The only thing I have missed has been more variety in the food theme. Pretty poor and almost every day the same thing. For the rest fine.

Booked the hotel/trip as a treat for wife's birthday. I will say it is not a bad hotel at all and location is pretty good, roughly a 10 minute stroll down to the front, but unless you have a private or small mini bus transfer you will have a ten min walk from drop-off to hotel. Now for the hotel, reception area is nice, bar area is nice, pool area is nice also, now some not o nice bits, we did feel that the room was a bit tatty and really needed some attention to bring it to the standard it really should be at (pics attached), the air con in room is Eco friendly but in our opinion is a fair way from people friendly and it not very effective, they really need to look at soft door closing on rooms, as they bang shut and the noise from people either entering or leaving a room sounds really loud which when sleeping is not a good thing at all, reception was quite slow on checking in so they need to look at that on speeding things up but staff were very friendly I will say, although the pool area is nice it would I imagine be extremely busy in peak season and beds would be limited I would think. The hotel could be so much better with not too much to do to get it to that better level.

It is good location lovely and clean hotel. Lots of groups so was a bit loud and intimidating at times. Walls are very thin so didn’t get much sleep !! Very disappointing what was actually included in all in drinks it was limited. Normally local spirits included however this is not the case Food was nice Overall a nice short break however don’t think we would return Definitely not a hotel for families with children. It’s aimed at groups

This hotel was ok. Our room and bathroom were spacious, clean and basic. The staff were helpful and pleasant. There’s loads of choice of food and drinks with all inclusive package. The hotel is in need of an update, in particular the outside is shabby and a little sad in appearance. When sunbathing at the pool area the outside view is not pleasant. There is smokers every where around the pool and no designated smokers area. It’s central and in easy walking distance to the beach and all amenities. Overall it’s ok but I certainly wouldn’t return. Considering the price, it was acceptable. It would be worth it to pay more for a more pleasant environment.

I would not stay at this hotel again. It is not 4* in any aspect. Rooms: I had a triple room that was very spacious and had a large balcony. The bathroom was also large. Cleanliness was good and had daily housekeeping. The room facilities were basic but find for the price point. The negative was it is impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The hotel is built with paper thin walls. You can hear everything both inside and outside the hotel. Road noise was bad. Hotel staff start making noise from 4am. Service: None existent. The staff were almost entirely unhelpful and rude. Food: A little option buffet serving low quality food that was at best lukewarm. Drink options on all inclusive were also limited and poor quality. Facilities: The outdoor areas and pools were poorly maintained. Dirty pool tiles. Broken, uneven terrace flooring.

Sitio agradable, perfecto para desconectar, el servicio de habitaciones muy eficaz, la comida del buffet nos gusto bastante, el trato de los recepcionistas excelente ya que nos direon facilidades para todo, no puedo decir que me senti como en casa ya que no habia ningun español pero los trabajadores nos acogieron muy bien. En general muy recomendable

It's good value for what you pay but it's an older hotel. Food in the hotel wasn't great but you're located within easy walking distance of everything. Would definitely stay there again.
