"Great location, very close to the Pirates ball park. Staff was very nice and the hotel was clean. It is an updated hotel. Parking is $25 a day, would recommend using theirs since street parking had signs saying the street parking wasn't available on game days. The hotel is within walking distance to many places. Only downside is that I picked this hotel because it had a shuttle for things around Pittsburgh and the the shuttle wasn't running sure to COVID. But it was overall a great experience."

"The first hotel after Pitt's, located on the riverside, you can walk out to the bridge next to it, which is quite good. The hotel's elevator is very old, it can be regarded as antique."

"I am already staying for the second time. The breakfast is good and very rich. If you are still not satisfied, there are pancakes on the spot, but at your own expense, give a good review! And the room can be cooked and eaten. I used to cook some noodles and add some spicy food to eat and eat. The whole hotel gives a very comfortable feeling."

"This is our second stay at a hotel under the same brand, but in a different city. The front desk staff today were very welcoming. The room was spacious enough for our family of five, clean and tidy, and the water pressure was excellent. The location is convenient for getting around, and the service was warm. "The overall experience was great. The area is very quiet and conveniently located for both dining and sightseeing. It's incredibly close to both the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University, just a few minutes' walk away. The breakfast is standard American fare, which might be a slight drawback for Chinese visitors. However, all in all, it was fine, and I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on my next visit!"

"I probably won't be staying at this hotel again. The front desk staff had a strange attitude. I arrived just after noon, and they warmly apologized, explaining the room wasn't ready. They estimated a two-hour wait but assured me it would definitely be ready by 3 PM, which is reasonable. So, I waited. At 2 PM, I checked again, and they said it would be another 45 minutes. Again, this seemed reasonable, so I continued waiting. When I inquired at 3 PM (each time with the same staff member), I was bluntly told the room still wasn't ready, and they had no idea when it would be. This was particularly frustrating as 3 PM is the standard check-in time."

"The hotel is relatively quiet and includes breakfast, which is collected at ten o'clock. The room is large, with refrigerator and microwave. Please note that the hotel does not provide mineral water. The service is generally good."

"The room was big, the coffee machine was broken, and the plug was broken. I refused to make a purchase order. I told them to go to a platform. I took the deposit and consumed an egg (very funny). I should have placed an order. (There were no eggs in the morning. I ordered the order. They said there was a charge but didn't, and later they charged more than 2 US dollars). It's close to the station. There are many homeless people downstairs. The public security is not good. I couldn't find a parking space. In order to check in, I parked in the parking lot opposite for more than ten minutes. They charged 22 US dollars, and after driving out, they charged another 29 US dollars for the night. It was a bad experience."

"Wyndham Pitts has got to be commended for its central location and unblocked view of the Three River confluence, at a great price! Check in was smooth and travel to other parts of the city was very easy, with various amenities like 24h convenience stores and jazz bars within walking distance. One could also walk to the Andy Warhol museum through the majestic Three Sisters bridges and also the Duquesne Incline for a breathtaking view of the city. And finally the pool has a great view. One could probably only complain about the aging furnishes with some cracked or stripped wooden sections of the walls, and I thought it would be nicer to have a kettle in the room."
