"The room is a suite, which is quite large, but the hotel is older and not modern in style. Don’t have too high expectations, you need to rent a car or take a taxi. Breakfast is also relatively simple, and there are no other drawbacks."
"Sweet spot in the heart of Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood. Small but very clean and comfortable rooms with kitchenette and espresso (pod) machines. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Major transit (bus) stops also within walking distance."
"It's a very remote motel, it's very inconvenient to contact, the procedures are complicated, and the signal is poor. We stayed for four days and three nights and were charged an extra 300 yuan for cleaning fees, but we didn't see anyone cleaning the place during this time. It felt like they were just looking for an excuse to collect money from you!"

"This is a cost-effective car hotel, on the highway roadside, a bit noisy at night. The door is much better than expected. The boss upgraded the suite, the room was quite big, and the bedding bathroom was very clean. The front desk service is warm. Suitable for self-driving passengers, free parking at the door."

"We ended up not staying there; we canceled our trip entirely. We called the hotel to cancel, but they wouldn't cancel for us, they told us to go through trips.com. But trips.com wouldn't cancel us either, because our cancellation was within the 30-day cancellation period. Most hotels do NOT demand 30 days for cancellations; they only require a few days. This hotel's policy is a big problem and we won't book there in the future. This is sad, because it is near our family and it looks like a very nice hotel. We won't ever use trips.com again, either. Thanks"

Amazing
GGuest UserWhen I first checked into the room, there was hair on both the sink and the bed. I tried calling the front desk in the middle of the night, but couldn't get through. However, after reporting it the next day, they moved us to a different room and upgraded our room type, so the service was still quite good. The sea view from the higher floor was beautiful, and the breakfast downstairs was delicious. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, though.
GGuest UserI had a fantastic 2-night stay at this new hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for anyone arriving from the airport via the Green Line Westlake. It’s a direct shot from the airport, and then just a 14-minute walk from the station (which also connects to the mono rail to space needle.
I loved the cozy lobby; it’s a great spot to just hang out or relax for a bit. A huge plus for me was the surrounding area. On my way to check in, I was able to grab Shake Shack for dinner, which was perfect. And for bubble tea lovers, there’s a boba shop, Hey Tea ,right next door! Whole Foods is also just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up anything you need.
The check-in and check-out process was super quick and smooth. I had a great rest over my two nights and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.
GGuest UserHad a really great experience here at CitizenM. The place was unique, chique, and modern. With all the extra tools they provide like their mobile room controller you can personalize the room to your liking.
The lobby is very interactive with accessible board games, lounge area and bar.
Highly recommended!
CcauliflowerI visited with my family. The lobby desk staff was so friendly and I felt good. I also had breakfast at the restaurant below because I used my destination fee points. They were friendly and the food was good. The location was relatively safer than the market area, so I liked it.
GGuest UserCentrally located with great transport links. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the subway, and the Space Needle and Pike Place Market are also nearby. The breakfast is excellent, offering both buffet and à la carte options.
QQuentin FernandezDown the hill from downtown Seattle so expect a walk/uber in to the city if you’re going that way. Also no fan in bathroom which kind of sucked and the TV wasn’t working. Otherwise, next to the water which was really nice. ALSO $100 a night deposit for up to $500 for 5 nights+ so be aware.
GGuest UserStayed for 3 nights. The room is compact but fits a 28” suitcase. It’s very clean and well-stocked with an iron, hairdryer, and various USB ports. No slippers/toothbrush, but the floor and overall room are spotless. Staffs are helpful, offering late checkout (12 PM) and luggage storage. Free parking and 24/7 coffee/tea are a plus. Breakfast is only banana, orange, cereal bar - all same daily. Free bottled water on day one along with a grab-and-go breakfast, which was perfect for my busy mornings. However, it’s unclear why the water wasn't provided on the following days. Amazing location to all attractions, especially just a block behind The Sphere. I read a review as my concern of noise at night, but it’s peaceful than I thought. Only outside people voices from time to time. Though there is a train passed the hotel, it’s not operated at night. Overall, a peaceful and convenient stay - great value for money!
GGuest UserThe receptionist was kind enough to let me check in even though I reached at 12pm! The room is big and clean. It even has a coin laundry too, which is a major plus. The cafe next to the hotel has nice and affordable food. However, the sound proofing can be improved as I can hear people walking past my room.
GGuest UserI had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, offering assistance whenever needed and making me feel truly welcomed. The room was spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were also excellent, with everything thoughtfully provided and well organized. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
GGuest UserThe good: The house is really clean and lovely. We have all we needed to cook at home, and the rooms were nice and spacious.
The Bad: The location leaves a lot to be desired, lots of people fighting and threatening outside. Several nights we've had to endure listeng to screaming and someone being harassed. It's terrifying for my kids who may be technically adults but still on the younger side.
The Ugly: We've had a little incident where my partner, who's not technologically knowledgeable accidentally purchased a movie through the owner's account. The owner went through the roof calling names and accusing without asking what happened first. Reading other reviews in airbnb we can see this is not the first incident with him not being the nicest. There are ways to communicate without going from zero to sixty. We paid a few thousand dollars for this stay, another 5 bucks is not something we're looking to swindle.
