I was worried from the beginning of the opening, but I didn't have a chance and finally stayed. This time I used it for ２ night with breakfast. The room felt larger than the business hotel I often use. It was good that there was no TV at the desk. The microwave was placed at the desk, but it was small compared to the TV, and there was no waste space because it was a box, and it was convenient if it was in the room, so it was good. The room was cleaned, but there was no particular point that I felt uncomfortable. Although it is a unit bus, there is a part of the wooden panel on the wall, and the unit bus with a lot of impression is quite good impression. The refrigerator is not Perche type, so it's a little loud, but it gets cold firmly. The nightwear was not a yukata. It was good for me because it often ended only in the morning, probably because it was bad sleeping in yukata. The air conditioning was completely individual air conditioning. In addition, an air humidifier was installed in the room where I stayed. Although it is a bath on the 14th floor, the open air is ３, the bubble bath in the indoor bath is ５, the carbonated spring is ２, and there are 4 washrooms. Both the bath and the dressing room were in a beautiful condition. Breakfast, but it was a very normal breakfast with side dishes that are common in business hotels. I used it because it was just renewed and it was close to the station by train to go to Osaka Castle Hall. It was very beautiful from the appearance to the inner view, so it was easy to spend, and the station and convenience store were very convenient without a few minutes walk. Despite the hustle and bustle of the city and the time, there was no bustle of foreigners, and it was the impression around the station called the residential area a little far from Namba and Umeda. It is very convenient because it is one train (1 station) to Kyobashi where restaurants and restaurants are lined up. I think it is especially recommended for those who visit Osaka many times. I stayed at the standard twin, but the room was perfect, and the price was affordable and very good despite the end of the year.

The location is excellent. There is a convenience store and a subway station just outside the door. There is a large supermarket just around the corner. There are many small restaurants nearby. It is only a ten-minute walk to large shopping malls such as Hankyu and Hanshin. I am very satisfied.

This was a solid spot for a three night stay in Osaka. It's also very handy to Osaka Station, you get there in less than ten minutes by foot. The check in and out experience is all done by an automated reception which was very easy to use but any staff we did briefly interact with were pleasant and professional. The rooms were small but had everything we needed and were very comfortable. There's also a cute robot that glides around the lobby area. I'd happily stay here again when in Osaka.

We got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.

The location was excellent, conveniently close to the bus stop and pleasantly situated away from the busy town center. The high-floor room offered a fantastic view. The room was well-prepared and equipped with all the necessary amenities.

My wife and I each had a room as we were traveling with friends. As Diamond, one of the rooms was upgraded to a huge suite, and the other to a castle view. The front desk and lounge staff were both extremely helpful. Every request was attended to promptly and with a positive attitude. Hotel is easy walking distance from a subway line. The lounge offerings are good, and the views up there are great. We loved hanging out there after our day as it was quite hot outside. Would definitely stay again as it is a good value.

Though not many food choices for breakfast, it's still ok.

Ccskphc2004The hotel is located close to the Exit 5 of the Green and Brown Lines of Osaka Metro. However, prepare a strong heart because when you arrive to the exit you will have to climb 4 floors of stairs to reach the hotel every time. The other exit with lift is further away. The hotel itself I will only classify as a modernised INN rather than a stared hotel, not as per its name stated. The cleaning services are not up to the standards you would expect for normal hotels in Japan.
The breakfast itself is another downside if you live here more than four nights, because you would only have four choices everyday every time you go down. The chef made good food but, having stayed here for 9 nights you will get sick and tired of the breakfast pretty soon. Rather, I would recommend just go to local Japanese supermarkets to shop for breakfast and bento for the next day.

Hhylai12We stayed in this hotel for two nights because of its location - it's right next to the JR Bentencho station and it took only 10 mins to go to USJ, where we joined their countdown party on the New Year's eve. The room was spacious compared to those located in the city centre (e.g. Umeda, Shinsaibashi). It was a good deal to stay in such a big room with this price. It was also clean and quiet, despite its proximity to the train station. Going to the city centre is also easy - you could take local metro to Dohton Bori in 15 mins. The train getting to the Kansai airport also stopped at Bentencho, so you don't have to worry about going to the airport neither! The price comes with breakfast, but we hadn't got a chance to try it. There was also a 7-11 next to the entrance of the hotel - very convenient. There are a number of hotels close to USJ but they are always expensive. I'd recommend this to those who are looking for something economical, while you don't have to sacrifice quality / convenience.

