We are going to sunrise trip the next day 5am, good choice so next day we not need wake up super early. But never expect so cold there during night time. Thank you Sri who served us fetch us out to buy cake. And even give us a surprise diy cake as they aware my husband would like celebrate for me while shop there all close by 8pm.thank you so much for prepare us breakfast box at 4am too.

Beautiful and spacious rooms, nice bathrooms that comes with a bath too! It was a really luxurious stay, would be great if they provided a hairdryer and a separate bar of hand soap. Oh and thicker blankets (or have an additional one available in the room) as it was cold when we were there.

Great hotel with an excellent location and relaxing atmosphere. The pool area is spacious and well-maintained, offering a perfect spot to unwind. I especially loved the viewpoint on one side of the hotel, providing stunning scenery and a peaceful escape. The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable, with modern amenities that make the stay enjoyable. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. Breakfast was diverse and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a fantastic experience that exceeded expectations!

I would like to give some feedback on our stay: we found that everything here is dirty, poorly finished or broken. Despite a nice touch from the staff when we arrived (flowers on the bed), the first impression of the room is immediately the right one: it smells of humidity, the finishes are almost non-existent and the bathroom is dirty and moldy. The room does not close properly and there is no door insulation. At first glance and from the presentation photos of a polished exterior, the hotel looks nice. If we add to that the great services, it seems to be a charming hotel. Make no mistake, by doing too much, we do nothing well. I must grant the staff a desire to do well, because they must surely be overwhelmed by the number of rooms, and all the tasks. A little context: hotel booked by our tour operator to spend only a few hours there before climbing Mount Batur. It does the job. The bedding is OK. Avoid the restaurant if you can (it's also dirty), and don't count on a big breakfast unless you like eating local food.

We arrived late and it was nice to be able to take a dip in our own warm pool in this slightly colder place. At first sight a beautiful villa but when you open the cupboard doors in the bathrooms you see wear and tear. It was certainly clean but could use some maintenance. One night here was fine. The restaurant was small, food good, breakfast ok.

We went to Kintamani to climb Mount Batur. With the Batur temple and the magnificent view from the village, the place does not offer more interest and is not particularly pleasant. The hotel is quite modern and very much in contrast with the surrounding streets, extremely poor and dirty. We rented the house with 3 rooms at the entrance of the hotel. The house is a good size, airy and quite well laid out. The rooms are satisfactory and clean, the beds comfortable. The bathrooms had a strong smell of sewage. The garden, although pretty, lacks maintenance because we found cigarette butts and opened food packaging in the middle of the pool deck. The only sofa in the living room had hard and sharp springs that prevented us from sitting comfortably. The heated pool is nice but the boiler runs all night and it makes noise. In short, an ok place, which needs improvement. Nice staff. Breakfast ok, nothing more.
