Xxiao06101. The room is definitely the highlight of this hotel. It features a modern Italian design, and the blue luxury stone tabletop is particularly unique. The room comes with excellent amenities and facilities. The toiletries seem to be the hotel's own brand. Additionally, extras like a Dyson hairdryer, a built-in bidet toilet (rather than just an add-on seat), and extra mouthwash ensure that even a standard room offers some of the best hardware experiences in all of Hainan right now.
2. The hotel's breakfast was decent. There was a good variety of Western options, but fewer Chinese dishes. We all agreed that the special blend drink, 'Coconut Grove Fragrance,' and the Baoluo noodles with fermented vinegar were the best items. The fact that breakfast is served until 12 PM is a must-have for a resort hotel and definitely deserves praise. However, many of the pastries and breads became soft and unappetizing after 11 AM.
3. The hotel offers a butler service who contacts you in advance. If you answer the secret code correctly, you get a complimentary gift. They're good at fulfilling personalized requests, which was a big plus. Our butler, Winnie, met all our personalized needs, providing great convenience and emotional value. Furthermore, about 70% of the staff I encountered actively greeted guests, and roughly 20% were warm and smiling. It would be a significant improvement if service could shift from reactive to proactive. Of course, these issues aren't exclusive to Kimpton; they're common in many five-star and ultra-luxury hotels in China, and there's still much room for improvement compared to neighboring Southeast Asian countries.
4. The public areas aren't particularly large overall, but they have everything you need. The lawn is well-maintained, and the pool is relatively clean. There's also a gym, experiential activities, a children's play area, travel photography services, an internet café, and more. I tried a few of the experiences, like the luxurious internet café, which was quite good, but the prices were significantly higher than outside, making them not very cost-effective.
5. The hotel is about a 5-minute drive from the county town and approximately a 27-30 minute drive from Sanya Haitang Bay Duty-Free City.
6. Compared to other hotels in Hainan in the 2000+ price range, this hotel achieves a good overall balance in terms of rooms, service, dining, public area design, maintenance,配套 experiential offerings, and price. Versus many hotels that have been open for over ten years, its newness is a major advantage, not just in hardware, but also in its aesthetic, experience, and ambiance that align with current trends. I believe it's a hotel worth revisiting.

The waiters will take the initiative to greet you and are very considerate. The service is highly praised. The price is affordable and the quality is not bad. It is really a treasure platform. GGuest UserThis stay truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location was easy to find, close to the square and restaurants, and I have to give a huge thumbs up to its facilities! Besides the spacious and clean rooms, what surprised me most was the gym and swimming pool. The gym has treadmills, and after swimming and a hot shower, all the day's fatigue instantly disappeared. The hotel breakfast was also plentiful, providing ample protein. Overall, both the room service and the facilities were impeccable. The hotel also has its own parking lot, which is super convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

I asked the front desk about the scenic spots nearby. The front desk was very hospitable, enthusiastic, and easy to talk to. They recommended us to go to the sea, the water park, and climb the mountain. There are many attractions. They are all very close to the hotel, with convenient travel and transportation. Recommended

When traveling with children, the most important thing is the cleanliness of the room and the food. This hotel exceeded my expectations a little. The room was very clean, with basic facilities such as hair dryers. There were not enough clothes drying racks, so the front desk personally delivered them upstairs. There are also buffet meals in the lobby, which look clean and hygienic, and the children's three meals a day problem is also solved in a friendly way. There are also free tools for catching seafood that can be borrowed. It is only a few hundred meters away from the Monkey Island ticket office and the beach. We just went out and pushed the baby-catching tool and arrived at the destination quickly. The proprietress was also very nice. When she heard that we wanted to go to the pier to buy seafood, she happened to be free and personally sent us to our destination. She also introduced us to the local customs and practices along the way. In the evening, there is the Xincun Night Market downstairs, which makes it very convenient to buy local specialties. The children like the qingbuliang very much. By the way, the pepper and salt mantis shrimps at the entrance of the hotel are very fresh. When we bought them, we saw the boss frying them on the spot, and we tasted the freshness for the first time. The proprietress is as friendly as the big sister next door, and she also gave us travel tips. All in all, I think this hotel is worth the money in terms of hygiene, environment, facilities, and services. I will recommend it to my friends when they come here in the future. GGuest UserThe hotel room was huge, probably over 30 square meters, truly enormous. The service was excellent, with very patient staff who met all our needs. The room was also very comfortable, with a soft mattress and good soundproofing, ensuring a quiet sleep. The room amenities were a major highlight, offering everything imaginable: disposable toilet seat covers, disposable paper cups, soap, disposable razors, and more. This was beyond my expectations for a room at around 100 yuan. The surrounding area is conveniently located with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. My parents had a wonderful trip and a great stay here. They said they'd stay here again next time they travel.

GGuest UserIt's an old hotel. When we checked in, they were just renovating the exterior walls. The room is large and well-equipped. You can watch the sea and the sunrise from the room, but if you tend to wake up easily, you'll have to be careful, as you can hear the sound of boat motors at 4 a.m. However, the sea view is nice. It's very close to the Tanka fishing raft and surrounding scenic spots, so it's very convenient.

There is a supermarket downstairs that is very convenient, and the dishes at the Wanghai Hotel next to it are not bad. It is about 3 kilometers away from Gangmenling Park. It is still a little far to walk. You can take the bus or call Didi. Whether you are driving or traveling freely, it is recommended to live here. Gangmenling Park has a beach to play, and you can also climb high and look far. It is worth a visit.