HHalsansanI stayed at this hotel because Aikata participated in the Osaka marathon. There is a deep shop around the hotel that can eat cheap and delicious things. If you use the hotel, you can enter and exit the hotel after checking in. The hotel has a different entrance and exit from the facility user, but you have to take off your shoes. Take your shoes to geta box and store them and walk barefoot in the hotel. Is the room simple and business hotel? However, the bed comfort was the best. There was also UB, but there was a large hot spring facility, so I didn't use the bus in the room. I was booked for one night, but this city was too fun to stay for another night. I negotiated and luckily I had a vacancy, so I ended up staying overnight.

AAA KikiLocation is great, right in the middle of dotonburi. But the street it’s on is near clubs and bars so it gets a bit loud at night. Service is great and all but we requested a late checkout and they asked for $100 just for an hour… Booked a room for three and it’s just an extra bed added to a twin room so it was crazy cramped I couldn’t even open my luggage.

GGuest UserThe most I like about this hotel is location. It’s located very close to Dontomburi & high-street shopping area.
By the way, the design of the whole floor and even the room quite dark & dim. You will see the dusk on furniture very easily. It was more about design to be chic hotel I would say but if you travel with elderly it was too dark and not so properly. We also found a piece of tissue in the room.
On the first day that we have breakfast we went down before breakfast section close 30 minutes, and they informed us already which is understandable, and we absolutely respect the time. While we mostly finish our breakfast, the most senior staff came to our table with not so nice gesture to rush us to finish. He told is “5 minutes” but he told the table of 3 ladies next to us “10 minutes” and giggling. That’s already ruin my morning mood.
For me this very rude and unacceptable as I am also working in luxury & lifestyle hospitality industry as well. I select Mercure in Osaka because of the brand. This is my first time with Accor property in Japan, and it makes me very doubt in their service quality.
However, other staff I met at the collider and front office very pleasant and helpful, especially Mr.Kim who help us on check in.
Overall experience for me is OK, but I expected to see well-trained staff when they approach the customer. This kind of things will make the service another level. Comparing to Kyoto hotel I stay few nights their in a local brand but the service was very warm welcome and homies.

