The view is wide, the scenery is beautiful, the pastoral atmosphere is strong, the staff is very warm, the roof pool is very eye-catching, very suitable for taking pictures. Driving a few hundred kilometers to Datong, because this hotel is in the ancient city, it is convenient to go anywhere, so I decided here. Outside the window is the Daiwang Mansion, and it is convenient to visit the ancient city at night. However! After visiting the ancient city in the middle of the night, I found that the air conditioner was not cooling and the room was 34 degrees! After the front desk communicated, I changed to a room and it was still not cooling. The indoor display was 28 degrees! ! ! During this period, I communicated back and forth, and finally rested at 1:30 in the still-not-cooled room for a night. Tired.

Let me talk about the pros. The breakfast was quite plentiful and tasty, 68 yuan per person. Our child, being 15, paid an extra 40 yuan. We booked three rooms together. The rooms were decent for a five-star hotel, and the lobby was beautiful. Now for areas for improvement. Aside from the good security guard at the entrance, the service could be better. Since it's a hot spring hotel, the hot spring itself is important, but it was rather mediocre. Of the 12 pools, some were 58 degrees Celsius, some 48 degrees, and only a few were usable and small. Also, because so many people were crammed into a few pools, they became quite dirty. All three families stayed for an hour before leaving. There were too many access control points. For a hotel in such a remote area, I don't understand why there were so many access control points and card swiping systems; it was very inconvenient. I didn't intend to give a low score because the front desk gave us a complimentary breakfast, which was a concession.

There was no dust in the corners or on the surfaces. The washroom area and floors were dry and odorless. The cleanliness was impeccable, giving me peace of mind. 4. Buffet Breakfast: The breakfast selection was surprisingly abundant! The restaurant boasts a wide variety of fresh fruits, and its exquisitely presented pastries and dishes are clean and beautiful. The ingredients are fresh and the taste is excellent. A hearty breakfast in the morning sets the tone for a great day. Overall, the service and facilities are top-notch, offering great value for money. I'll definitely choose this restaurant again next time I travel!

The attention to detail is exceptional: the central air conditioning operates almost silently, the courtyard is incredibly peaceful, and the room was spotlessly clean and tidy. The staff were warm, thoughtful, and genuinely kind, making our stay very comfortable. The breakfast offered a rich variety of authentic dishes, and we were very satisfied. It's a tranquil oasis away from the hustle and bustle, perfect for a family stay. I wholeheartedly recommend that anyone visiting Datong absolutely must not miss out on this place – you have to stay here!
