GGuest UserWe went as a 3 generational family and it was a perfect vacation for us! The villa was nicely maintained and decorated, and the food at the restaurant offered a good selection. We loved the pho bar and bahn mi in the morning, and being able to order a full barista menu at breakfast.
Some points of improvement:
- training for staff. Many of them didn’t speak English or wasn’t eager to help. Jenny at the restaurant was great, and housekeeping was on time and helpful.
- the beach was incredibly dirty. Filled with cigarette butts and general plastic littering. It was something that was overlooked and I didn’t feel comfortable going back with my children after the first day.
- some healthier choices for the kids table at breakfast would be appreciated. It was all sugar: donuts, marshmallows, chocolate eggs and muffins with chocolate sauce and jam.
- the kids club was pretty sad and even though we had two children with us (6 and 4 years old), we didn’t even visit it once. It just seemed like a completely overlooked part of the hotel, and didn’t even feel clean.
The new playground was lovely (when the sun went down) and it’s obvious that they are trying to continuously improve the resort (with the building of the new kid-friendly pool, and the landscaping).
However, we don’t think we will return unless there are more activities geared for children. We ended up staying mostly in our own pool and brought our own games to play in the villa.

DDecz and Janet TravelsI had a pleasant stay overall, and one of the biggest highlights of this hotel is its location. It’s conveniently situated, making it easy to explore nearby attractions while still offering a relaxing environment. The amenities are also a standout — I especially loved the swings and hammocks, which added a unique and peaceful touch to the experience. They’re perfect for unwinding and enjoying the surroundings.
However, the transportation services need improvement. The free shuttle to Grand World and the bus going to VinWonders were quite disorganized during my stay. There was no proper queuing system, and it often became messy and confusing, with guests crowding and cutting in line just to get on board first. This made what should have been a convenient service feel stressful.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay for its location and amenities, but better organization of the shuttle and bus services would significantly improve the guest experience.

✈✈️keaidexiaolinlinerI was a bit hesitant before booking, seeing all the bad reviews online. But when we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing this sea-view villa was! It was very spacious for our group of two adults and three children. The hotel service was also great. Although there was no Chinese-speaking staff, the front desk's English accent wasn't too strong.
The only drawback was the lack of cutlery in the kitchen. We bought some snacks back and had nothing to eat them with!
There were quite a few Koreans and Westerners around. The iced coffee at breakfast was so good, I drank it for four days straight. It was truly excellent.
We booked the Sheraton villa next door for the following four days. Honestly, even though both hotels are operated by the same owner, the Peach Hotel is noticeably much better in terms of service and facilities, and it's also more conveniently located. The breakfast there was very similar to Peach, with many of the same dishes. But there were too many Indians, if you know what I mean...
I personally found the pool to be very clean. It was just a few steps from the villa to the beach. The best part was having trees by the pool, so it wasn't too sunny.

XXiaoyuanqiuThe service was warm and proactive. I stayed in room 2021, and at night I kept hearing animal noises from the ceiling – I'm not sure if there were little birds in the room. The room opened right out to the pool. The dinner buffet had very, very limited options, I wouldn't recommend it. However, the quality of the food was decent. The bathroom drain was incredibly slow; the water would almost overflow before I could even finish brushing my teeth. I wonder if there's a free shuttle to the attractions; we hired a private car because the front desk said there wasn't one.

BBebelianaStay in Ocean facing suite for 3 nights. Big room, super nice ocean view, spacious balcony. Hotel provide free airport pick up, bike rental, buggy services and spa etc. Most impressed is the infinitely pool and beach front swing. So relaxing! You can just scan QR code to order good and beverages by pool or beachfront and enjoy the sunset there. Would love to come back with family and try the resort with pool next time. Hope the staff service can be more consistent.

