"Hotel location in the middle of the airport to the city, not very convenient, there are buses to the city. The room is ok, there is a complimentary breakfast. Seattle hotels are generally expensive, this price is not cheap, a little cheaper than the city, you can consider."
"Good and easy check in. No apparent lift to second floor level. Easy parking. A little simple breakfast. Good location not too far from alki beach and comparably good price."

"It’s a simple and old hotel.., but very cozy.
The room is comfortable.., King size bed, a minibar and a safe were present and working in the room.
We took 15 minutes from the hotel to the Lumen Field (Seahawks game) by foot.
The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast.., good options with quality.
There’s only one elevator…, it was not a problem for us.., because we were on the second floor, and we used the stairs.
I’d stay again..!!"

"Had a really great experience here at CitizenM. The place was unique, chique, and modern. With all the extra tools they provide like their mobile room controller you can personalize the room to your liking.
The lobby is very interactive with accessible board games, lounge area and bar.
Highly recommended!"
"It took us quite a while to finally get into our room due to issues with the key cards not working. Had to make two trips from the 20th floor down to the front desk only to find out the problem was a low battery in the door lock. Once inside, we noticed the room wasn’t properly set up for four guests, as there weren’t enough towels provided.
The bathroom design was also inconvenient. There are two sliding doors neither had locks, which makes privacy difficult. The air conditioning blew directly toward your face while lying on the bed, and the vents were too high to adjust. In addition, electric kettle, bathrobes, and slippers were not provided.
On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was excellent. It offered a wide variety of choices, and the service was outstanding, making it a highlight of our stay."
New second floor studio apartment above detached garage in a quiet West Seattle neighborhood. It has a full kitchen and bathroom with all the amenities you’ll need. The couch folds out into a king bed or you can just use one side as a twin. Plenty of street parking and easy access to main bus lines. It is located in our backyard, so you might see us or hear kids playing from time to time. Great
AAnonymous UserMy experience at this hotel was a mixed bag.
**The Good:** The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The front desk staff was also very friendly. They upgraded me to a higher room type at a great price during check-in, and the high-floor ocean view room was fantastic, even offering a view of Mount Rainier. The room amenities were also perfectly fine, and the room size was adequate.
**The Bad:** The housekeeping service felt like an invasion of privacy. I had hung the 'Do Not Disturb' sign before leaving, but they still entered to clean the room. I hadn't put my valuables, including cash and jewelry, in the safe that day (a lesson learned for next time), and my personal belongings were also left out. I was very upset when I discovered my room had been entered. There are no cameras on the hotel's guest floors, not even by the elevators, to prove whether or not I had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign up. However, after I complained to the hotel, the housekeeping staff actually lied, claiming they had asked me in person before I left if I wanted the room cleaned and only proceeded after getting an affirmative response. Lying takes this to a whole new level of problematic.
**Overall:** The Ctrip hotel butler service was good and a definite plus. However, the hotel's housekeeping service was truly disappointing. From now on, I'll definitely be more vigilant about protecting my belongings when traveling.
GGuest UserI had a fantastic 2-night stay at this new hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for anyone arriving from the airport via the Green Line Westlake. It’s a direct shot from the airport, and then just a 14-minute walk from the station (which also connects to the mono rail to space needle.
I loved the cozy lobby; it’s a great spot to just hang out or relax for a bit. A huge plus for me was the surrounding area. On my way to check in, I was able to grab Shake Shack for dinner, which was perfect. And for bubble tea lovers, there’s a boba shop, Hey Tea ,right next door! Whole Foods is also just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up anything you need.
The check-in and check-out process was super quick and smooth. I had a great rest over my two nights and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.
TTineChanThe hotel's front desk service is very good, the room is clean, and free bath salts are delivered to the room. When checking in, the front desk will give 2 bottles of water and a welcome drink. Guests will be provided with a free glass of red wine from 5 to 7 o'clock, and free delivery to nearby attractions. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are bus stops and supermarkets within 100 meters.
The room we stayed in this time also happened to have a little view of the Needle. Recommended for those traveling to Seattle to consider staying here.
CcauliflowerI visited with my family. The lobby desk staff was so friendly and I felt good. I also had breakfast at the restaurant below because I used my destination fee points. They were friendly and the food was good. The location was relatively safer than the market area, so I liked it.
GGuest UserA decent value-for-money option in downtown Seattle. The breakfast selection is limited, but it's enough to fill you up – just don't compare it to hotels back home. The room was quiet, clean, and well-maintained, and the facilities were perfectly fine.
QQuentin FernandezDown the hill from downtown Seattle so expect a walk/uber in to the city if you’re going that way. Also no fan in bathroom which kind of sucked and the TV wasn’t working. Otherwise, next to the water which was really nice. ALSO $100 a night deposit for up to $500 for 5 nights+ so be aware.
GGuest UserThe receptionist was kind enough to let me check in even though I reached at 12pm! The room is big and clean. It even has a coin laundry too, which is a major plus. The cafe next to the hotel has nice and affordable food. However, the sound proofing can be improved as I can hear people walking past my room.
GGuest UserStayed for 3 nights. The room is compact but fits a 28” suitcase. It’s very clean and well-stocked with an iron, hairdryer, and various USB ports. No slippers/toothbrush, but the floor and overall room are spotless. Staffs are helpful, offering late checkout (12 PM) and luggage storage. Free parking and 24/7 coffee/tea are a plus. Breakfast is only banana, orange, cereal bar - all same daily. Free bottled water on day one along with a grab-and-go breakfast, which was perfect for my busy mornings. However, it’s unclear why the water wasn't provided on the following days. Amazing location to all attractions, especially just a block behind The Sphere. I read a review as my concern of noise at night, but it’s peaceful than I thought. Only outside people voices from time to time. Though there is a train passed the hotel, it’s not operated at night. Overall, a peaceful and convenient stay - great value for money!
GGuest UserI had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, offering assistance whenever needed and making me feel truly welcomed. The room was spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were also excellent, with everything thoughtfully provided and well organized. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
GGuest UserThe good: The house is really clean and lovely. We have all we needed to cook at home, and the rooms were nice and spacious.
The Bad: The location leaves a lot to be desired, lots of people fighting and threatening outside. Several nights we've had to endure listeng to screaming and someone being harassed. It's terrifying for my kids who may be technically adults but still on the younger side.
The Ugly: We've had a little incident where my partner, who's not technologically knowledgeable accidentally purchased a movie through the owner's account. The owner went through the roof calling names and accusing without asking what happened first. Reading other reviews in airbnb we can see this is not the first incident with him not being the nicest. There are ways to communicate without going from zero to sixty. We paid a few thousand dollars for this stay, another 5 bucks is not something we're looking to swindle.
