Hotel offers a good standard. The rooms are modernly equipped, comfortable bed as well as a beautiful balcony. Aquapark is great! What is a little nervous is that the whole circuit in the room (light, air conditioning) is turned off after about minutes after activation and you need to reactivate it. Also, the dinner is a bit narrow when offering full.

Kann ich nur empfehlen! Abgesehen vom angeblichen Fitnessraum, wo die Trainingsgerät fehlen, war es wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen, sehr schön und erholsam. Super leckeres Frühstück, freundliches und mehrsprachiges Personal. Rund um ein schönes und sauberes Hotel mit gut ausgestattetem Wellness und relax Bereich.

The hotel is located in an ideal location, very close to the beach. The hotel has 5 stars, but in my opinion it is too much for this facility. The rooms are already slightly worn, and the rooms on the first floor are not soundproofed enough. We could hear water flowing in our room all night long, the sound came from the corridor, and the ventilation grilles in the room were humming all night long. The service at the main reception was helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the same could not be said about the older lady serving at the Spa reception. The lady was rude, unpleasant and constantly complaining (someone walked in sandy shoes - bad, someone turned off the light in the Spa - again loud comments to customers). Breakfasts were very plentiful and delicious.

Zum Anfang war es Personal sehr freundlich an der Rezeption. Wir hatten dann eine Beschwerde weil einer hochzeitsfeier zwei Zimmer neben uns war und es wirklich extrem laut war da wurde uns gesagt dass dies bis 4 Uhr morgens geht. Ich fragte wegen einem neuen Zimmer und das der Krach und die lauter Musik unerträglich ist da wo du gesagt nein es gibt kein anderes Zimmer! Ich habe dann bei trip.com angerufen und habe mich beschwert diese haben dann im Hotel angerufen und uns hat ganz unfreundlich eine Dame der Rezeption angerufen auf dem Zimmer und gesagt wir sollen beide andere Zimmer los los... Im Endeffekt ist der Kunde da wirklich nur eine Wanze.. Mitarbeiter meist nur Handy in der Hand . Eine Frage hat und sie das Handy wegpacken müssen ziehen Sie sofort eine Fresse . Im Grunde nach war das Hotel sauber aber Personal war unfreundlich auch im Restaurant....

Sehr ruhig gelegen, schön warm im ganzen Komplex, inklusive Zimmer trotz November bei außen Schneefall, sehr freundliche MA sprechen engl und deutsch, Bar mit kleinen Snacks und extrem lecker 😋 Käsekuchen mit Karamell wer es süß mag, Zi klein, fkt, etwas in die Jahre gekommen dafür hat es Charme und noch viel besser gratis Parkplätze und nicht wenig, F sehr vielseitig Obst naja wohl lieber frisch von biedronka holen dafür Eierspeisen via Koch am Tresen bestellbar Speiseraum sehr kalt, Stühle echt unbequem, MA räumen schon 15 Minuten vor Ende geräuschvoll das Buffet..es entstand ein Gefühl, Essen aber nicht verweilen, super Teestation, Tee mitnehmen unerwünscht nur im zi schwarz und grün tee, bei Schlafprobl ungünstig, sogar warmen Föhn und Umkleide im Wellnessbereich, Duschen recht verkalkt dafür schön heiß Umgebung super ruhig und grün gelegen

Pobyt tylko na 1 noc, ale to wystarczy by poznać hotel i jego otoczenie. Dużo atrakcji w hotelu grota solna, kort tenisowy, duży basen czy też wieczorne imprezy taneczne. Posiłki bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone Obsługa naprawdę pomocna i życzliwa. Brak większych uwag. Polecam.
