The room was really fantastic—very spacious with a well-designed layout, and the bed was super comfortable with just the right firmness. I must give a special shout-out to the front desk service; they tried their best to accommodate all our requests 👍 and had a wonderful attitude. The breakfast had a decent variety and plenty of options. There weren't many Chinese dishes, but the Western selection was extensive and more than enough! The Thai milk tea was delicious, and the egg station was located just outside the restaurant, offering omelets, sunny-side-up eggs, tea eggs, and soft-boiled eggs 😊, alongside congee and noodles. As for the location, you need to take a taxi to nearby malls, but it's very convenient—just a 5-10 minute ride, and fares in Malaysia are quite cheap. I would definitely stay here again next time!

Repeat stay but this time found some areas in the room a bit dusty ie. Webs on the bedside table lamp. Filtered drinking water tap in the room is a big plus. Mechanical car park is interesting to use. There is always someone to assist with the parking & collecting our car.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is in a great location with easy transportation—you can easily hail a Grab right from the lobby, which is super convenient for independent travelers. The gym is well-equipped, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, making every morning a pleasure.

The room size is just right, offering a comfortable and cozy stay. My absolute favorite part was the large floor-to-ceiling window in the room, which overlooks the cityscape of Penang. It has a wonderful ambiance whether it's day or night. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely love to stay here again!
