NeriWe recently stayed for 8 nights at Alino in their Premium Queen room, we were in the city for our holiday visiting friends and family.
What we liked:
- Room is clean since its a brand new hotel
- caring and attentive staff -- really living up to its name which is Alagang Filipino.
- there is an available Laundromat so you can do your own laundry wash and dry with a fee per load
- their Filipino breakfast is great for esp for OFWs, option for in room dining and continental or american breakfast for foreigners
- they are very open to hearing feedback and try their best to address these.
What we hope for improvement
- the drive way: cars exiting, esp lower cars, the bumper of cars skid as they exit and damages the cars
- our room was near the elevator, so we had trouble sleeping in as we can hear everything that happens outside the room including the elevator sounds and all people coming in and out of the floor.
- consider adding elevator and hallway perfume
Other than that, we think we have found the best place to stay everytime we come and visit the city.

Anonymous UserPerfect as always. Rooms are clean, bed and pillows are comfy, nice interior and perfect breakfast, price is reasonable too! Location is perfect in quezon city. I just hope the noise reduction will be improved cause I can hear everything from food steps on floor above to knocks and voices from other rooms.

Guest UserSeda Vertis North is a gem in QC. It is the perfect staycation destination in this area — it’s close to the malls, the location is quiet, the facilities are well maintained. You get the perks and conveniences of a Shangri La like slippers, bath robes, an ironing board in the room, verbena and lemon scented toiletries, super comfortable bed and excellent staff, all at a reasonable price. Kudos to Ms. Monday San Miguel, Asst Director of Rooms for taking really good of us.

Guest UserThere was a problem with the toilet overflowing from the base. It smelled a bit, so I contacted the front desk and they cleaned it right away. However, since it was a malfunction of the toilet, I received another cleaning service, and it was an old issue, so the back of the toilet was stained brown with grime. Other than that, everything else was great. The shopping mall and concert venue were very close. The prices at the shopping mall are pretty much the same as in Korea. A bowl of ramen costs over 10,000 won, and drinks are typically 5,000-6,000 won. They barely sell any plain food. There are no salad specialty stores, and even sandwiches are mayo-based by default, so I struggled with the food more than expected. This isn't really hotel-related, but I'm leaving it for those who are coming for events. I accidentally booked a cheap hotel far away and stayed there for a day, but my condition worsened, so I couldn't stay there anymore. I quickly moved here and found peace. It was clean, pleasant, and cool enough even without turning on the air conditioning, by my standards. The front desk service was also good.
There's a Starbucks on the first floor and a Muji Cafe on the second floor. The coffee at Muji tasted better and was cheaper. The caffeine was super strong, and it had a big awakening effect on me, but everyone can choose what they like. There are many places to eat. The value for money wasn't great, but I was satisfied because the walking distance was short.

J.G.P.A small window type A/C is not enough for the huge space of the unit, it can not make the room cold enough for a good night's sleep.
Location is off the main drag. If you walk to the property, you will go through urine stinks of the back alleys.
Breakfast is average and was served cold (TOCILOG, ONLY OPTION AVAILABLE ) Restaurant staff are friendly.

The staff was super friendly, but there were a lot of amenties described here that were not available, such as the pool and gym. Our AC in the room wouldnt turn on initially as well, and I had to ask someone to come in to get it to start (apparently there wasnt enough batteries in the AC remote!)
Also, the front of the hotel was undergoing construction, so they couldn't provide us with a place to park, which was inconvenient. On top of this, I have asked for late checkout the night before, which the front desk person said it would be possible since the hotel was a bit empty, but the next morning, the person on the front desk insisted we needed to pay PHP 450/hour for late checkout. Overall though, I liked the room and the night shift front desk and would definitely want to visit again once construction is done.