We stayed at this hotel as a family. We rented two rooms. The hotel is new. No more than two years after the opening. The description of the hotel and rooms fully corresponds to the website. I must say right away that the hotel can be rated five out of five, everything else is not the fault of the hotel and its service. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. It is not surprising that suddenly reconstruction and equipment for a new tourist facility (hotel, shop, restaurant, etc.) can begin in neighboring buildings, but we must pay tribute to the fact that the silence regime is still observed. This is Saturday and Sunday, a complete ban, repairs are possible only from 8:00 to 11:00 from 13:00 to 17:00. HL Melody in the neighboring block is completing reconstruction for its own apartments, that is, it is expanding its offer. It is said that everything will be finished by March 2026. But I repeat, it's everywhere on the island and on Khem in particular. If you think that hotels such as La Grotta, All Sand, Paralia, ANN and others of this class of hotels will be better, then you are mistaken. Construction and reconstruction are going on everywhere.
Unlike these hotels, the location of HL is much better, far from the noise of the crowd of vacationers, the noise of passing cars and bikes. Khem Beach is a 10-minute slow walk away. The windows of rooms 101, 201, 301, and so on overlook the rainforest. At night, we turned off the air conditioner and slept with the windows open in complete silence. In the morning, we were only bothered by the roosters of the neighboring village and the forest birds. Tips for nearby restaurants - Chinese Fu Lu Kang (excellent work by a professional chef, instant service, full Chinese menu, except for Peking duck, we recommend absolutely everything). Grill Station is a decent menu when you want to switch from Vietnamese cuisine. Com Nha Vietnamese Cuisine is the latest restaurant on the way to the beach. Very affordable prices and excellent food quality. Better than on the beach - Draft Beer Bai Khem. We used the last one when we were at the beach all day. I recommend all the listed restaurants. KingKong has the best currency exchange, while Khem has a 1% worse exchange rate. If you skip the transport to KingKong, then the course is the same. The general advice on Khem's vacation location is if finances allow, then Premier Residence, New Wolrd, JW Marriott. That is, the territories that were closed and completed for reconstruction with half board. The latter is important because Vietnamese cuisine is sparse and monotonous. At the same time, you are guaranteed that you do not have large-scale repairs with the demolition of floors behind your wall. We recommend the Shop-center and farm of sea and river pearls - Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm. You can even book a transfer from the hotel if you really intend to buy something.
HL Melody service: very good. The Ngoan concierge is a very polite and helpful employee. Our respect.
Rooms: new and clean. Cleaning was carried out every day. Towels are changed every day. The linen is all snow-white and dry. Please note that there is an error in the description of one of the rooms. There is only one kitchen for self-catering and breakfast on the ground floor. In the lobby there is a stove, refrigerator, dishes, professional coffee machine, water, drinks, Two bicycles in free use.
Internet - WIFI is fast without freezes.
There's an elevator in the hotel, but you can't hear it at all. In general, the sound insulation is good.
We recommend this hotel. The price is fair and affordable, and the service corresponds to the hotel class.
I repeat that the problems of reconstruction are a problem of Phu Quoc in any new location of tourist clusters - Marina, SunSetTown, Khem, and etc.

SSara BLOUDKOVAClose the the airport. Only 10 mins by grab. At the arrival we were well welcomed and check in was fast. Room was clean with 20l water bottle which was great. Large gardens with clean swimming pool. Breakfast was nice but more like 4* hotel. I do not recommend their restaurants!!!

Пожалуйста, покупайте новые губки для посуды для новых жильцов. Я думаю Вам это не накладно, а впечатление будет лучше

We stayed at this villa as a family.
We liked the villa very much, we rate it 10/10. The house's design is thoughtful. The rooms are well thought out and well equipped. The bathrooms are very nice. The landscaping with tropical trees and flowers is great. Bougainvillea is great. The night lighting of the villa is very impressive. Every three days there is a complete cleaning and replacement of all towels. The linen is new, dry and spotlessly white. There is a washing machine. It helped a lot with rinsing beach clothes, T-shirts, and beach towels. Everything was dry in the morning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, but I would advise the manager to change one of the pans, add 8 earthenware cups instead of plastic ones and 10 pieces of small teaspoons and add 8 large plates for the main course. In this case, there will be nothing to complain about. Our extended family was comfortable staying in this villa. Everything is completely consistent with the description. The location is in a quiet location in the complex of the same Sun Tropical Village villas. Security with a barrier around the perimeter, video cameras and more. Everything is great, but take into account one very important point. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. And not all the villas in this complex are ready for operation. At the moment, only 30% are involved. The rest are being put into operation very quickly. With us, one of the neighboring villas was fully equipped by about 40 workers, from concrete to complete furniture and landscaping in 12 days. The pace is impressive. So, if your villa is nearby, then you will have noise problems. I talked to one of these residents, who complained that he had a villa for rent for a month, and nearby repairs. Fortunately, during our stay with Evelyn, preparatory work was just beginning.

Two bicycles in free use. The manager needs to fix the seat on one of the bicycles and lubricate the chains.
