Overpriced for the service provided. Asked for airport service but they couldnt reply even if they were online on whatsapp. Cleanliness was average. Dusty.

This hotel is actually a detached villa in downtown Lahore. There was no breakfast on the Internet at the scheduled time. I did not expect that breakfast was quite rich, and it was delivered to the room. During the period, a kettle was broken and repaired in time. It's comfortable to drink some hot water.

The room was very average. The comforter and bedding looked dingy, giving me the impression it wasn't very clean. Security was okay; they required armed guards to accompany guests when leaving the premises. They also required a deposit upon check-in. Breakfast was nothing special. The hot water wasn't very hot, which was a real drawback.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, just a short walk from Emporium Mall and the Expo Center. My room was spacious, clean, and modern, with luxurious amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, with delicious local dishes and a variety of options to suit all tastes. Hotel Nova was the perfect choice.

I had an excellent experience at Hotel One Tower Gulberg. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff was warm, professional, and very helpful. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The rooms were spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities were well-maintained. Housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay, ensuring everything remained spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was another highlight of my stay. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options available, catering to different tastes. The quality of the food, presentation, and service in the dining area were all excellent. Overall, Hotel One Tower Gulberg exceeded my expectations in every aspect, including hospitality, cleanliness, room comfort, and dining experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lahore and look forward to staying here again in the future

The hotel has spacious deluxe rooms, a pool on the rooftop, and a small gym. The best thing about the hotel is the buffet breakfast. It was so delicious we wokup at 6:30 am in anticipation of a wonderful breakfast. The service was great and the laundry service is same day. I recommend to anyone interested in being around good food options, a mall and not far from the airport.

I waited more than 30 minutes for check-in even though they told me it would be ready at 3 PM. The apartment was still not prepared, and it felt like we were not treated as guests at all. At check-out, they asked us to stop and wait again because they needed to inspect the apartment before letting us leave. Because of this delay, I ended up missing my flight. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

It’s OK in Lahore. Other aspects are generally the same. But the diet is not bad!
