Anyway, there is still a lot of room for improvement.
First, although it is said to be a factory-style decoration style, there are still a lot of residues of tapes used before on the small red flowers on the head of the bed, which makes people feel not very clean;
Second, the design is not very user-friendly. There is no three-hole plug in front of the mirror, and the hair dryer can only go to the place where the water is boiled, which is not convenient;
Third, the room is too cold this season, the central air conditioner can't be used, and the heating alone is not enough. I woke up after 7 o'clock from freezing, but the service attitude is still good. After the communication, I sent an electric heater over immediately, although it didn't work. Not big 😂
In short, I hope the business can get better and better.

The hotel service is very good. Yaya called in advance to inquire about the arrival time and room requirements and made arrangements in advance. It was very considerate. The room was large and the view was great. The decoration style of the room was simple and practical. I liked it very much. It was a very good stay experience.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and stayed at the front desk the next day, very satisfied. The front desk check-in was warm and thoughtful. i stayed in the hotel for 2 days, the location is great for hiring DIDI and near subway line 3( TONG HUA MEN). My room is big and spacious with complete basic amenities.
The customer service is 5*, from the lady who handles my late c/in, to the manager who make a follow-up call making sure that everything are ok and also assisted me with my laundry transaction, to the housekeeping who cleans my room and handle my laundry, Lastly to Ms. Alice lian of guest relation who is friendly and assisted me with my luggage storage.
The only bad feedback i have; first, the drainage smell in my bathroom (they even place another layer of plastic next to drainage cover), and the sheer curtain in the window (the hook is not fix in the curtain railings).
overall, i will recommend this hotel..

This hotel is located within the second ring road of the city. There is a snack street at the door. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be easily solved. There is no traffic jam and it is fast to get to various attractions. The hotel parking is very convenient. The charge of 20 yuan a day within the second ring road is reasonable. You need to make an appointment in advance. You can park around 12 o'clock. There is a special person to lead. It is 100 meters away from the hotel, not far. The room may be small due to its geographical location, but it is very clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The bathroom is also separated into dry and wet areas, which is very convenient. The things are disposable towels and toilet mats, which are very hygienic. The front desk service is enthusiastic, and they also introduced a lot of local snacks and delicacies to prevent us from stepping on thunder. The room is clean, stylish and beautiful. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. There is free coffee, tea and snacks in the lobby all day long for guests to enjoy. The girl Yiyi at the front desk He Xiaoying was very polite and gave hot mineral water as a gift after leaving the hotel. It was very considerate. The location was fantastic with easy access to the MRT and also to the key sights!
While we had a small encounter with one of the front desk staff on the morning when we had to go off early on a day trip to Luoyang, the staff have been hospitable and would go out of their way to help us.
We are particularly happy with the lady in the restaurant and the staff within the restaurant. Always ready with a smile!
Would like to give an excellent review for 小任, the housekeeping staff who cleaned our rooms daily! There was an evening when we returned to find that she had taken the initiative to wash my socks for me. I was pleasantly shocked by the gesture! There was no need for her to do so, yet, she went out of her way to make us feel at home!

GGuest UserAbsolutely loved this hotel. The breakfast is aMAZing with so much choice. The rooms are exquisite, comfy with lots space. The queen size bed was super comfortable and sooo big, I lost my partner most nights. In addition, the staff and service was exceptional too. They have a robot that delivers to the rooms which is a bit weird especially if you share the lift with it. However, a couple of things to note. It's quite far from the old city wall although it looks close on the map. The hotel is a bit dated and is in need of a renovation. Carpets in corridors are a bit stained, our no smoking room stank of smoke, the windows were dirty and some things didn't work like the safe. The pool was lovely but again the spa (jacuzzi) was out of order. Overall, I would recommend staying here especially for the breakfast and room sizes.

Personally, I like Korean artist, Son Bongchae's painting in the center of hotel lobby. I strongly recommend this Ritz Carlton in Xian.The best hotel in Xian.

GGuest UserI have had a great time staying here to discover Xian. 6 day trip and the hostel was great. Be sure to take the stairs since the elevator is very slow. The hostel is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and intact. The toilet is amazing given the Chinese toilet standard. The location is super convenient to reach food/metro/attractions! It will be hard not to fall in love with this view every-time you walk out of the hostel.

1. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the subway station. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel, so it is very convenient for traveling, eating and shopping.
2. The room is quite spacious, and the 2-meter large bed is very comfortable to sleep on.
3. The heating in the room is very good, and the igloo is very warm in winter.
shortcoming
1. The house is not very clean. There are dust particles on the floor. It feels like it has not been wiped. There are hairs left by the previous guest on the bathroom basin, conditioner bottle and floor drain. Moreover, I stayed for 6 days. The hair on the conditioner bottle and the floor drain have never been cleaned. On the first day of check-in, one of the towels had two dirt marks. Later, new towels were changed every day and no dirt was found. In short, the cleaning was very good. Bluff.
2. This hotel is in a commercial-residential apartment building. Each floor is shared by several hotels and other residents. You can't sleep in during the day, as decoration starts at about nine o'clock.
3. There is something wrong with the hotel's circuit facilities. If you use a hair dryer to blow hot air for a long time, the circuit will trip. In the winter, you can't use hot air to blow your hair, so you can only use natural cold air.
