The location of this hotel is excellent, only a 10-minute walk to the nearby shopping mall. There are also several snack shops right downstairs, and ordering Foodpanda at night is very convenient and fast. The staff here are incredibly polite and helpful. Right after I booked via Trip.com, they proactively contacted me on WhatsApp to ask about my arrival time and any special needs. They even sent me a map and their precise location, which was very thoughtful and welcoming. In terms of the room, while there is no dedicated hot water system, the water temperature is naturally warm due to the hot weather in Pakistan. It feels just like a warm shower and was very comfortable. Whenever I had a question, I could just message them on WhatsApp, and they responded almost instantly at any time. I had a great stay here and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

We found this hotel online and wasn’t sure about the location. Location is right in front of baghe jinnah and hotel was well equipped. Suggestion: add hair dryer and iron stand. It was great experience staying at this hotel.

Pretty much spot on. Location isn’t bad but it’s not amazing either. But it’s perfect for everything else. Great team, simple check in and check out and everyone was really nice. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Good air con in the room and a very comfortable bed! Highly recommended.

Overpriced for the service provided. Asked for airport service but they couldnt reply even if they were online on whatsapp. Cleanliness was average. Dusty.

This hotel is actually a detached villa in downtown Lahore. There was no breakfast on the Internet at the scheduled time. I did not expect that breakfast was quite rich, and it was delivered to the room. During the period, a kettle was broken and repaired in time. It's comfortable to drink some hot water.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, just a short walk from Emporium Mall and the Expo Center. My room was spacious, clean, and modern, with luxurious amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, with delicious local dishes and a variety of options to suit all tastes. Hotel Nova was the perfect choice.

Very good service and hotel. A little outdate decor on 3rd floor but other than that nothing to fault.

I waited more than 30 minutes for check-in even though they told me it would be ready at 3 PM. The apartment was still not prepared, and it felt like we were not treated as guests at all. At check-out, they asked us to stop and wait again because they needed to inspect the apartment before letting us leave. Because of this delay, I ended up missing my flight. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

It’s OK in Lahore. Other aspects are generally the same. But the diet is not bad!
