"Hop Inn is widely known as a reliable budget hotel chain—especially popular in the Philippines and Thailand. It’s designed for travelers who want clean, no-frills accommodation at an affordable price."
"I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The room was incredibly well-equipped, featuring a washing machine, a refrigerator, and both an air conditioner and an extra fan to keep the space perfectly cool. I especially loved the automatic water dispenser that instantly provided hot and cold drinking water—such a convenient touch! Everything was set up for a seamless and comfortable experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free stay!"
"Clean, contemporary, straightforward. Locks and aircon are integrated. Liquid soap and shampoo-conditioner-shower gel smelled nice. Affordable. I appreciate the detailing of Quezon City landmarks as wallpapers on common areas and as privacy sticker on the bathroom door. The room I had was small. The beddings smelled nice and freshly-washed but felt damp to the touch."
"We had a wonderful 5-day stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, making it easy for us to get around and enjoy nearby attractions.
The staff were all friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, especially Randy and Kevin, who were very helpful.
We celebrated my sister’s 60th birthday here, and it turned out to be a truly memorable event. Special thanks to Manager Jha, who was very kind and helpful in organizing everything for our celebration. Joyce and the rest of the team were also attentive and supportive, making sure all our needs were met.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others."
"Breakfast, rubbish, one of the worst selections I've ever had, soup, rice, scrambled egg, fish and sausage. That's it.
Coffee and choice of one juice.
And to finish my trip off they accused me of smoking in my room, with a picture of a packet of cigarettes on the table. Think I was supposed to hide them.
Yet nearly every member of staff had seen me go out and come back 15 minutes later.
I did have a pair of running shoes and some tennis shorts in my room as well but I did neither of them in my room either.
Very disappointed"
"I had a pleasant stay at Hop Inn Hotel North EDSA Quezon City. The hotel is very convenient, especially for travelers who want easy access to SM North EDSA, TriNoma, and the MRT North Avenue Station. The location is one of its biggest advantages, making transportation and shopping very accessible.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed provided a good night's sleep, and the air conditioning worked well. The hotel also offers reliable Wi-Fi, which is helpful for both work and leisure stays. The staff were accommodating and professional during check-in and throughout my stay"
"Exceptional Hospitality and a Secure Stay!
My family recently stayed at Fersal Hotel Kalayaan (Dec 12–14, 2025), and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding service. Even though we hadn't pre-ordered breakfast, the staff was incredibly hospitable and accommodated us without hesitation. The meal was delicious, but it was the warm, 'can-do' attitude of the dining team that really made our mornings special. Furthermore, as travelers with a vehicle, we were very impressed by the parking facilities. Being able to park inside the premises gave us a great sense of security and convenience.
Thank you to the entire team at Fersal Hotel Kalayaan for looking after my family so well. Your hard work and friendly service do not go unnoticed. We will definitely be back!"
"Stayed at Harolds Hotel in Quezon City — the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. The location is convenient, with a nearby mall and a 7‑11 just a 2‑minute walk away. Breakfast was tasty, though a bit cold at times; I’d recommend serving it hotter for an even better experience.
The swimming pool was relaxing, and we enjoyed ordering food at the bar. The bar staff were very helpful and accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, a great stay — I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone."
"This is already our second stay at Ardenhills Suites, our first visit was in October 2024, and we're currently on our second day this year, and the experience continues to be excellent.
From the moment we arrived, the security guards were very friendly and helpful, assisting us with parking and making us feel welcome right away. Check-in with the concierge was smooth, and we truly appreciated how they accommodated my special request to prepare a mini surprise for our anniversary. They were also quick to respond to our additional amenity requests like extra hangers and an iron.
The team's warm and thoughtful service is what keeps us coming back. Definitely a place we'll continue to choose for our stays.
P.S. They also have Netflix and other streaming platforms on their smart TV. No need to log in, it's all ready for your entertainment."
"I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and comfortable stay. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and met my expectations. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. 😊🫶"

NNeriWe recently stayed for 8 nights at Alino in their Premium Queen room, we were in the city for our holiday visiting friends and family.
