Awesome hotel with very friendly and hospitable staff! Location is amazing and it’s about 3$ to get to the heart of Tbilisi with Bolt (Uber). Breakfast staff is great!

Staid here for a couple of nights while visiting the region. It is a bit difficult to find (at least it was for the taxi), so keep that in mind. The hotel is pretty new and it looks quite good generally speaking. The service at the reception was good both while checking in and out. The room itself was fine, clean but nothing special with an average bathroom at best. The isolation of the room is bad though which I noticed on the second night when I was woken up by loud people at least three times. The breakfast was average at best, nit a lot of choice and not high quality. All together, average.

We loved our time at the Timber Boutique Hotel. It checked every single box and then some. We arrived at a really weird time (3 am) because we had a weirdly timed flight from Istanbul but the hotel arranged for us to have transportation straight to the hotel as soon as we landed. This is CRUCIAL because taxis are not recommended in Tblisi but there are all sorts of sketchy touts in your face offering taxi rides. There are several adorable cats in the property who preside over the hotel and supurr-vise its operation. There’s an elevator and the rooms are a good size with good amenities and great shower with hot water and good water pressure. The staff are so kind and helpful and will do anything they can to make the stay comfortable. It is very close to grocery stores and metro but also quiet (our room was on the 3rd floor). The breakfast area is pretty and the breakfast itself is substantial. I would 100% stay here again!

This place was a good stay for us. We had a car so the location wasnt an issue.
Pros: Breakfast was good with evwryday something different.
Rooms are big enough and so are the toilets. They were clean.
Safe location as it was just close to the Latvian Embassy.
Friendly staff. Rooftop breakfast hall was a nice site to sit and enjoy your 1st meal.
Cons: Bit far from the center with a walk which takes 25mins to reach the attractions.
Nothing to do around the hotel and even the area is quite. Which can be good for people who prefer calmness and isolation.
They dont have covered parking. You just park behind the hotel by the side of the road which is the case mostly everywhere in Tbilisi. The place does justice to the price you pay. Nothing fancy but easy checkin and check out. Airport transfer can be costly but then Tbilisi is changed to a farelt expensive city these days. This was pur 2nd visit and we could feel the difference.

Amazing! Best hotel breakfast I ever had, with different salads, cheese, cold cuts, and occasionally soups. Friendly staff, friendlier couple of resident cats. The hotel is new and stilish in a quiet, for Tbilisi standards, area. The area is residential poor neighbourhood, but a 15 mins walk from the old town, and we always felt perfectly safe walking at night. Bolt taxis are also cheap and convenient.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff very helpful. Aircon was welcome because Tbilisi had got hot. For us as cycle tourists the hotel is very convenient but if you want to walk to the centre of Tbilisi it is about 30 minutes away. The resident cats were also very nice!

1. Отель расположен в неприятном районе 2. В ванной ОЧЕНЬ сильно пахнет канализацией 3. На Букинге специально оплачивали большой номер с двумя окнами, с видом на горы. По прибытии нас привели в малюсенькую комнату с видом в соседний дом, будто всё так и должно быть :) После того, как мы показали фотографии из бронирования, нам предложили на выбор ещё два варианта, каждый из которых так же не был похож на номер, который мы выбирали. Когда мы поднялись на самый высокий этаж отеля с панорамными окнами (на завтрак), оттуда стало понятно, что вид из окон на горы, который был показан на наших фото бронирования, в принципе невозможен. Потому что здание отеля окружено более высокими постройками, которые заслоняют горы. Неужели владельцы отеля использовали фотошоп? 🤩 4. Видно, что везде в номере использованы самые дешевые материалы отделки. Все довольно хлипкое, полочки шатаются 5. Выбор еды на завтраке очень скудный 6. Отзывы на Букинге явно поддельные, они практически все 10-звездные и выглядят довольно однообразно 7. Персонал отеля сразу же предупредил, что «на следующий день будет отсутствовать электричество» Съехали из отеля на следующий же день. Деньги нам вернули только за оставшиеся дни, хотя по идее отель не предоставил обещанных услуг, а деваться в 3 часа ночи нам было просто некуда.

I was really obsessed with this hotel and his stuff. The most cozy, clean and moody hotel ever I stayed. Everyone there is so amazing, helpful and nice. Breakfasts were also incredibly fine. So much choice for everyone. Definitely will come back soon. 100/10 recommendation.

I want to thank the staff of the Timber Boutique Hotel, especially David and George. They were always ready to help in any matter, my stay at the hotel was as comfortable as possible thanks to them. My room was stylish, quite spacious with a huge balcony from which a wonderful view of Mount Mtatsminda opened. The breakfasts were delicious, varied, the only thing I would like to see is porridge on the menu :) I would also like to mention the atmospheric library where you can find a book for every taste. As for the location of the hotel, the old town can be reached on foot in 20-25 minutes, by taxi to any attraction in 10 minutes for a small fee. I wish the hotel prosperity and success!
