that were either cancelled or hanged, I personally went to the front desk. Such a hassle. I also have a request for bottled water from a staff that was not complied. I had to personally visit the front desk AGAIN to get the bottles of water.

GGuest UserThe staff and receptionists were kind and accommodating. However, there were two instances when we tried to buy ice cubes during our check-in, but none were available. Some rooms also had air conditioning units that were not very strong. Their approach was still good and professional whenever they informed us that there was no ice available, and they were also willing to transfer guests to another room if there were complaints about the air conditioning.

EEjgrl90The staff was super friendly, but there were a lot of amenties described here that were not available, such as the pool and gym. Our AC in the room wouldnt turn on initially as well, and I had to ask someone to come in to get it to start (apparently there wasnt enough batteries in the AC remote!)
Also, the front of the hotel was undergoing construction, so they couldn't provide us with a place to park, which was inconvenient. On top of this, I have asked for late checkout the night before, which the front desk person said it would be possible since the hotel was a bit empty, but the next morning, the person on the front desk insisted we needed to pay PHP 450/hour for late checkout. Overall though, I liked the room and the night shift front desk and would definitely want to visit again once construction is done.