On my final night, I returned to the hotel at around 9:30pm to drop off some things without any problem, but when I returned again about two hours later, I couldn't get into my room. After trying to enter the password several times, I went to the lobby but there was nobody at reception. Instead, there was a sign with three accounts (LINE, WhatsApp and Wechat) and a local phone number. My partner and I added two of these accounts and tried to call and message but nobody picked up or replied. I also knocked on the door to the offices but nobody replied there either. After attempting for quite a while, we finally paid for an account to call international numbers and dialed the Japanese number. The person who picked up said she was not on duty that night and that she would contact the person on shift. A bit later, that person came down in pyjamas and slippers. When I enquired why he hadn't responded to our messages and calls, he said that he was in the shower and ”why didn't [I] call the local number”. I explained the situation to him and he said he would help us after he helped a couple who was checking in (who had just arrived). This took an additional ten minutes in which we were just waiting in the hallway in front of our room with three bags. When he finally arrived, he gave lots of excuses as to why the password might have been changed, but offered zero solutions. He even asked me if I wanted to know the new password since I would be ”checking out the following morning anyway”. This unprofessional attitude completely ruined the entire experience on an otherwise lovely holiday and I write this review in four languages in the hope that nobody else has to fall victim to the same experience.
[中文]: 我這輩子住過這麼多飯店從來沒有經歷過比住這家飯店更荒謬的事情。最後一晚9:30左右回飯店把東西卸下來出去逛逛都沒問題。 大約兩個小時後回來居然房門打不開。密碼重複試了好幾次都沒辦法開門, 只好到一樓櫃檯去詢問居卻發現沒有人, 只有一個牌子上留了三個通訊軟體的帳號以及一個日本的電話號碼。我試圖透過 LINE 跟微信傳訊息以及打電話但都沒人回應。試了好幾次只好自己存錢買網路卡打國際電話給飯店的電話號碼。接電話的那位說今天不是他輪班 他會試著幫我聯絡當班的同事。過了一陣子有一位人穿著睡衣跟拖鞋的人下樓。當我問他為何沒有回覆我們通訊軟體上的聯絡時 他說他「在洗澡」還反問我「為什麼不直接打日本的電話號碼」。 我把事情的始末解釋給他聽之後他說他會先幫後來進來的一對客人check-in再協助我們解開門鎖。這又擔誤了10分鐘 讓我們在房門外的走廊上跟著三大袋的戰利品等待。他終於來解鎖的時候給了很多藉口說不知道為何密碼會被改 但卻一個解決方案都沒有提。打開門後還甚至還問我有沒有需要把新的密碼記下來，「反正隔天早上就要退房了」。如此不專業的服務態度真的讓我大吃一驚，也讓我美好的旅途劃下了一個非常傻眼的句點。我用四國語言寫下我的經驗 希望以後再也沒有人跟我一樣半夜被鎖在自己房門外 還要被反問一堆令人費解的問題。
[日本語]: 今生でこんな呆れる経験が本当に初めてです。 21:30に荷物をちょっと下ろしてまた夜食を食べに出かけた時問題なかったのですが、約2時間後に戻ってきてドアを開けることができませんでした。 何度かもう一度試してみましたが、まだできなくて1階に降りてカウンターに人がいなかったんですよ。 代わりにモバイルメッセンジャー3つと日本現地の電話番号がありました。 メッセンジャーを通じてメッセージも送ったし、電話もしてみたけど返事がなかったです。 仕方ない、お金を払って国際電話で連絡したので、電話に出た方がその日に働かないから同僚に連絡してみると言いました。 しばらくしてパジャマとスリッパを履いた人がついに降りてきました。 どうして連絡が取れなかったのかと聞いたら、自分がシャワー中だと、なぜ現地の電話番号に連絡をしなかったのかと言われました。 状況をちょっと説明していた時、お客さんがいっらしゃってきたので、そのお客さんが先に案内して私たちを助けると言いましたね。 それでまた廊下で約10分ほど待ちました。 また上がってきた時に言い訳をたくさんして、解決方法が一つもなかったですね。 さらに新しいパスワードが必要なのか、”どうせ明日チェックアウトするんじゃないか”と言われました。 こんなとんでもない経験が本当に最悪なので、私の経験を4ヶ国語を通じて共有したいんです。 同じ経験がないことを祈りますね。
[한국어]: 이번 생에 이런 어이가 없는 경험이 진짜 처음이에요. 밤 9:30에 짐을 잠깐 내려놓고 다시 야식을 먹으러 나갔을 때 문제가 없었는데, 한 2시간 후에 돌아왔다가 문을 열 수가 없었어요. 몇번을 다시 시도해봤는데 아직도 안되서 1층에 내려갔다가 카운터에 사람이 없더라고요. 대신에 모바일 메신저 계정 3개과 일본 현지 전화번호가 있었어요. 메신저를 통해서 메세지도 보냈고, 전화도 해봤는데 답장이 없었어요. 어쩔수 가 없어서 돈을 내고 국제 전화로 연락했으니, 전화를 받으신 분이 그날에 당직이 않는다, 당직한 사람이 연락해보겠다고 하셨어요. 좀 후에 파자마랑 슬리퍼 신은 사람이 드디어 내려왔어요. 왜 연락이 안 받았냐 물어봤더니 자기가 샤워중이라고, 왜 현지 전화번호로 연락을 안 했냐 그랬어요. 상황을 좀 설명하고 있었을 때, 손님이 돌아왔으니, 그 손님이 먼저 안내 드리고 저희를 도와주겠다고 했네요. 그래서 다시 복도에 한 10분 정도 기다렸어요. 다시 올라왔을 때 핑계를 엄청 많이 치고, 해결 방법이 하나도 안 했네요. 심지어 새로운 비번이 필요하냐, ”어차피 내일 체크아웃할거아냐”라고 그랬어요. 이런 말도 안되는 경험이 진짜 최악이라 제 경험을 4개 국어를 통해 좀 공유 드리고 싶습니다. 저랑 같은 경험이 없으시길 바라네요.
