Amazing
11362175****This is an older onsen (hot spring) with good service. We were able to check in around 2:30 PM as soon as our room was cleaned. The hotel's various facilities have set operating hours, so you need to plan accordingly. The afternoon tea at this onsen hotel features a variety of alcoholic beverages, along with some teas and soft drinks. Dinner was absolutely amazing; the kaiseki (traditional multi-course Japanese dinner) was quite rich and varied, and breakfast was also very good. After checking out at 10 AM, all the beverages and water in the 1F lobby were shut off. This wasn't a great experience, in my opinion. They should at least provide some water for guests.
Futami Bridge is nearby, and the atmosphere is lovely.
The biggest complaint is the breakfast time! Who wants to wake up that early for breakfast when they're on vacation? According to the front desk, meal times are assigned based on guests' arrival order. Sigh.

ZZhi鿏For its price point, the environment is mainly good for taking photos. The hotel itself isn't very large, just average. There are a lot of Koreans, so if you're just looking to snap some pictures, it's fine. But if you're coming for a relaxing vacation, I'd seriously reconsider.
Now, about the service—I've stayed in many hotels at a similar price, and none have given me an experience like this... We arrived around 1 PM, and upon entering, we wanted to ask if we could leave our luggage while we went out for lunch. Before I could even finish my sentence, a male staff member blurted out in English: ”Go outside.” We were completely stunned, not understanding at all what he wanted. If they didn't want us to wait in the lobby, that's one thing, but to just blurt out something like that with a straight face, without any explanation, I truly don't understand what that staff member was thinking. When we left, it was the same male staff member. We were putting on our shoes by the door, and he took away the shoehorn that was right beside us, as if he didn't see we were about to use it. It was absolutely shocking.
The other staff members were also just average, even cold. But after that initial 'thunderclap' of an incident, everything else seemed minor. 🫡
In short, if you don't want to get annoyed, do not come to this hotel. Forget hotels at the same price point; I haven't encountered service like this at any normal hotel.

NNataliia AWe stayed two nights at the end of October in room 103. We booked a hotel transfer, which took us from Sapporo to a hotel in the village. After a few hours of waiting, we were taken by transfer to our hotel because we arrived early. While we waited, we were able to enjoy the amenities of a large hotel in the chain.
We checked in around three o'clock, and upon check-in, we were given the choice of dinner and breakfast times. The food was brought in a large container and left in a special compartment. Dinner was the same both times: two hotpot broths, four types of meat, a plate of vegetables, a bowl of noodles with spices, several appetizers, and dessert. The meat was delicious and varied, including pork and several types of beef, which you have to cook yourself in the broth. Breakfast every day included yogurt, fresh coffee, milk, several different servings of jam, boiled eggs, soup, and salad. On the first day, we were given a creamy bun and a plain bun (one for each), and on the second day, a large loaf of still-warm bread. Unlimited snacks and drinks are available in the lobby: soda, beer, and spirits. Both options are very filling, enough for a day.
The room is large and spacious, with a spacious balcony with two chairs for enjoying the views, and large windows near the beds. There's a mini-fridge, small snacks, and a complimentary bottle of wine. There are few outlets, and the only downside is the lack of adapters or ports for charging phones directly, such as USB or Type-C, but we had our own adapter, so it wasn't a big deal.
The room has a huge onsen with water (if I'm not mistaken, it's about 73 degrees Celsius). It has a step inside—you can't sit all the way down, just up to your chest. The other half is a stone slab, covered by about 5-10 centimeters of water. It's nice to sit on it if you're too hot to stand in the water. We loved everything; we probably spent six hours in the onsen over two days; it was so nice and cozy. It was sad to leave. Thank you for your hospitality! We'll try to come back again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is nearly an hour away from Sapporo by bus. I booked it because I saw that there was a pick-up service. Who knew that the phone call on the day said that there was no pick-up service. I looked at the Ctrip page again and needed to click in to see it. I needed to communicate with the merchant. I was careless.
The hotel reception seemed to be from northern China, so there was no communication barrier throughout the whole process.
The room is a full Japanese style room, you can brush your teeth, wash your face and go to the toilet in the room.
The bathing and hot spring bathing are downstairs and end at 11 o'clock. Because of the bus, the time is quite tight.
We left early in the morning because of the long distance. Overall, the experience is pretty good

General hygiene, it is recommended to bring your own disposable supplies, there may be bugs in the room, there are insecticides in it
The location is relatively biased, the traffic is not very convenient, it takes more than 10 minutes to walk back to the hotel to take the public transportation, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest convenience store, but there is nothing to say about the cheap choice.
Temporary stay for a day or two, more than three or four days is not recommended for saving money.
