The hotel is relatively new and upscale, conveniently located near the airport and the huge SM Mall, which has everything you could need. It's quiet, and the front desk is on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was good. If you're staying in Manila for more than 3 days, I recommend relocating to a hotel in the downtown business center to get a comprehensive feel for the city. Manila is a fantastic city with wonderful people!

The room was spacious, and the security check at the entrance was quite strict. The bed was also large. Downstairs, there's a casino, and outside the hotel, there are supermarkets and a McDonald's nearby. It's less than a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport, which is very convenient. The beaches in the Philippines are truly amazing; I've visited many times and will likely come again.

The hotel's overall facilities are a bit dated. The lobby doesn't really look like a Marriott either, to be honest. However, it's well-maintained, and the cleanliness is excellent. The service is standard Southeast Asian style. During check-in, I had an issue with my credit card and couldn't process the deposit. The front desk lady was decisive and let us check in directly without the deposit, which was very nice. The hotel breakfast, on the other hand, was a pleasant surprise with a wide variety of options.

We had an amazing stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout the process. The location was perfect for attending concerts—very convenient and made our trip stress-free. The building felt safe, and the amenities were well-maintained. If MOA/ SMX Arena is where your destination is, this place is a mere 15 min walk there. Lots of restaurants at the bottom of the residence and Alfa marts everywhere. Very convenient location. However this unit though has a washing machine, but doesn’t provide drying rack. Residence rule does not allow for putting clothes on the railings. Found a couple of small cockroaches too in the unit. Apparently this is quite normal for this residence as warnings on cockroaches infestation is published in the lifts.

You get what you pay for. A budget (express) hotel for travelers on the go! If you simply need a nice, clean and convenient place to sleep in, then this is the hotel for you. Located right across the NAIA Terminal (there's a walk bridge nearby that connects you to the airport terminal), conveniently across a shopping mall, a casino and various commercial establishments in and around the Newport City township. Everything is easy access for you. The hotel gym/fitness center is too basic. I expected a bit more because they did advertise it in their website. Fortunately, there is an Anytime Fitness branch nearby (a short walk) that's open 24 hours. Their ”express breakfast” is ok. Basic, nothing fancy, but enough to get you through the day. The BEST part about this ”express” hotel is their Express Checkout. Simply drop your room keys at the box (near the elevator) on your way out! No need to check-out at the counter!

Cleanliness is maintained to a high standard, and the price is very affordable. Located just a 10-minute drive from the airport, it is easy to find using major landmarks and clear signage. With parking btw. Beside park and fly .

We’re not satisfied with our 3 nights stay, location and amenities is great, we book feb 2 -5, cleaning just once, actually it’s not cleaning just changing the lines and towels, I ask for the toilet cleaner materials and cockroach spay,but the cleaner says nothing, on Feb 4 1:50 electricity cut off due to the disconnection notice. The owner didn’t pay since sept 2024. I won’t recommend this to anyone, though the Shore2 tower 1 is a nice residence, may try other condo owner just not to this House of Wu staycation agin. But I like the ambiance of Shore2 Tower1 guards ang receptionist are accommodating,.We have a nice view from the balcony.

I had a pleasant stay at Shore Residences. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The price was reasonable and offered good value for the location. The unit was generally comfortable and met my expectations. However, the kitchen equipment could be improved. There was only one frying pan available, which made cooking difficult and inconvenient for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals. The service was acceptable, although there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and guest support. Overall, I enjoyed my stay because of the great location and reasonable price. With some improvements to the kitchen facilities and service quality, the experience could be even better. I would consider staying here again in the future.

Looking back at our time at the Airbnb—it wasn’t just about the place, but the memories we made under that roof. So grateful we had that space to relax and just be together. Definitely a stay for the record books!