What we liked:
- Room is clean since its a brand new hotel
- caring and attentive staff -- really living up to its name which is Alagang Filipino.
- there is an available Laundromat so you can do your own laundry wash and dry with a fee per load
- their Filipino breakfast is great for esp for OFWs, option for in room dining and continental or american breakfast for foreigners
- they are very open to hearing feedback and try their best to address these.
What we hope for improvement
- the drive way: cars exiting, esp lower cars, the bumper of cars skid as they exit and damages the cars
- our room was near the elevator, so we had trouble sleeping in as we can hear everything that happens outside the room including the elevator sounds and all people coming in and out of the floor.
- consider adding elevator and hallway perfume
Other than that, we think we have found the best place to stay everytime we come and visit the city.
GGuest UserSeda Vertis North is a gem in QC. It is the perfect staycation destination in this area — it’s close to the malls, the location is quiet, the facilities are well maintained. You get the perks and conveniences of a Shangri La like slippers, bath robes, an ironing board in the room, verbena and lemon scented toiletries, super comfortable bed and excellent staff, all at a reasonable price. Kudos to Ms. Monday San Miguel, Asst Director of Rooms for taking really good of us.
GGuest UserThere was a problem with the toilet overflowing from the base. It smelled a bit, so I contacted the front desk and they cleaned it right away. However, since it was a malfunction of the toilet, I received another cleaning service, and it was an old issue, so the back of the toilet was stained brown with grime. Other than that, everything else was great. The shopping mall and concert venue were very close. The prices at the shopping mall are pretty much the same as in Korea. A bowl of ramen costs over 10,000 won, and drinks are typically 5,000-6,000 won. They barely sell any plain food. There are no salad specialty stores, and even sandwiches are mayo-based by default, so I struggled with the food more than expected. This isn't really hotel-related, but I'm leaving it for those who are coming for events. I accidentally booked a cheap hotel far away and stayed there for a day, but my condition worsened, so I couldn't stay there anymore. I quickly moved here and found peace. It was clean, pleasant, and cool enough even without turning on the air conditioning, by my standards. The front desk service was also good.
There's a Starbucks on the first floor and a Muji Cafe on the second floor. The coffee at Muji tasted better and was cheaper. The caffeine was super strong, and it had a big awakening effect on me, but everyone can choose what they like. There are many places to eat. The value for money wasn't great, but I was satisfied because the walking distance was short.
AAyshanyouyouguangguangThis isn't my first time staying here. Some of the reception staff are very gracious, but their way of handling problems can be quite arrogant. If there's noise, they just send security to deal with it, nothing else.
**Environment:** This business trip, I unfortunately had a room next to another that was preparing for a wedding, and it was incredibly noisy. My room was also a corner unit, meaning there was a connecting door to another room. Even though it was locked, there was absolutely no soundproofing.
**Service:** The hotel service was terrible. Even though I asked to change rooms the day after the first night, they refused. I tolerated it until the day I was leaving, when I finally couldn't take it anymore and complained to the hotel. By then, I didn't even expect a room change anymore; what was the point of offering it then?
My biggest relief was booking through Trip.com, which provided some mediation to protect my rights as a customer. This kind of older 3-4 star hotel naturally doesn't care about a guest like me, staying for only 3-4 days, especially since it's already one of the relatively better hotels in Quezon City.
The hotel offered no compensation whatsoever. When I checked out, they gave me a small cake to appease me, very classy.
MMisisCWe absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service.
We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues.
Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong.
The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued.
We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place.
Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel.
When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have.
It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.
BBandongzki TravelsQuality Service Comfortable accommodation and good location!

JJulius - PhilippinesAs always Astrotel is consistently good.the room is clean, the staff in the reception are friendly and helpful. The location is great very close to the shopping malls, fast food restaurants, public market,MRT and LRT2. Overall, a pleasant stay. Will definitely book again.
JJ.G.P.A small window type A/C is not enough for the huge space of the unit, it can not make the room cold enough for a good night's sleep.
Location is off the main drag. If you walk to the property, you will go through urine stinks of the back alleys.
Breakfast is average and was served cold (TOCILOG, ONLY OPTION AVAILABLE ) Restaurant staff are friendly.
