The caller might be his colleague, etc., to register the check-in needs. Secondly, during the stay, one of the two room cards given by the front desk could not open the door; when I was about to go to bed, there was a lot of long hair on the pillow. I am a man, and it was obviously not my hair. And the fruit in the room was placed open, and there were already bugs crawling on the fruit. At that time, the feedback to the hotel also admitted the above problems. At the same time, there is a clear no-smoking sign on the elevator button of the hotel, but I don't know why there are cigarette butts on the elevator button. I can't believe that this is what should happen in a high-priced Courtyard Hotel, and there are so many problems intertwined frequently, which is unbelievable. This is the worst experience I have had in all the hotels I have stayed in Marriott. The charger was left at the hotel on the day of departure. The hotel contacted me and assisted in handing it over to the courier to send it back. Thank you! We also hope that the hotel can pay attention to the above issues and make adjustments as soon as possible.
