5-7 mins walk from the nearest train station. noise level in my room was very low, almost silent, despite being adjacent to a busy street. coin laundry (2 washers and 2 dryers available) works great as expected and you can purchase individual detergent packs from the front desk (if i remember correctly: 500yen per wash, 100yen per 30 mins dryer, 50yen for a detergent pack)

◯ Good place Single 6000 yen and good cospa. Close to Ikebukuro Station. 3 minutes walk to the nearest station entrance. The large communal bath sauna on the top floor has just been renovated to 21/12 and is beautiful and well cleaned. It's wide and relaxing. I feel that I'm putting my strength into the hotel. You can get a bottle of water for free. There is an outlet and a light switch at the bedside. The corridors on each floor are also bright and clean. The desk is large enough for PC work. It seems that the water field in the room has been renovated recently. The water pressure in the shower is very strong. ◯ Bad points The staff is low in terms of language. The room has been renewed, such as wallpaper, and the smell of years is soaked. Some women may not be good at it. The wallpaper is a little dirty, but there are some things that stand out. The basement of the building is a sex shop. The temperature of the dry sauna is low, so it is not popular, and there is a line in the steam sauna. Overall, I think that cospa is very good if you are traveling for those who value savings, just sleeping, and staying while staying in the sauna. It is recommended to bring an air freshener. I would like you to install an air purifier.

A little bit disappointed given the inflated price I paid to stay at this hotel. Granted, I stayed over a weekend but it was definitely not worth near what I paid. The room is in much need of a refurbishment, very dated and very worn. The bathroom is tiny and the room needs better lighting. On the plus side, I found the bed and pillow very comfortable compared to others I have slept on in Japan.

We will be staying for a third time in three days time! Exceptional service, they have happily stored our bags for three days whilst we check out Mt Fuji!

Hotels in Tokyo are expensive, so I used them when I went alone, but it was nice. It was nice that guests could use the public bath. It is convenient to use the Yamanote Line as it is located at Otsuka Station, a limited stop from Ikebukuro Station.

Because the room is a twin room, it is larger than the average room. The hotel's location is excellent. It is a 3-minute walk from the tram station. The transportation is very convenient. The hotel facilities are complete and clean. I will choose this hotel next time I go to Tokyo.

Although it is close to the station and in the downtown area, the security is solid and I was able to stay with peace of mind. Recommended.

I booked a single room and it was very clean and convenient having the subway station nearby. The staff were helpful and polite, breakfast was fair continental fare and the hotel was close to the Tokyo Dome where I had enjoyed shopping at the mall. It was close to Ueno and easy for me to get about Tokyo. My stay at this hotel made up for the earlier eventful days in Japan following non-operating train lines from Typhoon Hagibis which changed some of my travel plans. The service was very good. If I checked in late, I just called and said what time it would be. The room was very clean and there was no smell. There were many Japanese people staying there. Reasonable price and convenient travel. It’s so comfortable to live by yourself! The environment is also very quiet. Although it is next to the station, it does not affect your rest.

I used Ueno Station Hostel Original 1 near Ueno Station while traveling to Tokyo, Japan last year. You can experience a Japanese hotel famous for its capsule hotel. There is a station right in front of it, so I recommend it to tourists who have to use public transportation. You can get off the subway late at night and enter the hostel safely. The inside of the hostel is really clean. You can see several employees cleaning up every morning. Discard them all and replace them with new pillows and blankets. I used the bathroom together but it was good to clean it up. I went on a trip in winter and walked around outside all day, so it was cold, but warm water came out of the bathroom, so it was good. There was a convenience store just downstairs, so when I was hungry at night, I could look back on my day of traveling by buying and eating food from the convenience store.
