Driving a few hundred kilometers to Datong, because this hotel is in the ancient city, it is convenient to go anywhere, so I decided here. Outside the window is the Daiwang Mansion, and it is convenient to visit the ancient city at night. However! After visiting the ancient city in the middle of the night, I found that the air conditioner was not cooling and the room was 34 degrees! After the front desk communicated, I changed to a room and it was still not cooling. The indoor display was 28 degrees! ! ! During this period, I communicated back and forth, and finally rested at 1:30 in the still-not-cooled room for a night. Tired.

Let me talk about the pros. The breakfast was quite plentiful and tasty, 68 yuan per person. Our child, being 15, paid an extra 40 yuan. We booked three rooms together. The rooms were decent for a five-star hotel, and the lobby was beautiful. Now for areas for improvement. Aside from the good security guard at the entrance, the service could be better. Since it's a hot spring hotel, the hot spring itself is important, but it was rather mediocre. Of the 12 pools, some were 58 degrees Celsius, some 48 degrees, and only a few were usable and small. Also, because so many people were crammed into a few pools, they became quite dirty. All three families stayed for an hour before leaving. There were too many access control points. For a hotel in such a remote area, I don't understand why there were so many access control points and card swiping systems; it was very inconvenient. I didn't intend to give a low score because the front desk gave us a complimentary breakfast, which was a concession.

The room was clean and tidy. The front desk upgraded the smart language control room for free. I saw that we were a group of three people. I sent an extra morning and evening meal roll for free. I liked it. However, the next day's breakfast, the hotel breakfast time, the breakfast person in charge said that the front desk girl was just here, did not understand the rules, gave us an extra breakfast roll, and saw the person in charge directly to the front desk, it is estimated that the front desk girl is blamed. Although it did not affect our meal, breakfast is indeed not too good, just fill the stomach. However, relative to the price, it is already very cost-effective. During the period, it is very good for a family of three to eat for three people. According to the hotel regulations, the front desk is indeed illegal, but the whole outsider's perception of the hotel and even Datong, the little girl is right. I feel that the little girl at the front desk is wronged.
