Ssherj102The front staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious. This one was for senior citizens that came in for a family event. We requested a room that was close and close to the elevator. Both of which were accommodated. There was appeared to be a blood stain on one of the comforters, but because it was a double room the seniors decided to put their luggage on the that bed.
GGuest UserWe love the location. It’s closed to University of Pittsburgh where we visited. There are many restaurants along the road nearby. You need to pay for a parking about $22 per day. The parking is just right across with the hotel.
The room is decent. There is small kitchenette in the room if anyone wants to cook an easy meal. . I hope the room will be cleaner. The pillow is too soft and thin. It makes our sleeping uncomfortably.
BBenpaodexiaoyangmieyangThe room was big, the coffee machine was broken, and the plug was broken. I refused to make a purchase order. I told them to go to a platform. I took the deposit and consumed an egg (very funny). I should have placed an order. (There were no eggs in the morning. I ordered the order. They said there was a charge but didn't, and later they charged more than 2 US dollars). It's close to the station. There are many homeless people downstairs. The public security is not good. I couldn't find a parking space. In order to check in, I parked in the parking lot opposite for more than ten minutes. They charged 22 US dollars, and after driving out, they charged another 29 US dollars for the night. It was a bad experience.
GGuest UserThis is our second stay at a hotel under the same brand, but in a different city. The front desk staff today were very welcoming. The room was spacious enough for our family of five, clean and tidy, and the water pressure was excellent. The location is convenient for getting around, and the service was warm. Overall, this hotel provided a great experience for my family! 👍
GGuest UserTook my wife here to celebrate her birthday and when we got to the room we noticed the one chair was so marked up, we could’ve gotten a cleaner one at goodwill. Didn’t notice that the soaps and rod were ripped off the wall till we went to shower later that night. After the shower I went to fill our ice and it was half full of water. I’m not the type to complain, but for the price I wanted everything to be perfect for my wife for her birthday and the cleanliness wasn’t there.
GGuest UserWyndham Pitts has got to be commended for its central location and unblocked view of the Three River confluence, at a great price! Check in was smooth and travel to other parts of the city was very easy, with various amenities like 24h convenience stores and jazz bars within walking distance. One could also walk to the Andy Warhol museum through the majestic Three Sisters bridges and also the Duquesne Incline for a breathtaking view of the city. And finally the pool has a great view.
One could probably only complain about the aging furnishes with some cracked or stripped wooden sections of the walls, and I thought it would be nicer to have a kettle in the room.
SShiningSZThe first hotel after Pitt's, located on the riverside, you can walk out to the bridge next to it, which is quite good. The hotel's elevator is very old, it can be regarded as antique.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation, nearby companies, more famous universities, safer during the day, and more black people at night. Hotel swimming pool, bar, you can feel the culture inside without going out. It is not safe to swipe the card without losing the password.
GGuest UserReally good location, just a few minutes walk from a very nice part of town. The hotel is very modern and comfortable with lovely amenities, including a pool and gym. Breakfast was generous although missing some bits, we were very happy. The room itself was very comfy and although the bedding wasn’t the nicest, it was very clean. I will say the area itself felt a little sketchy at night and we were concerned about the car, but all was fine. It was very different by day!
