my room was 1010 and it was so smelly, nag tiis nalang ako for 3nights. Ung baho ata nanggagaling sa toilet. At first ung room na binigay sa akin is NO window kahit na ang binook ko ay meron naman at ayaw pa nga echange eh dami explanation.. so, I complaint kaya chinange nila. Anyways, Thank you kay Sir (night duty) na nag assist sa akin kaya napabilis ung pag change ng room.

The room we had was so clean and the breakfast buffet was very nice. I sent my special request for a room with a view and they gave us a room with a great view! The service was very nice, the staff are all very friendly and accommodating. My husband and I had a great time. The only downside were the parking garage was confusing because there were no signs that can lead us to the exit. The amenities like the elevators were also a bit old and when we tried to go to our floor (30th flr), from the top flr, its not allowing us to go there so when we realized what was going on, had to stop to the 29th flr and use the emergency exit to go to our floor. No biggie but i would like to see more signs in the future to avoid this incident. Overall, we will come and visit again. :)

Our second stay at Red Planet Hotel was nothing short of magical. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and thoughtful amenities made it the perfect destination for a romantic staycation. We left feeling relaxed, reconnected, and eager to return. Highly recommended for couples looking to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy some quality time together.

My experience with this stay was excellent. Although I booked at the last minute, the housekeeper warmly guided me through the check-in process, for which I am very grateful. Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by how clean the floors were. The facilities are well-equipped, and I appreciated having a kettle for hot water and a hairdryer—both are very convenient, especially for long-term travelers. Additionally, there is a washing machine available. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

I recently enjoyed a delightful staycation at the Rooms R Us. The experience was superb from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, with friendly staff ensuring we felt welcomed. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a stunning view of the city skyline. Overall, our staycation at Rooms R Us was a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. We left feeling refreshed and satisfied, eager to return for another stay.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. Firstly, the good. Good location in colourful Poblacion (close to the heart of Makati but keep alert) and reasonably priced. Good friendly staff who go out of their way, Nino, Marlon and Leo (Nino in particular gave me great help when ING Australia had suspended use of my ATM card given its overseas use even though I advised that I would be overseas! lol). Good security (steel security door) and good value. The bad....upper floors can only be accessed by stairs which resemble the steep climb to the death face of K2 (to say it is somewhat steep is an understatement). Nimble young folks and families could do it but it was a great strain for older folks like me despite the fact that the friendly staff were happy to carry my bags upstairs. Secondly, the internet there must be run by evil spirits - you would get connected and the internet would fade and disconnect, or refuse to connect repeatedly. There are many other alternative internet options (different routers for different floors) however you would get the same bad internet experience over and over again. Whilst there is no great internet even in Manila, at the end of the day the internet here was a very frustrating experience and a great difficulty if you absolutely required it (which is most of us). The rooms were so so and came with air conditioning and were about right for a budget stay.

This is my go-to hotel. All the staff here are wonderful and so accommodating. They excel in doing their jobs. You will see their hard work and dedication to provide the best service they can offer. Kudos to Ella and Jess for making a highly efficient team. The management is lucky to have them. The bldg has an excellent location with proximity to railway. A great deal in a prime area. Rooms are clean with comfy bed and pillows. There is a convenience store just beside the hotel. Guests will surely come back. Your home in Mandaluyong.

Don’t expect perfection but for the price I paid and for the service received during my overnight stay, I’m rating this 5 for going beyond my expectations for this first time booking. 2 days before my stay, Savoy Hotel sent me an email reminder. It also says, “Please do not hesitate to let us know if we can be of assistance in making any special preparations prior to your arrival.” and so I give it a shot and replied with a request. Thank you to Housekeeping Team Leader Remuel Tayao for that creative presentation. Most of the staff I’ve encountered with are courteous and welcoming except for the tall front desk lady during my check-in. Btw, I hope you install a pin light by the room coffee/tea area and closet. Stayed one night after visiting Boracay. I emailed them in advance and asked them to pick me up at the airport. It was room of coral wing of bottom category that stayed, but area and comfort are enough, too. There were 2 toilets. When I checked in, I was asked if I wanted a room on the sea side or the fountain side, so I chose the fountain side. After 6:00 p.m., we could see the fountain show that was held every hour from the living room and bathroom of the room. I can't hear the sound that much. The good points of the room are the large space for luggage, where you can go directly from the entrance, where there is a dresser with bright lights, where there is a non-slip at the bottom of the wide bathtub, where there is a bench in the shower room, And so on. The amenity has a good scent and the air volume of the dryer is sufficient. The touch of the bathrobe was also good. I had an early flight the next morning, so I asked the concierge to arrange a grab for me. . It was a reliable service.
