Location: The hotel’s location is quite convenient, especially if you need to be near Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). It's just a short drive away, making it an excellent choice for travelers with early flights or layovers. Room Amenities: One highlight of my stay was the water pressure in the shower. It was strong and made for a very refreshing and comfortable shower experience. Surrounding Area: Unfortunately, the area around the hotel leaves much to be desired. It’s situated in a somewhat desolate commercial area, which felt quite dark. There's not much to do or see in the immediate vicinity, which might be a downside for those looking to explore or find dining options nearby. Soundproofing: The soundproofing in the hotel is quite poor. Throughout the night, I could hear conversations, showers running, and even the cries of a baby several rooms away. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel is a bit too remote, the toilet is leaking, and the smell of Islam is quite strong, but the service staff is quite nice, the air-conditioning is cold enough, and the sheets have too many wrinkles, it feels like the sheets have not been changed.

The staff are accommodating and friendly. We checked in at 5am in the morning. They arranged a car back to the airport at 35 MYR. AC is working well. They have an elevator. Hot shower is ok. Just a problem with the soap dispenser. I didn't bother to call the reception. We were rushing to sleep and catching our next flight. Will be happy to book again in the near future.

All we needed was a clean and quiet place to rest between night flights and that's what we got. The warm and friendly welcome by the three lovely receptionists was a bonus as was the complimentary coffee. The location is good too with lots of good eating options and convenience stores. Great value.

Memorable stay at S8 Boutique Hotel I came in on 10th Dec 2020, I was offered a single standard room without a window. Most probably they offered this room due to my request on the lowest budget since I had to stay a longer period due to work factor. After a short nap, I had visited the reception and a young gentleman who is the Hotel Operation Manager by the name of Siva approached me to understand further on my needs, the reasons of my stay since and my preferences. After a short discussion, Siva had arranged a Deluxe Double with Balcony. It has all I need, I felt soo much of comfort, the Wifi was working better then I expected since I had to write a lot of articles and reading. As I was Management Pilot and work related stress was really an nature of our industry. Peaceful and complete silent is what I personally desire and need at the most during current situation. S8 Boutique Hotel has all your needs. I stayed many hotels due to my nature of industry but I personally felt S8 Boutique Hotel personalize their services into individuality, I really felt like I am at home. Besides Mr. Siva, another 2 staffs who was working there is Safuhah and Syuhada. Both of them never fails me, they always ensure my rooms are clean. The hotel is suitable for those just wanna be transit flight. All around full of restaurant, but mostly Malay foods. The hotel not so clean and we check in after 7pm, the room not in preparation, no bath kit and towel, the staff also not settled the problem to us until we request for change to others room, and the air-conditioned also not cold. But if just wanna stay for transit flght, it's a budget hotel to choose

The room was well-equipped with a nice bedroom, shower, air conditioning, Netflix-enabled TV, and kettle. Conveniently, a pharmacy stood nearby. Staff were friendly, though lacking an elevator could pose challenges. While not luxury accommodation, it provided a comfortable and practical option for travelers prioritizing accessibility and ease of transit to the airport. With essential amenities and a welcoming atmosphere, it served as a satisfactory choice for a straightforward overnight stay without excessive frills.

I just stayed at Moxy Putrajaya, right next to IOI Mall, and honestly, it was awesome. From the moment I arrived, I felt totally recognized – the crew called me by name which made a huge difference and made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, with loads of thoughtful touches in the amenities that made my stay super comfy. But the real highlight? The people! The crew was all about fun and super friendly vibes. I met Dharmen at the bar and chatted with a couple of trainees – their energy and engagement were off the charts. They made sure everyone was having a good time, recommended some cool spots to check out, and really went the extra mile to make my stay special. The whole a**osphere at Moxy is both lively and chill, perfect whether you’re there to relax or looking to mingle and have a good time. Thanks to the Captain, for organizing all this. Can’t wait to go back to Moxy Putrajaya. If you’re looking for a place with fun vibes and thoughful spirited people, this is it. Totally recommend!

We check in this hotel on 16/9/2022 for 1 night for wedding event nearby. It was a late check in due to traffic jam from Johor. The hotel look grant from outside. The room was quite spacious. Before check in, we already call the reception to inform that we have an handicap driver who need a parking lot near to the lobby. For your info, their parking lot is located on the opposite building, multi-storey which is inconvenience for us. The receiption do give us approval to park outdoor. But when we reach the hotel, the security did not allow us to park. Even tho we did told him that we already got the approval. We have to go to the reception again, show them the prove, then the security let us park. But from the security movement and the way he look at us as if we making a crime. So terrible. It was raining day on that day, but was disappointed as no one from the hotel staff assist us with our luggages and things. Enter the room, when we wanted to use the toilet urgently, towel bowl was stained and cannot flush off. Called the room service, technician took about 20-30mins to repair. 4G internet and wifi access was very slow. In the evening, and during check out the next day, the same security kept looking at us and our vehicle. I understand that they are doing their job but please know that we didn't park there illegally. On the day of check-out, we called the reception to check whether can we request for late check-out, but instead of getting a late check-out, reception make us to check-out earlier which is before 12(the standard timing of checking out) If you are looking for a spacious room and decent area, you can come over to this hotel but if you are looking for overall good service and convenient, don't visit this hotel. You will disappoint yourself, just like i do.
