スタディオ・オリンピコでの21時キックオフのチャンピオンズリーグ、ラツィオ対フェイエノールト観戦のため、予約しました。 23時の試合終了後、歩いて帰れる距離と手頃な価格を基準に選び、実際、試合後に25分ほど歩いて部屋に戻ることができたので快適でした。 昔ながらの建物を改装したタイプのホテルで、エレベーターは3人乗り、廊下は狭く、周囲の部屋の人の移動する音が室内に響きます。 そのあたりの味わいを古き良き小さなホテルとして楽しめるなら、オススメです。 朝食は果物、サラダもあって、定番のパン、ハム、チーズ、ヨーグルトあたりも充実。10時くらいまで食べることができるようでした。 ホテル周囲の環境は外国人観光客のほとんどいないローマ。 近くにある切り売りのピザ屋さんは非常に手頃な価格でおいしかったです。

The surrounding environment is relatively quiet, but the school is a school opposite the day, slightly noisy, but it won't start very early, so it will not affect the rest. There is a balcony, the balcony is very large, sitting on the balcony and smoking a cell phone is very comfortable. Disadvantages: 1. The equipment is really old, the bathroom facilities are very poor, but they are all easy to use, just old. 2. The bed is not very comfortable, it seems that the two mattresses are put together, and there is a dividing line in the middle of sleeping. 3. The lights in the room are very dim, and the tables and chairs feel like what I was at home in the 80s. 4. The surrounding area is not very prosperous. The need to eat is very far away. The supermarket is about 1 km away. It is recommended that the selected small partners buy all of your accommodations in the supermarket one day. You don’t have to go back and forth. 5. It's really a bit biased. It takes about 10-15 Euros to get into the city. The cost is a bit high. Next time I would rather live in the city. In fact, the money for the taxi is coming out every day. But if you have an international driver's license and can rent a motorcycle in Italy, you can still consider it. personal suggestion

We chose this B&B due to its proximity to the Olympic stadium for the Vasco Rossi concert, logically the 170 euros per night are a lot in fact it is not its price but it was increased precisely for the concert and perhaps not only and we were aware of it and it was fine for us, but when we arrived at the B&B on Friday afternoon we didn't even find a bottle of water other than a carafe in the fridge which we didn't use not knowing which water and above all who had drunk it and what it could contain, the TV only worked on Rai channels, the shower was very small without a wall unit to place shower gel, shampoo, etc., the breakfast was really poor and to top it off there was and never was WiFi from arrival to departure.

Clean and welcoming hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Good location, I managed to find car parking without problems and in Rome it is absolutely not obvious

We stayed at Hotel ISA for 12 nights, and couldn't have picked a better location. It was in walking distance to many of the sights, and convenient to the Metro. The breakfast on the terrace was wonderful with a great view and variety of food. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was not on yet (which we found out is normal for Europe this time of year), and we requested a fan for our room. Within an hour or 2 they had delivered a floor fan which was a big help sleeping at night. The room was also equipped with soundproof widows. There are also many restaurants and gelato places near by for convenience. I would like to thank the staff for making our stay great, and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The room is a bit small and the facilities are a bit old, but the overall service and experience are good! It's a pity that there is no swimming pool! The price-performance ratio is good, the hotel is in a good location, and the service staff is of good quality!

The hotel was great- it's located 10 mins from termini central station (so easy to get there from the airport and no need to walk alot with your luggage), and from piazza della repubblica (so close to another metro station). The location was great because it's walking distance to everthing you want to see (I only took the metro to the vatican- you could also walk there, which I did on the way back when I had more time). There are also good restaurants, gelaterias and shops in the area (as it's located next to via nazionale and the opera house) and they are usually less expensive and crowded than those near famous sites (so I ate there almost every evening). I had a single room which was clean and had everything I needed (comfy bed, safe, hot water, wifi, etc.). The staff was really nice and helpful (they are there 24/7, and you can leave your luggage with them if you need), and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay there again next time I visit! I'm sure that each of us has his own scale of factors to evaluate whether a place is beautiful or ugly but that the added value is the people. In this clean, nice and very comfortable hotel, near the Roma Termini station, it is precisely the people who make a small hotel a point of reference for our trips to Rome. Paola from the reception was, and is, the person who followed us during the booking process and who went out of her way to help us project our photographs on a wall, in a small room set up just for us, a small group of photographers arrived in town for a two day photography course. This hotel is in an incomparable location for those wishing to travel to or from Termini Station and the Termini metro station. It is in close proximity to many first class sites, including the Baths of Diocletian, Santa Maria Maggiore, and Santa Pressede. The atmosphere within the hotel is modern and restful --worlds away from the gritty hustle and bustle outside its doors. The Superior Double room that we were given was of good size, quiet and was recently decorated with very lovely wood accents. The bathroom looked modern; however, the grout in the shower was already showing signs of age. This might be attributable to the fact that there was no fan in the bathroom. The breakfast was generous and good for the most part. I did, however, find it shocking that , rather than picking the coffee cup up by its saucer, the waiter picked up the cup by its top (yuck) in order to refill it, leaving the saucer on the table. Given the reasonable price point, this hotel provides a good and predictable night's stay.

Clean room, no fan so it was red hot all the time but overall nice room. Constant banging running around and shouting till early hours of the morning so slept awfully 3/5 of the nights stay. I did call reception and ask some something too he said but the man on the desk said “what am I supposed to say” . Breakfasts is pretty poor, best part was the bought in yoghurt. Location is ok, I highly recommend getting a lime scooter account as you’ll need one
