The stay was excellent. The accommodation was beautiful, the breakfast was outstanding, and the management and staff were truly exceptional — warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway in. The hotel also provides complimentary shuttle service to nearby beaches, with schedules available at the reception. Overall, the service exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely return again in the future.

Sylvan Koh Chang Hotel was very amazing and beautiful. Perfect breakfast with Thai, European and some Chinese cuisine , good Sunset Restaurant on the beach. Wide rooms with transparent glass-covered shower and separate bathroom, nice SPA. Huge territory with beautiful tropical plants, flowers and two big awesome birds. Nice stuff, it was very clean every day. We had a good holiday rest in Sylvan hotel!

Overall a good hotel but lots of wood used to make it feel eco friendly but the negatives add up…. More pests ….. plus all public areas like restaurants and breakfast areas aren’t airconditioned which makes it difficult to enjoy the food….. The rooms have a small pool which looks great but the water is cold which makes taking a plunge and relaxing in the pool not possible

Really enjoyed our stay at KC Grande Resort. The location is great, right by the beach, and the whole resort feels very relaxing. Our room was clean and comfortable, and all the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety, the swimming pool was nice, and we loved watching the sunset by the beach. A very good place to relax in Koh Chang. Would definitely stay again! 🌴🌅😊

Excellent hotel, perfect for both families and couples. The breakfasts are superb with something for everyone. Rooms are cleaned daily. There are shops and massage parlors nearby. To get to the beach, you just need to cross the road, and there's even a traffic controller to help you with that. The hotel's water park is also fantastic. Overall, cleanliness and order are well-maintained. We'd definitely return if we have the chance.

The hotel is good, and the location is convenient, with shops, excellent cafes, plenty of massage parlors, and bike rentals nearby. The room was spacious, modern, and excellent, with everything needed in both the room and the bathroom. The safe was present and worked perfectly. The 50-meter swimming pool was wonderfully clean, with comfortable sun loungers and daybeds. There was live music some evenings, and a beautiful view of the shore. Downsides: 1. The breakfast buffet was rather meager compared to typical Thai options at hotels of a similar standard and price. For fruits, there was only watermelon and occasionally papaya. As for vegetables, there weren't even cherry tomatoes. There were no salads at all, and no seafood either. Over the course of a week, fish in batter was served only once. 2. The air conditioning was very noisy, but it cooled the room excellently.

We stayed at Stage Hotel for 15 days, and it was truly wonderful. A very cozy, clean, and comfortable hotel that makes you feel at home from the very first days. The rooms are spotless, the beds are very comfortable, and the snow-white bed linen is a real pleasure to sleep in. The air conditioning works perfectly — the temperature in the room was always comfortable. Special thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for. Honestly, I was almost in tears when it was time to leave. This is a place you want to come back to again and again. Stage Hotel is not just a hotel — it’s a feeling of comfort, calm, and warmth away from home. We will definitely return ❤️

It was a weekend trip with family. The hotel had complete facilities and we could have both lunch and dinner at the hotel, and the food wasn't too expensive. It was a very memorable trip.

Koh Chang Cliff Beach Resort I stayed in a room with a private pool. A little splurge on myself! It was so fun to have my own pool, to wake up in the morning and just jump into the water for a little cooling off. I could lay on the recliner and read to my heart’s content with no distractions, feet in the water. Morning breakfasts are fantastic and the beach view is amazing! Staff are friendly and helpful. What to know?: it’s the “Cliff Beach Resort”, which means your on a hill… which means climbing. It’SA steep walk from room to beach, but a great opportunity to get your blood flowing. Embrace it. Room for growth: the bedding smelled a bit sour. It’s wet here, so making sure things dry properly is a challenge. My greatest complaint about the room is that there was a ladder propped up against the backside of the pool wall, meaning someone could climb it right into my private room. A little sketch. The ladder is for maintenance, so I just pushed it off the wall. The pool could use a bit of chlorine as algae was present on the pool walls, but honestly, I’d rather have the non-chemical water. The biggest negative which the hotel has no control over is the nighttime noise. There’s a bar across the street which pumps loud music (starting at 10pm and going til like 4am). The hotel actually gives you earplugs when you check in. So lame. There’s two pools. One up on top of the cliff with excellent views. One down by the ocean. Overall, a pleasant stay.
