Buena localización, pero muy difícil el aparcamiento

The girl at the reception was very friendly, above Atleti…you couldn't ask for more! Very close to the best beach in Las Palmas, and very clean, very spacious, very large beds and a very cool terrace

Mötte inte förväntingarna. Små sängar. Mörkt, inte alls lika ljust och välkomnande som på bilderna. Halt golv och dålig lukt. Vi valde därför att inte stanna men fick betala för en natt.

Hébergement très propre, les gens ne respect pas les personnes qui dorment, des mauvaises, odeurs remontent dans la salle de bain, pas de place pour se garer au pied de l'immeuble, sinon très bien

WE WILL NOT REPEAT We ​​went for a family weekend (2 adults and 2 LITTLE girls). We chose the SENIOR SUITE. Surprise that upon arrival they told us that the elevator to our room does not work. It only went up to the fourth floor and we had to go up one floor on foot with TWO SMALL GIRLS, SUITCASES AND TROLLEYS (two sets of stairs). I think they could have placed us on the floor where the elevator arrived... but oh well. The water in the sink was leaking and one of the girls slipped and fell. And they only told us that the maintenance man would come the next day. They didn't have a frying pan to cook with and we also had to wait for the next day. Anyway. They did not explain to us how the keys worked to enter and exit the building or how the jacuzzi worked. Again having to contact the person in charge continually. She kindly assisted us but come on, all those explanations should be when checking in. Anyway... Also, the room didn't smell good, like a dirty downpipe and the poor ventilation didn't help. Furthermore, we were 4 people in the room and we only had 2 towels and 2 mini shower gels. Let's see, we go with little girls and we shower every day because, obviously, we go to the beach, we have sand, etc. We asked for the possibility of a late check-out, taking into account that we were going as a family and it took much longer for everything and, even though they had no new guests coming in, they told us that the supplement is 20 euros. Oh really??? Anyway... The truth is that we will not return, it was our second time there and despite having given them a second chance, taking into account that it is not cheap at all, we will not return.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft! Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht da, weil unser Rückflug un die Heimat verschoben wurde. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Nächstes Mal werden wir versuchen, die Unterkunft für den ganzen Aufenthalt zu ergattern.

Hotellet hadde ein ok beliggenhet.Grei avstand til Las Canteras stranda og havna. Det var ein grei leilighet ,men veldig lytt mellom romma på sida ,og over. Me kunne godt høyra dei snakka,og snorka.Det høyde ut som at dei flytta og ommøblerte kvar kveld og natt. Lydane frå gata vart stengde ute då me lukka skyvedørane til balkongen, men då begynte all støyen frå naboromma. Las Palmas er ein interessant by,og verdt besøket.

Fint renoverat boende. Väldigt lyhört samt livlig gata som hör storstaden till. Dålig ventilation och svårt att sova med öppen balkongdörr pga oljud.
