Did an amazing job with service and even helped us find a spot to eat for lunch. Everyone was super helpful and nice! Was very pleased with my visit and would definitely stay there again.

The room is very clean and sanitary, with complete facilities, good environment and decent service. It is also close to the airport, but an additional parking fee of 20 USD is charged per day.

Everything was great until it came to check out, we had left a jacket behind there was a lady already cleaning our room and we tried getting it back but the front desk claims it’s not in the lost n found and the cleaning lady didn’t note it with our room number. So we know the cleaning lady stole it. Because she was in there when I had left it behind.

My kid had a basketball training camp at this hotel, so we stayed for four nights. The room was tiny and the cleanliness was just okay. The surrounding area felt a bit unsafe. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room; you had to go down to the front desk to get it yourself. Parking was also very expensive at $45 a day.

Overall, the hotel's internal facilities are good. It is said that the neighborhood is not safe, but it is OK to live a few times. Breakfast is not bad. It is a repeat customer, every time I go to Sanpan. Live here?

Originally, I wanted to live in San Francisco, but I said that the roads in the city are relatively ups and downs, the one-way line is complicated, and the parking cost is high. So I live in Auckland. It is convenient to drive the Auckland Bridge to San Francisco for two consecutive days. I found a Guilin rice noodle shop nearby in the evening, and it tastes so good! ! !

第一次入住嚇了一跳，酒店門口居然有條火車軌道，火車嗚嗚地從門前開過。 後來睡了兩晚後發現，還好，不怎麼影響夜間睡眠，雖然我是睡眠很困難、對睡眠要求很苛刻的人。 住了幾天後，發現這家酒店真的挺好：交通特別方便，輪渡碼頭就在酒店斜對面、步行距離五分鐘，擺渡到舊金山市中心25分鐘。步行到輕軌（BART）也就十多分鐘。去奧克蘭市中心也是步行距離，Chinatown也在那。公交線路也很多。真的很方便！ 酒店後面就是星巴克，喝咖啡也方便。 然後，最美的是酒店靠近海邊、碼頭，早上出去散步真的感覺很好、很美。 服務也不錯、房間挺大的。 我前後一共住了十多天，感覺越住越舒服。

Ideal hotel for 1 night stay before flight. Near airport, big room with balcony and view. Room clean. Near hotel bus stop for airport bus, easy to go to airport even at night. What can be better - restaurant and bar closed, so if you need food or drink need to go far away.
